Josh had all the new equipment and knew how to use it. He was thorough in his inspection and explained what he was doing and the readings he observed. He is very courteous. I ask him several questions and he willingly answered them. By the way I have experience with refrigeration, heating and air conditioning from years ago, but am not very knowledgeable of the new technology. I believe Josh will be very successful in his chosen occupation and Automatic climate has many other good employees as well.

I’m writing this review to let you know how pleased I was with your technician Jed. Jed arrived at our home at the appointed time to perform the seasonal preventive maintenance on our HVAC unit. He introduced himself and his coworker, after which they put protective booties on their shoes. He asked if we were having any problems with the unit. I explained I was concerned with the air flow in one of the rooms. He ran a couple of tests and then told me what he believed the issue was. He increased the fan speed from medium to high to see if that would make a difference. There was a slight improvement, however, he informed me replacing the duct work in that room would improve the unit’s performance – something I’m considering. I have to say these young men were friendly, courteous, professional, thorough and very respectful of the house. More importantly they worked well together and answered any questions that came up. When Jed recognized that I was a Vietnam Veteran he thanked me for my service – a rarity coming from a service technician so I was impressed. Paid $271 for a service that lasted 1 day and when I called back Jonathan the manager requested more money to diagnose the same issue that I already paid for. Ive used Automatic Climate twice over the past year to service my HVAC system, and I continue to be impressed by the quality of technician they send to service my two units. I had a prior repair call with another vendor through my home warranty, but it was obvious the other vendor didnt know what they were doing. Automatic Climate corrected their work and resolved the problem. I now have a service contract through Automatic Climate.Joe G was a thorough professional, and it was clear that he took pride in his work. Joe was methodical and courteous. He walked me through every step of what he inspected, why it was important, and how my system performed. Joe took the time to clean both of my external units, and they shine like new. They will continue to be my go-to team to keep my HVAC system in top condition.

Russell quickly determined the reason my unit wasnt reaching the heat set point - he replaced the fan on my compressor unit. He also saw that the drain on my compressor drain had no high level alarm and shutdown to prevent my flooring from getting damaged by an overflow. He said you would contact me about that.

Installed provided dishwasher and garbage disposal in kitchen. Did a great job from start to finish in a timely manner. Every tech including Russell who has came to my home always is very professional and performs a great job at reasonable pricing .

Chris did the install, and most of it worked well, but Simon had to return twice to make critical adjustments. Automatic Climate communicated well throughout the installation and adjustment processes, they were very responsive and easy to deal with. After lots of remodeling and floor refinishing, we knew it was time to have our duct work cleaned. We have 2 stories, plus a basement so both floor and ceiling vents. Getting someone to clean ducts is sketchy. Some just use a blower and a vacuum. Others use a brush and vacuum system. Prices we obtained ranged from $350 to over $2,000. No matter which method, you cant easily inspect the work when they are finished. Believing the brush and vacuum approach would yield the best results, thats the direction we decided on. Automatic Climate maintains our daughters condo systems and she is always impressed with their professionalism so ultimately thats who we went with. Their pricing is precise so there was no surprise at the end. They arrived on time, brought in drop clothes to protect floors and wore booties over their shoes while in the house. They used brushes of varying sizes to hit every inch of flex pipe and solid trunk line. They will pass thru the same line multiple times if they still hear and feel debris coming thru the vacuum hose. While the vent covers are removed, they take them outside and clean them. They were very polite and respectful of property. We cant imagine any process that would yield better results than the way they went about it. Weve noticed a big difference in the time it takes for dust to build up on furniture and floors as well as a reduction in allergy-like symptoms. We highly recommend Automatic Climate.

We have had an issue where it feels like the air handler on the top floor of our house is at times shaking the whole upper floor. We had a technician out, but of course, the problem didnt manifest while he was there.Right after he left, we experienced it so we called back. Automatic Climate sent out Gary, who came with the mindset that he was going to sit there until we figured out what was going on.Gary and I spent a lot of time sitting around and Gary used that time to explain some of the things that could be going on, and how he might look into it. He ended up doing some work to expand the size of a return vent, being very clear on how that might help the situation and cheering with me when it provided more air flow into a room that usually had very little.We ended up not experiencing the shake, but Gary told me some steps to take to make sure we could track the problem.All in all, I have continually had a great experience (they installed this unit) and will continue to use Automatic Climate!

And finally, he has that good customer service mindset where he is always looking to see if there was anything else that he could do to help. For example, he took the time to explain to me how the thermostat behaves if you switch the modes (what the difference is between flashing and solid lights mean).
