I have tried calling twice and after being on hold over 30min each time finally talked to someone who was nice but could not help at all since it was corporate and not local. She had to transfer me and I left a message and never heard anything back. Still have not received my package or heard anything from them

The interview was painless I did not speak with the hiring manager because he was busy so he sent out his assistant I arrived early and left before my actual appointment time waiting on call back today or tomorrow

Dont ever use this company.They lied 2 times. promised to deliver on 10/1/2020 between 10-5pm. they never showed up. i called them, they gave me another appointment for 10/2/20 between 10-5pm. they didnt showed up again. I called them on the same day. they put me on hold for 20-30 minutes. Now they asked me if I can pick up at the warehouse.

Poor customer service, they do not care about customers. I asked if the shipment that was supposed to be delivered today could be delivered early Monday I was told Our delivery hours are from 9-5

Apparently YRC is the only freight company out there who doesn’t call in advance to schedule their deliveries. They just show up with 30 boxes, very unprofessional and especially considering the current Covid-19 restrictions. Of the hundreds of deliveries I’ve managed, have never had this happen, hope management makes some changes.

Ordered product for 3 weeks ago.... still has not arrived. Been told twice that the delivery will be there on 2 separate days...... still has not delivered.... wasting time that we could be getting other things done by waiting for the delivery..... will make sure this company is never used for our orders again. Maybe one day it will be here but til then I guess another management team member will say it will be there first thing in the morning.. ..

Horrible company I work for a freight company and we unload trucks daily. It’s wed and they say they don’t unload trucks til The Weeknd very unprofessional by far. Never use this company. There are multiple companies in The area that are very helpful and will have your delivery on time. (Forward air solutions, commonwealth cargo) and many others this company is by far the worst!!!!!!!!

Terrible delivery/customer service!!! I had a shipment coming from NJ to Richmond. Shipped on a Wed. and arrived at Richmond terminal on a Friday and was supposed to deliver the following Monday, but they mis-loaded it and sent it to Charlotte, then had to take another day to come back to Richmond. It is now 7+ days since this shipped and I still dont have it. Also, I called the terminal and no one would help, they put me on hold and would not pick back up. Definitely do not use YRC if you dont have to!

Unfortunately, this company gets a poor review from ours. Our freight arrived in their yard a week and a half ago, and has sat there since. We have offered to send our own truck to retrieve it, and told that was not possible as the freight had not been unloaded from the arriving trailer. We have called each day over the past week, and told each and every day that it would be delivered tomorrow.This company doesnt understand the business its in. When people ship goods, it is because they require those goods as a part of their business operations. To have our goods stuck in a terminal for over a week with perpetually false information is unacceptable. To not allow us to come and retrieve our goods that much more so.In comparison, when we have shipped with Pilot or Commonwealth, our goods have arrived on time. In the rare case of delays, Pilot has worked with us directly and expedienty; calls are returned, information is tendered, solutions are offered. Pilot has hot shotted goods to us, or offered to shuffle trailers so they could offload for us if we needed to send a truck to speed things along.YRC, in contrast, offers nothing but a string of lies and deceptions.Let this joke of a shipper go out of business. Ship with someone else.

I see a lot about deliveries, lets talk about pick ups. YRC has yet to be on time to pick up freight from my warehouse. I only use this company for one of my customers who request their service. Why that is I do not know but they seem to think that customers should be on YRCs time and not the other way around. I dont even want to give them 1 star but I cant post this review unless I do. So true rating is ZERO stars. They could give a rats azz about a customer.

My package has been on there truck for a few days. They keep changing my delivery with letting me know. I have to call to see if it coming or not. So far I have wasted two days waiting. By the look of things it may be a few more.

YRC has continuously screwed up our deliveries. We have to call and worry them to death to get them to deliver our product. They promised us a 3 hour window for a delivery and that never showed up. When our project manager calls again he is passed through 5 people only to find out the product is still setting in the warehouse there. We are now 11 days past our original delivery date. I can only imagine how beat up this one pallet is going to be. Do your self a favor and ship with someone else.

Like others have said, delivery schedualed for Thursday, then Friday, then Thursday again. I called ahead probably 2 days before delivery to give them my phone number and confirm dates. I gave them a call again the day before to confirm the delivery Thursday, give them my number, and find out my appointment window (9am-5pm). Thursday rolls around and its on the truck for delivery so I took off of work 4 hrs early, rented a uhaul and trailer, and got seven friends enlisted to help move the heavy object that was being shipped. I called day of delivery to reiterate that I need to know when theyre coming so please call. Well 5pm rolls around and I sat there for 2+ hours thinking they wouldnt show up exactly at 5. Well, I was kind-of right, they didnt show up at all. I still havent gotten my delivery and Im out about $200 in rental equipment. I get having a wide delivery window but literally zero communication innitiated on their end. I dont ship freight a lot but if I do, I can tell you I will never use this company again. Paying a little more would have saved me $ in logistics to make up for their inability to deliver on time.

Aboslutely the worst shipping experience I have ever had. Originally was supposed to wait 2 days.. its been 2 weeks and I still dont have it. If you are on a time schedule this is the worst choice you could possibly make.

Terrible experience. I am not sure they understand customer service and its importance. I typed this as I stand here having waited for an hour and a half for them after a week of delays. Still hoping theyll show up with my delivery.
