I had an odd combination of heavy items; golf clubs and coffee table, as well as fragile items; paintings and porcelain. Everything arrived perfect condition and on time (shipped across country). Excellent communication, professionally packed and crated, and reasonably priced for the quality of the service. Highly recommend!

This company is the most efficient, most professional and has the best customer service I have experienced in years. Quick to respond with clear information. Had a coffee table packed and delivered across the US during a truck shortage in 7 days. The packaging was bomb proof. I normally avoid answering surveys or writing reviews. They deserve the 5 stars.

I had 4 rack servers that I needed shipped from Virginia to Pennsylvania and did not have the original packaging. They picked them up and packaged them better than Dell would have and shipped them here in perfect condition. The delivery was prompt and the price was great. I would happily use them again and will recommend them next time I need to ship servers or PCs .

I have been running capital equipment companies for more than 30 years, and we have always done our own crating. Five Stars? Yup - you bet!We had to send a collection of antique dolls, family heirlooms collected in the 1930s/1940s by my late aunt, to cousins in Indiana; their young daughter was next in line to have the collection. Given their age, fragility, the distance to be traveled from Virginia and the high likelihood they would arrive is pieces if I packed them, it made more sense to have someone familiar with best practices in packing/shipping do the job. Luckily, Craters & Freighters Richmond is in the area and chose them versus alternatives. I was able to drop off the dolls, they were carefully packaged and sent to Indiana - where they arrived in perfect condition, to the delight of one very happy young girl (and one very relieved cousin in Virginia).
