I have been a repeat customer here at Ritz and have always been satisfied with their service’s. Today I can not say the same. I received not only a poor manicure but poor customer service. As the young gentlemen was cleaning up my cuticles he dug too deep and nipped me. He immediately applied alcohol on it and as he continued to work I communicated how it burned. It appeared he spoke no English there was no apology or acknowledgment for what had happened. I brought it to the attention of who seemed to be the manager of the salon (front desk). I told them my manicure today was unpleasant and explained why. I also asked would there be a discount for his employee negligence. His response was no because I was not bleeding. I explain I did bleed a bit but there was alcohol immediately applied. That’s besides the point, I pointed out the difference in my thumb cuticles where you can clearly see that it was dug in too deep. Salon manager says he sees nothing and repeated that I was not bleeding. Completely ignoring the poor services that was expressed that was rendered by his employee. Unfortunately for them they have lost a repeat customer. It has also made it clear that the customer is just a dollar and that they clearly don’t care about the art of their work. Nor the peace people look forward to in the services they provide. Very disappointed!

They are the worst. My daughter took me there day before Mothers Day. Before we could leave they was rushing the lady to hurry up and do my nails so they can close. That a Time I got to the car the Polish was coming off and it were supposed to be some kind of special polish to last for 3 weeks. I never in my life had such an experience dont go there unless you lock your nails all messed up.

I have nail fugus and she still did my toes. OSHA needs to look into this place. I actually fellafter my pedicure missed a step. My girl didnt say watch ur step nothing the floor on the step is the same color as the rest of the tileI went down hard they owner didnt care at all. Wouldnt comp my pedi .

This place is so horrible, I wish I could give 0 stars. My first and LAST time ever receiving service from this place. I did not like my nails, acrylics were way too thick and the nails were just plain ugly. I asked for a touch up or to at least tidy up the nail polish on my nails and the man, I don’t know his name, was so rude. He was not accommodating at all and said they cannot fix anything and he couldn’t give me a discount. All they care about is the money not actually providing good service to their customers.

While my nails looked great after Hannah did them. I have an issue with the fill-in process. So I went to get my fill-in, and was advised that I have to get my nails soaked off, because I have powder. So my question was, so y’all charge more to make a person get another full set? He said yes. I find that ridiculous. He said they don’t file down powder. As the customer, I’m asking him to do something for me & for him to say “No,” is baffling to me. They can do it. They just don’t want to. I’m not gonna soak my nails off every 2 weeks, if I choose to get powder. Idc how good of a job they do. I didn’t even ask for powder or the design she did to begin with. Not to mention the extra ridiculous charge they tack on if you want rhinestones.

They not that friendly and guy owner never buys any new.same colors..and upcharge on everything that most salons use on regular pedicure

We called ahead and let them know we had a group coming in. They were prepared when we arrived. After our pedicures and lots of laughs and conversation, some got their nails done. Great experience. The staff was friendly and fun, all of our nails looked great. I would recommend this place. Oh, and fruit and drinks while getting a pedicure is always a good add on :)

Each one of my nails are not even they have clumps in them. They are really then and can break at any time .

My nail tech is Tammy. I’ve been going to her for about the last 2 years and she is AMAZING! Her shapes are flawless and she is very creative when it comes to nail designs. I’ve referred several friends to her and they will all say the same! I’m never disappointed when I leave out of her chair!

Amazing service! Super nice! Took my mom here for her pre birthday celebrations! We had an amazing time and we are extremely satisfied with the services! They have secured themselves two new customers!

Ive been here for couple years already. I always feel happy when I come and leave. I love Kim, Vy, and Kelvin. They are my best nail technicians.

I got my nails done on this past Friday, purchased a full set with gel nail polish. Today is Monday and one of my nails already broke in half. I returned to the salon and waited an hour and a half to be seen, and I still wasn’t seen. I got up and left. People who arrived an hour after I did was seen before me. I understand appointments and all but all I needed was a nail repair which takes less than 10 minutes. They could have seen me prior and plus I waited on Friday too. I will never return to this shop ever again.Their acrylic nails do not last and they rush through their work, especially pedicures. I also cannot take the attitudes. Why wasn’t the rushing done today while I was waiting? Most of the pedicure chairs do not work and you can’t feel the massage. The shop has completely new employees except for one original woman left, the one who had the baby a year ago. She is the only nice, thoughtful person left working here. They also remove your acrylic nails and it is quite painful. They dig into your real nail and skin with the fake nail to try and take off the acrylic nail (instead of soaking it off). This is painful!! Take your money somewhere else.

Quick service excellent technical work.

I love getting my pedicures at Ritz, best service ever! However I made a nail appointment with Tammy and I did not have a good experience with her. Prior to appt I made my deposit and scheduled a date. I get a rude text a week before my date asking if I was coming to the appointment and I was late but I texted her back and gave her proof that we confirmed the appointment the following Saturday. She didnt apologize for being wrong. The day of my nail appt I told her that I wanted it short and she said that she doesnt do short nails and again, I thought it was rude because I work in healthcare and cant function my daily life with long nails. Lastly, I didnt know that she only accepts cash and again, was rude about it because I wasnt aware. This review isnt to bash her but I am not a nail fanatic so we just didnt see eye to eye on things. If you like the short, simple, sophisticated artificial nail look I would not go to her or her sister.

Tried this when my regular salon was too busy. They will do as a backup. Staff I had was pleasant and did pedicure fine. But chairs worn and massage chair not as good as my regular. I am used to pedicure have some massage on calf area. Going back to my regular even if there a wait.

Ann and her staff are the best! They are detailed, work fast, and are reasonably priced. Love them..as do many of my family members!

Nice decor. Clean appearance and the young lady that checked me in was so sweet. The woman who did my pedicure was so ignorant and unprofessional that I wouldnt recommend this place The polished looked lumpy because she did not take her time. She became indignant when I pointed it out. Outrageous!

I didnt have an appointment, I got a full set of long acrylics I do not know the womans name who did them she was nice, although half of my nails were crooked and two of them are almost completely sideways, the owner/manager said I could come back anytime and have them fixed free of charge, I dont know if the nail tech was inexperienced or just maybe having a rough day either way I didnt make an appointment, and they are fixing them free of charge so Id recommend making an appointment and picking a nail tech that you like, maybe walk ins arent a great idea here

Economical and the wait is not long! They have added more young employees and now you have to pay extra for more attention to your heels, but the price is still worth it.

Local nail salon, do not take appointment, walk ins are preferred. Even established patrons get to wait for their preferred technician. My techy works only on my hands and another less trained techy does pedicures.Fairly clean, not a lot of oriental chatter among the techies. Most of them are related, sisters or cousins.Treat you with respect.

The first time I went a lady was rude so I didnt get my nails done... the second time I went i got a full set with gel, costing 45. I dont mind it being more expensive but the work did not match the price, my nails were bulky and lumpy.

Don’t go here the nails techs aren’t licensed and they cut deep into my toe nails one got infected and they didn’t even give me a refund !
