Moving to VA I had to switch my insurance from MD. Cristals office neglected to inform me that I would incur a fee if I switched without the proper tags and I was fined $500. When I informed Cristals office they stated it was not their fault. UNBELIEVABLE. They accepted no responsibility at all. When I told them the fine increases each day, they stated they would call back...that was June 30th. Today is July 9th and I still have not heard from them.

Used State farm for car and homeowner insurance. Overall not very transparent as to why my policy is increasing $, lots of run around and never ever talked to Cristel once. Always someone else on the phone yet she is listed as the agent. I specifically asked for email correspondence but they never followed up. Doesnt feel good.
