I love everything about Sara’s Nails. Never been to a nail shop that makes you feel like family every time you enter the door. I love that they go by appointment so you are not waiting forever and ever. Service is always fast and efficient. They know their customers and actually care about our lives. It is truly a new experience. No matter which nail tech you use..Cindy, Sara, Or Angela..you will be pleased.

The professionals that work here have obviously worked together for a long time and like each other. Everyone was cheerful and joked around. I got a pedicure and my feet havent looked or felt this good in a long time.

I FINALLY get to stop looking for THE place to have my nails and pedicure done!!! Ive lived in different parts of the country and I know what a professional pink and white should look like and how it should last, and Ive gotten pretty picky over time. Believe me, you wont be disappointed here at Saras! The atmosphere is friendly and the services are professionally done all the way! Its about an hour and half drive for me, yet its worth it to know it will be a great experience. Call Cindy, or Sara or Jackie, or T. Theyll welcome you and youll be glad you did.

Refused to give this salon my money after one of the workers rude and out loud comments about my pregnant belly. I guess they only respect their regular customers cause I was barely acknowledged when I walked in. Left and went to Lovely Nails. Lovely Nails on Highway 51 and Classy Nails On Lake Harbour are much better salons if you’re looking for a nail salon home in the Ridgeland area!!! 🤷🏽‍♀️

Sara and her staff are so sweet and professional! Im so glad shes right down the street from my office. Never knew she was there. Ill definitely be back in 2 weeks!

While visiting from California I had the pleasure of getting a Mani/Pedi at this wonderful nail shop. The ladies working their were hilarious. I’m very satisfied with my nails and would definitely return next time I’m in Jackson Mississippi.

I started going to Saras Nails about 3 months ago. I immediately felt the customer friendly atmosphere as soon as I entered. They know their regular customers by name, and the customers talk about how long they have been coming to the nail salon. These ladies are engaging and very likeable. The work is expertly completed, and to customer satisfaction. Although they dont know me by name yet, I believe they will soon, as I certainly plan to become a regular. Fivr stars all the way!

After moving back home, I visited this salon and fell in love! All of the ladies are friendly, professional and deliver great service! Every time! If you live in Ridgeland and any surrounding areas, I highly encourage you to visit!

I got a pedicure there yesterday. I got gel polish and it was 60.00. When I went to bed last night i noticed my heels were not in the best shape. I went by today to see if they could scrub them some more or do a better job getting the dry skin off and the lady basically said I have to fix that at home with Vaseline. I’ve gotten a ton of pedicures and never left with dry heels.

Pretty nice my nails last at least 3 weeks but its a little bit more I spent than I wouldve spend else where

They were very rude and overcharged me because I noticed she had a very bad attitude. She told me the price was less and then it was more, as I proceeded to pay. The money is not my biggest issue, it was the customer service. I came in nice and was treated like I was bothering the lady bc I wanted short nails??!! She said she judt knew I wanted the fake nail applied. I Didnt and I told her before I sat down. She did what she wanted to do and then tried to act like she couldnt my nails short!??? I had to be somewhere fast so I just stopped by this place. Never again! There were no examples of the colors to chose from like other spots. I asked her did she have a tan and she ignored me. The other ladies answered, even the OTHER customer but not her. I didnt get upset, just noticed. Im like just do my nails neat and nice AND IM OK!!! She did ok but for the price it wasnt worth it. NEVER AGAIN!!!! 55 for gel set/overlay...Ridiculous!!!
