#1 Communication was good. I was contacted and informed that the item - a treadmill - would be delivered within a certain window of time and it was delivered within that promised time!#2 The item arrived undamaged. Many times, large and heavy items such as treadmills are mishandled and delivered damaged. This one arrived intact. I was able to assemble the treadmill with all components in good condition. I now have - what appears to be - a fully-functional treadmill!#3 The correct item was delivered. Sometimes, large and small freight are mis-delivered. However, in this case, the right item was delivered!I worked as a receiving associate for a large retailer and have dealt with shippers so I know that the best ones keep to their schedules, deliver undamaged goods AND deliver the CORRECT goods! Thank you

Between them and their vendor Horizon they are going to cost me $155 (or more) due to their combined lack of communication on white glove delivery availability. Will go out of my way moving forward to ensure no freight delivery I order lies on their trucks. Its unfortunate, since the ones who got screwed were their courteous drivers who ended up showing up thinking it was acceptable to leave the box lying in front of my townhouse the day after I had already refused the order that was contingent on the white glove service over the phone and with the Horizon agent.

Waited for an item that they had for over 2 weeks at the warehouse 40 minutes from me! Set up delivery time finally. Then no show. Call back and they can’t get ahold of their drivers. Supposed to send emails to confirm, nothing! Then call back next day, same thing! How are you a freaking delivery company that can’t get a hold of your drivers! This doesn’t happen today in the world of GPS and cellphones!!!

Please save yourself a ton of headaches and do not use this company. You will most likely not get your delivery on time. You will most likely take off of work to receive your delivery and not receive it. You will call, and wait for 40 minutes or so for someone to answer and they will provide you with absolutely no valuable information about your delivery. Its happened to me twice of just this 1 order. Walmart said the first time it was lost in transit. The item was reordered and I still dont have it. Dont use this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. My package arrived completely crushed and the box was gaping open with parts spilling out. The guy who delivered the box could barely carry the item because it was falling apart. After reading online to see if anyone else has had this experience, I realized how absolutely abhorrent their execution is. The customer should be your #1 priority, and from the looks of things, the customer is dead last. I will NEVER purchase anything that gets shipped through this company again. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

The delivery crew was spectacular. Even helping me get the delivery in the door when I was told they would not from the shipper. The box had some pretty bad damage and they told me what to do and what to write on the delivery slip and gave me assurances that they rarely see returns with the item as they are actually packed really well. Glad to say, aside from missing tools that I did not need every thing else in the box was damage free. Great crew and keep up the great work.

The whole process was seamless. There was excellent communication from Estes concerning my shipment. I was sent updates on the progression of my shipment daily. The delivery driver we had was a very nice man. He had a great way about him! My shipment was not damaged and arrived in perfect condition. I had missed the call to scheduled by delivery, but I loved that I received an email attempting to schedule my delivery. When I responded, I received a quick response back and was able to schedule my delivery via email in less than 10 minutes. Then I received a call from the delivery guy that he was 20 minutes away and the delivery guy was very courteous and respectful of property. It was outstanding!

I received update emails, which was a big plus. Estes called and set up the delivery time. Ken, the driver, called me ahead of time and told me what time he would be here, and arrived exactly at that time. Ken was personable and professional, showing that you can do your job and have a fun time doing it. If this is the attitude of everyone at the company, then sign me up for more! Thanks for doing such a great job for me and my family!

My order was made on July 5th. It was supposed to be here by July 13, still not here. Has been in Richmond for 5 days.The coustomer service is horrible. You cant get a live person on the phone nor any emails answered. Definitely the worst delivery and coustomer service that I have ever delt with.

Estes seemed to take care of the item being delivered as it was delivered without damage, unlike 2 other attempts with different delivery services. Although I was inconvenienced and had to meet them with a vehicle large enough to accept delivery, I can’t blame them for that. I think Estes was about as accommodating as they could be given the circumstances. Phone support and driver were pleasant to work with.

Andy was punctual and very nice. He even pushed my car when I got stuck in the mud turning around. My product arrived in great shape. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again.

Delivery was ahead of schedule. Upon receipt, I asked delivery driver to position within the home and he complied. The delivery driver was dressed and acted in a manner where a person would feel safe with them around. He was also professional in his manner of speech. I had a wonderful experience.

The transporters were amazing. They arrived the day and time that was scheduled. They were extremely careful with my very large product which was 320 pounds. They were very friendly and made sure the product was inside my doorway because I didn’t have anyone to help me move it. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend this company!!

