Convenient and local was what I was thinking, this was NOT the case at all. WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY! I was offered and sold a box I didnt need and after paying for it and a overpriced print I was told my package wouldnt be shipped for 3 days. I went directly to the post office off Lexington and had it scanned within 5 minutes. Sometimes you just got to wait in line to get what you need. Now I know.

Every time I have been to this store, I have been in and out. This has made me frequent this store. Compared to the other stores that provide the same services that I have patronized, the customer service here outshines them all. Mohsin helped me package a rare piece of art. The artist in question had created a mere fifty renditions of the piece I was shipping. Knowing the value and having it already framed, Mohsin wisely suggested shipping it within a double packed TV delivery style box he had on hand from another customers remnants. This man saved me both time and money, as well as being thrifty and resourceful. This is why I go to pakmail as opposed to UPS or FedEx. Great services at a decent price.

Worst place. Extremely rude especially a man named Mohsin. Very bad attitude and doesn’t know how to speak to his customers. First of all he left the front desk and left a sign that he will be back. I would never return to this place. I live in Greatwood but I rather drive more further out and go to a place that knows how to speak with kindness.

I recently had a package that I needed to ship to California, but due to the nature of its contents, I had to utilize the post office for the shipping portion only, which was no big deal and I understood.The contents needed to be securely (fragile) packed. Not only was everything secured, but the owner personally came in after closing to prepare the contents for shipping. This package was difficult for myself and family to send. They not only helped me, informed me, they took care of everything with the utmost respect of the contents. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD, ILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB. I went in on 12/18/2017 to send mail for one day shipping. I waited in line and was asked what I wanted I said one day shipping the older woman said okay then put it in the computer and said $12.90 I paid with no problem. Come to find out a couple weeks later and I found out that I only paid for 3 days shipping. I called USPS and the confirmed that it was only $5.38. So I went back on 2/7/2018 to try and resolve the issue and see what was going on. I came in very calmly was not angry and tried to just ask why I paid $12.90 for a service that was $5.38? Was it that she misunderstood me? But no the owner of the store immediately started yelling at me saying Im a liar and that I need to leave. Interrupted me THE WHOLE TIME. In front of other customers. The woman was about to help but but then snapped out of no where and she started doing the exact same thing. All I wanted was an explanation or a refund but nope they clearly do this all the time thats why they were yelling at me. It took another customer who had walked in to calm the situation down. The owner was acting like a crazy person and so was his female employee. Even after the whole situation calmed down I was willing to be the bigger person and apologize but as soon as I opened my mouth the evil horrible woman said I dont need your explanation. THIS PLACE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL, THEY ARE SCAMMERS, THEY ARE MEAN. DONT EVER GO THERE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TOO MUCH AND WHEN YOU FIND OUR THAT THEY DID THEY WILL DO ANYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO TRY AND EMBARRASS YOU AND MAKE YOU LEAVE.

Pak Mail did a great job in packing and shipping my fragile over sized delicate package. They built a Styrofoam box out of sheets to protect the work so essentially it was a box inside a box Great packing and shipping. a+. I recommend them as a professional, reliable packer and shipping company. If I have have a need I would surely use their service again.
