I was sent to Mikes through my insurance company. I was a little nervous as I had not heard about Mikes and knew nothing abouttheir work, I was surprised at how fast the work was completed and it looks great

Good service, they did a good repair and paint job on door and frame but i had to end up cleaning a little of paint and dust paint on rubber seals and door handle i went back for extra adjustments on my door thats all i can say.

Excellent customer service from Whitney from front desk to Duane, their manager. They kept me informed and delivered my vehicle as promised. They are very professional. I also learned about their benevolence program where they give back to the community. This is important to me and quite impressed with what I learned. Ill definitely pursue it and will give my feedback again in the near future.

The best body shop I have ever encountered.

Our experience with Mikes has been great. We had a front fender repaired at the Hilltop location. The repair required replacement of the turn signal assembly. Driving down the freeway, the assembly lifted up and flew off the car, scratching the fresh paint job! We took it back to Mikes and they were great about it. Its back there now, getting a new signal assembly and a fix of the scratches.

I went in for damage to the drivers side door. It took about a week to fix they would send me text message alerts giving me updates on my car. When I got my car back it was perfect. It looked like there was never any damage. And to top it off my car was cleaned and vacuumed. I would definitely recommend. Thanks Mikes Auto Body.

I did not like the work they did, the bumper was not level on both sides on one side it was more open than on the other side, and the paint was also dirt under the paint also too expensive for the blow my car had.And they forgot to tighten a screw, it was loose on the outside.