My treadmill was delivered on the correct date and time. The delivery driver parked across the street from my house and then complained about pulling the treadmill through the snow. He also said he was “too old for this”. We offered to help but he just kept complaining. I asked if he could take the wooden pallet with him but he said it was my pallet now. He needs to brush up on his professionalism and customer customer service skills.

I was kept informed about my item all along it’s route and was able to get it delivered the next day once I received the call to schedule delivery. My only two complaints are that I never received a reply to an email I sent regarding a question about when a call would come to schedule delivery. However, I missed the answer to this question in an email they had sent initially. Also I wasn’t happy that the delivery driver put this very large and heavy package upside down (which I didn’t realize until later) and it had to be turned over. Overall though it was a positive experience.

Absolutely awful experience. Took them one month to get an item from IL to VA, didnt call before attempting delivery and apparently arrived on the one day I was out of home, left without notice. Made me call them 5 times throughout the month, each time listened to music for 40 minutes, got the line dropped twice. They admitted the item was lost for a while, and that it had been found, made an appointment. Took a day off work, and instead of spending the day with family and friends on my birthday, I waited at home. No call the previous day, no call on day of delivery. I called again, waited 30 minutes again, and this time I was told they had called but couldnt reach me which is complete BS. So no delivery today, either. They have wasted my time, my energy, my good will, and turned what was supposed to be a joyous occasion into a nightmare and a war of nerves as I now am dealing with cancelling the order and spending hours with the financing company just to avoid hurting my credit. My fault? As a consumer I bought an item that I never received thanks to the incompetence of this freight company. I will avoid any seller that uses EFW from now on. Avoid at all costs if you value your sanity or time.

Our order was delivered quickly, and customer service was easy to work with, when setting up a delivery time. The driver kept us informed of his delivery time, and was right on time! He delivered our treadmill into our garage, and was incredibly professional and helpful.

The delivery went perfectly. The men who delivered my package were great! Very polite!The only reason for the -1 is because the lack of flexibility with the scheduling. I had to rearrange my schedule and take my morning off of work so that I could be there to sign for our package. The customer service made it seem like they don’t make deliveries unless they have a full load. So if we were not able to accept the delivery on that day (a Thursday morning) - then they were unable to predict when they would be able to have another full load.

I fully expected the delivery to be left at the front door, but they insisted on taking it up the stairs to my apartment. There was hardly any damage to the package (some damage is always reasonable) so I assume great care was taken in the delivery process. Would absolutely recommend!

Very regular, and clear communication from ordering to shipping, to delivery. The whole timeframe was very quick, I was surprised. And the two men who delivered and assembled my treadmill were polite, professional and quick. All around a great experience!

My delivery driver was extremely professional especially considering that he was the sole delivery man handling a very awkward, very heavy treadmill. After Horizon Fitness shipped my order, I was able to track it online. I contacted Estes in order to provide some preferred delivery windows, and the Estes representative readily accommodated my schedule. Estes contacted me about 10 days in advance to schedule a firm delivery date. Once scheduled, the delivery was made on time and the heavy, unwieldy carton was delivered in good condition. The Estes delivery team were courteous and followed appropriate COVID-19 precautions. The men handled my treadmill with care and placed it exactly where I needed it. Thank you.

My experience with EFW was great. I received a phone call the next day after my item was delivered to EFW to schedule an appointment. I received my call on Friday, January 22, 2021 and my delivery was scheduled for Monday, January 25, 2021 with a window of 2pm to 6pm. The delivery was at 2:15pm prompt, efficient, and completed with the delivery team out the door by 2:45pm. Great service and I am very satisfied.

Our delivery driver was extremely helpful with very large deliveries. He’s delivered to us on two separate occasions (both times were either very large or heavy deliveries), and was very friendly each time and was helpful confirming we had the correct/appropriate packages for each delivery.

The communication was excellent, I could not be there during delivery time and the drop off did not require my signature. The delivery person went above and beyond by communicating with me, confirming he was at the right address(my address is not visibly posted) before dropping off the delivery, and sent me a photo of the location of the box once it was delivered. That’s invaluable for an employee to go above and beyond his job in that type of manner.

