The owner, Nicole, is impossible to get a hold of. My assistant reached out multiple times for a commercial quote and her turnover time was over two weeks, and she had to repeat information multiple times due to Nicole misplacing paperwork. She attempted to go into the office, but saw, who we now know to be the owner, without a mask, cursing at her phone while smoking, and did not want to risk her health due to the lack of COVID precautions.

I have been with Bacon Insurance for many many years. Everyone I have come in contact in the office has been super nice. They were very quick to respond when I had storm damage; they took care of everything without any issues. I have referred a couple people to them over the years as they have great customer service and good rates.

The first time I truly need someone by my side, do not THINK FOR A MOMENT that Bacon Insurance is there for you, as Linda Bacon advised her hands are tied! @ Charles Nowlin, you are lucky.... I am not having that experience.

Switched to Erie Insurance via Bacon Insurance Group in 2012 from another top rated insurance company. Bacon Insurance reduced my annual premiums by more than $2,200 across multiple car, boat, home policies while improving coverage. Service has always met my high expectations and Laurie/Nicole at Bacon have found ways to ensure I get the best coverage without increasing premiums. Claims processing is fair and efficient. Although some of the premiums have increased over the past seven years, the increases are reasonable and I am still paying less than I was paying my prior insurance company back in 2012! Bacon has consistently provided me top notch customer service. While the cost of insurance is a priority for me, customer service and claims service are just as important. I researched JD Power etc. before contacting Bacon Insurance/Erie and unless you have access USAA or have money to burn by using Am**a insurance (my prior insurance company), I highly recommend contacting Bacon Insurance for your insurance needs.
