Before too long, I could tell that Progressive would never be able to match the service and expertise of a local agent familiar with my business.I reached out to a few local agents because I needed to secure a higher value Cargo Policy than Progressive was able to offer. During my first call with Kim at Sycamore, I was really impressed by her knowledge of the coverage and willingness to help me find the right policy for my situation.In business, a lot of people say they will do something and fall short of the expectation they set. Kim has always responded quickly to my requests and followed up when she said she would. That goes a long way with me because that level of service is hard to come by in any business these days. Kim now manages all of my policies including Commercial Auto, General Liability, Cargo, and Workers Comp.This is the first review Ive ever posted, so that should say something. I have no hesitation in recommending Kim and Sycamore Insurance Group to anyone seeking coverage and a top-notch team to manage it.