My delivery was supposed to be preceded by a phone call. It was not; the delivery team dropped it off on my porch, and I had wanted the very heavy box to be put in my garage (which would not have involved steps, as the porch did.)I was able to quickly contact a dispatcher, who arranged for the team to return and shift the box to the garage. I am very impressed by the willingness to correct this problem for me, and the ease of doing so. Since so many organizations I deal with have no accessible humans, EFW has distinguished itself from the pack.

Prompt on delivery and the box arrived in very good condition. The delivery person dropped off the box which was over 200 pounds and helped my husband push it inside the garage which I thought was very nice and was appreciated.

Id give 0 stars if possible. The gun safe I purchased looked like it was beaten with a sledgehammer after it fell off of the truck and slid down the road. My wife asked the driver if they should just take it back, to which he replied... its ok, it happens all the time, we will just have to bring you another one and pick this one up. I spoke with the store I purchased it through and was told that it would be 4 weeks, maybe more, before I could have it replaced. Well done EFW, well done.

The delivery was arranged for a particular day, but we had to request a delay due to a health issue, which was done quickly. The service was friendly and the delivery people helped my husband load everything onto the bed of his pick-up since the street we live on is very narrow and the delivery truck could not get through. It was arranged to meet in a parking lot that is very close to our house and all worked out perfectly. Everyone we dealt with was absolutely wonderful.

Delivery folks came in quickly, a little bit before the scheduled time, and dropped the package safely near the entry door. My only concern was with the pre-delivery tracking which was confusing on the website but overall it did not take much time and was handled with care.

They never called me to schedule a delivery appointment and delivered my 75 inch tv (in a massive box that says 75 tv right on the box) on my front doorstep on a busy street on a rainy day and it sat outside for hours while I was at work. The tv was fine, but it couldve been stolen or damaged by rain. Not sure why they never called me like their tracking site said they were going to do. Customer service said they didnt have to get a signature to deliver, but thats not the info I received.

This is your local guy g at the Walmart supercenter in Wake Forest North Carolina today I am returning a water heater 50 gallon water heater which I purchased from walmart.com it was delivered by Estes delivery company and upon opening the plumber noticed that you bought a heater was damaged and tossed around as if it was a piece of garbage so he told me he couldnt install it I had to return it back to Walmart and I called walmart.com they said go to your nearest Walmart which is here and Wake Forest where I live at so Im here down trying to bring this water heater back and it seems to present lots of problems in detailing with it My honest opinion and reviews on this type of situation now is for no one to ever ever come in and purchase and large item like that from Walmart it is a bad experience with trying to return it and then as far as social distancing goes they dont follow protocol from the state health department they will push people together in a very close proximity now that we have this problem with covid-19 it is not really a good situation that takes place I will continue to give report on this situation as it unfolds

I would like to heavily caution anyone who before they decide to do business with EFW - My experience with them has been frustrating, and unprofessional. My contact in the company was Mr. Ashley Danny, and the communication with him and his team was frustrating. Through this company, we broke records on losing money due to EFW failure to communicate to us before approving a large unauthorized payment to a 3rd party company freight forwarder that we did not know about, and holding our cargo hostage until we paid. I understand mistakes, but they also misread our factory invoice that was in Indian Rupee and not US dollars, so the government taxes were 8x what we were supposed to pay, they asked us to pay it, and they will file a refund request that would take 6-12 months to process if you are lucky. The experience was overall terrible. The reason for this review is so I can spread awareness to other companies and ventures about what truly happens behind the closed doors of this company, and to give other people a heads up so they did not have to go through the experience that I did.

EFW’s customer service is very poor. They never communicated with me to set-up a delivery. We had no idea the package was coming, let alone delivered. We noticed a box lying on the ground in our driveway when we went outside. The box was very badly damaged with metal colored plastic pieces laying on the cement. Evidence of damage. There was also significant damage to the corner of the actual box. We opened the box and noticed that the entire corner frame of the item was indeed broken. It was apparent to us that the table had been dropped at some point during its delivery. The item was unusable! There was no explanation, no apology, no monetary compensation. This was a $600 item that they totally damaged. I will NEVER use them or any company that uses them as a freight shipper again! They are the worst!

Delivery guy was awesome!!!...Delivery was on time,they called me twice ..once to let me know it was here and the second when he was headed here..the guy that brought it was really nice,polite,friendly,courteous and all around very helpful..put the boxes where I wanted them, it was a bed in heavy boxes and he worked alone..great job he did..thank you so much..yes I would definitely use your service again and will recommend..
