I was looking for a quick, no hassle, state inspection today. And Lee made it happen fairly early today. Live close by so asked if I could wait on it, he said sure. Got there and found a clean, comfortable waitng area, and then offered me a hot, fresh cup of coffee to boot! The experienced mechanic that inspected my vehicle was very friendly, knowledgable, and professional.

Took my truck in for a state inspection and everything was done in a timely fashion. Not only did they not try to sell me on any additional work (which may have been a first), but I asked thier opinion on some work I thought might need to be done and I was assured it wasnt a problem and could wait. Next time I have car issues, Vidlers is where Im going.

Vidlers is the place to go for car repair! I once brought my Miata in for an inspection and in the process of doing the inspection, they discovered a damaged compression hose that had made the car run rough for quite a while. Simply being attentive to the car brought a problem to their attention. The car runs much better now and I could be more thankful. This is the only place I will take my car for work.

Quality of service is spectacular. I felt very comfortable at this shop, and everything was explained so that I could understand what was going on with my car. There were no extra unexplained fees, and considering how many dishonest mechanics I have run across, I knew that I was dealing with good people this time. I brought in my 13 Corolla to be serviced and was told my catalytic converter had to be replaced. Its freighting what bad news can do replacing a car part you thought would never go bad it happens to everyone. Bobby worked with me to quickly find a solution to my problem and was very informative. I made an appointment to have the oil changed and the car inspected. The appointment was on time, as always. Paul let me know that my tires were on their last leg, so to speak, as should be replaced soon. They are, on Thursday! I trust this wonderful people and highly recommend them to everyone. Fabulous service, great people and fair prices. Thats why I drive a hour from King and Queen to have my car serviced!!

My husband and I started using this place because it was close to our house, and kept using them because they are the type of people that tell you the truth about whats going on with your car and find the quickest, most cost effective way to fix it. I trust them implicitly! But the thing that prompted me to write a review today is that we had a problem with the wheel on the door to our minivan, and Honda said it was going to be over $400 to fix it. Vidler just quoted us $150 at the most! LOVE it.

If ur rich it may b a good place to go,went in to get a power steering hose put on was told parts a b $1300.to put it on a total of $2000.

Awesome service. They inspected a car before I bought it and saved me several hundreds by noting some deficiencies - extremely thorough and honest about things. They then went the extra mile after I bought it when something was off electrically. Highly recommended!

As always, Vidlers provides excellent service. I took in a used VW that I just bought because it was making a grinding noise when steering wheel turned to right. Vidlers figured out that a bent brake plate was the problem, and then fixed it for only a nominal charge. Thanks so much!

Friendly Customer Service, Great Service

I was having brake problems, and my check engine light was on.They diagnosed, found, and fixed the problems. Ive had no problems since. The cost of the repairs was also very reasonable.

Went for inspection. Was told upper control arms on both sides were in bad shape and needed $513 worth of work. Reinspected elsewhere and was told NOTHING was wrong with them at all. BEWARE!

Walked (drove) in for immediate, expert and friendly service. My place for future auto services.
