Very Rude and disrespectful. We will never have Allstate insurance bc of the way he treated us. We had one simple question and he was very short and aggressive when he did not have the answers.

Weve had insurance with Gerry for 20 years, and hes always been there for us when we needed him. Outstanding service.

Gerry Hyde was very rude, never going back to this insurance agency again. When I was trying to cancel the policy with Allstate, Gerry was very rude and sigh throughout the phone call. He hung up the phone after saying “fine I’ll terminate your policy” as if I was being a burden. I don’t recommend very rude and expensive prices

Worst customer experience I have ever had with Gerry. Paula was very sweet though. I consider myself a very nice person and I’ve never been so talked down to in my life. Just because I wanted to stick with my current insurance company he was angry that they gave me a better deal. I was asked personal questions that was none of his business like who is my current agent there..? My agent is very nice and that’s what Gerry is lacking. He doesn’t know how to talk nicely so maybe he should change his career

Everyone was cordial although they were businesslike I have no complaints at all very happy with the service office manager was excellent answer my questions did what they said they would do thank you Merry Christmas
