I GOT TWO TIRES CHANGED. THEY BROKE THE BAND ON MY AIR PRESSURE SENSOR IN ONE OF THE WHEELS WHILE CLEANING THE RIM WITH A HAND GRINDER. THEY DUCT TAPED THE SENSOR BACK IN AND CLAIMED THAT IT WAS ALREADY BROKEN WHILE I STOOD THERE AND WATCHED HIM DO IT THROUGH THE GLASS DO IT. BEWARE OF GETTING CAR WORKED ON THERE!!!

I had been looking for a reliable auto service center in the area. I had a few issues wrong with my vehicle and they fixed what they could for a reasonable price and recommended me to another servicer who could better handle the other issue with my vehicle. I appreciate their honesty and work!

I paid $25 for a flat tire repair and they didnt fix it. I took it to another tire shop and it had a rock stuck through the tire.

One of the last good places to take your car in Richmond. No unnecessary fees or recommendations on fixes that don’t need done. Don’t waste money and time at the dealership or a Richmond scam garage. Take it to these guys -you won’t be disappointed.

Took a car I got from Sheldons auto in. Shelton treated me great and paid for the power steering leak to get fixed. I took it to corders and everything was good for about a month. Then it started leaking so bad I couldnt drive it 5 miles before it was empty. Took it to a buddy that works on cars. We took the wheel off and found that instead of replacing the line they just added more hose to it. So much slack and left it right by the belt. The belt had burned a hole through the hose. Im never taking it back there. They were so cheap they couldnt replace the hose they just added nearly a foot of hose or more and left it to get rubbed by the belt. Very bad work ethic on their part.

I have visited auto repair shops all over Richmond, In . I have been afraid to take my car out for repairs . I may be paranoid but I have found Corders to be up front, exceptionally polite and courteous . They DO NOT try to upsell you on things you DO NOT NEED . This is a family, owned and operated business and I would suggest if there is anyone, young, old or in between that is stuck in the same delimia as I and all the customers I have talked to, stop and say say hello and I promise you you will find them the same to everyone .I trust them ! When I hand them my keys I feel like I am communicating with family .Sound to good to be true ? I challange you to give them a try . You will not be disappointed !
