First time trying out this place, I waited an hr which was kind of frustrating but whatever, the place is lovely, the nail technicians were very polite, especially the guy on the end when you first walk in I didn’t get his name& the lady who sit in the fifth station. but anywho, they don’t have a price list on display, I’m guessing they charge you how they want to charge you which is fine caz money is good my way but I’ve never gotten a full set that was $50, I didn’t get designs or anything just a regular gel full set … I got my nails done last Monday, it’s Monday again which makes it a week & ive already lost a nail … ive been trying to find a decent nail shop for a while, I kind of like this one & the vibes of it & the fact that it is literally down the street from my house, I’ll give this place another try . Eve. tho they were packed & busy, they still took their time with each customer & was not rude to anyone either …* Update, it’s been 1 week & 2 days & ive already lost 3 nails,

This was my first visit and when I say well worth it its exactly what I mean. Everyone was nice and professional especially Ben. This most definitely will not be my last visit.

My nails popped of so easily and so quickly that I might as well have gone to Walgreens and go press ons. If you like nice shaped nails, rhinestones, designs, or nails that last longer than 2 days, do NOT go here. I asked for Amy nails to be shaped in coffin shape. The lady started cutting the first nail, and she asked me what I thought. It looked horrible and crooked, so I just got square. Then, I asked for a line of rhinestones on one finger. I explained what I wanted several times, and they didn’t seem to understand. I got no rhinestones or design. I also asked for one of my toes to be painted a different color. They didn’t understand this either. My in salon experience was just a headache. I left with nails that were okish. However, I had 2 nails break in 2 days. When I went back, it was over an hour just to get nails fixed. That is poor customer service in my opinion. I just took all the nails off at the point, and it was the easiest ive ever gotten any nails off. I barely pulled at them and they popped off like press on nails. Definitely not worth what I paid

Ben is awesome. My beautiful daughter sent me to him and if I lived in Jackson I would definitely come back. He is hilarious too.

Very nice and clean salon in the Ridgeland area. They recently remodeled and it’s very bright and inviting. Emily V did my pedicure and she did a great job!

I’ve been going to Classy Nails for about a year now. I wanted someone to take care of my nails and stay up to date with the new style. Ben has been wonderful with my nails and is very respectful of the client’s wishes. He listen to his customers and ensure that there is nothing but customer satisfaction. Since I’ve been letting Ben do my nails, they have grown tremendously. I love this place!

Nice people but terrible technician. 70$ and my nails are VERY lumpy and uneven. I got chrome and the tech did that part completely wrong. I told her not to topcoat BEFORE the chrome. She insisted that was how its done. Now my tips look worn. Its only been 5 days and they look awful. The lumps and divots are VERY noticable. I should have listened to the reviews. Worst SnS dip job ever!

I haven’t had my nails done in awhile due to it always being a waste.. bad service, not done correctly etc but I read a lot of good reviews about Classy Nails and the owner Ben. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was seated immediately. His mother Sue and another sweet woman gave me my mani and pedi and they were nothing short of amazing. Took so much time on getting my nails and feet back to looking beautiful. Also a plus they did it at the same time while sitting in their beautiful chairs that also massage! I will DEFINITELY become a regular. Prices were great as well

Today was my first time going to this place, and I must say I am very happy. Ben was the technician who works on my nails. He is very nice and made me feel very welcomed. I also got my eyebrows waxed by Trinity, and she did an AWESOME job. And, that is coming from someone who is very picky about who does her eyebrows.

I will never go to another nail salon in Ridgeland after finding this place! The customer service is always great & the people who work there are very friendly. I always see the same person but anyone else who has worked on my nails does an excellent job too. Definitely go here!!

Ben is awesome!! he even stayed wayyy past closing just to make sure my nails were exactly how i wanted them. and helped me pick each color. If you ever want to go anywhere you need to go to classy nails. & ask for Ben.

I’ve been going to classy nails since August of 2018 and I absolutely looove them! Binh is my nail tech and he does such a wonderful job!! I’m always satisfied with my nails... great atmosphere and great company as well... I’ve finally found a wonderful nail home with my very own personal nail tech!! I won’t be going anywhere else.. I recommend every one to try them

I saw great review on this place so I decided to give it a try during my lunch break. Very clean and friendly but sadly the person doing my pedicure cut my big toe and it bled the entire time while he did everything else. He did not once say sorry and I did get charged. I will not return to this place or recommend it.

Extremely slow! I asked for shellac polish change and a pedicure and was charged $67! First of all the only thing that resembled a manicure was the cuticle cut! I didn’t get a massage with my manicure, I didn’t soak my hands in any water!!! I will NEVER return and ensure no one I’m associated with spends their money here! Wasted $67 for some basic nails!
