Well first of all its really not that hard to find except if youre looking for it in the middle of the night like I was theres no real signs so you have to look for the right building and then its behind that building and then the gate only opens on one side I dont really think they work at night cuz I got here at 2300 and they were closed and had to call someone to deliver my load which wasnt bad it does seem a little cramped but as long as there arent other trucks here backing you shouldnt have a problemnot really sure when they actually start unloading and loading the trailers but it is the weekend so... All in all not the worst place Ive ever been to

Despite information saying facility is 24hrs there was no one here to receive the load. Both the number in my dispatch information as well as on google led nowhere.

Best freight pickup on the east coast. Margaret makes it fast, efficient and enjoyable. Recommend this business for all your incoming air freight.

Takes a while to get unloaded. This place is hit or miss. Sometimes quick but most of the time pretty slow.

Suppose to be someone here at all times for deliveries, unfortunately we pick a day the lady says sorry Im not there youll have to wait 45minutes to hour!! What a way to ruin my Saturday.. hope she doesnt get paid for being here, because she is not!!!

Margaret, Mike and the rest of the team at ForwardAir are great! I don’t ship freight often (ever really), but a need arose and they were very helpful! Would definitely use them in the future if needed!
