Couldn’t have had better service from the time of our first call to the office to the end of installation. Very professional install and great explanation of the equipment including the thermostat. It is a very quiet system and provides an even temperature throughout the house even with our vaulted ceilings. We couldn’t be happier.

From start to finish the company was top notch. From getting our old unit back up and going long enough for us to decide on a replacement to getting it replaced. This company is great and we were very happy with the service they provided.

Our technician was very knowledgeable about what the problem was and was able to fix it in a timely manner. He was so polite and courteous. We were so happy with his work and patience with our daughter who has autism. She has a tendency to scream really loud and be pushy at times and he was so wonderful.

The install tech did a wonderful job on the welds and install of the new unit. I really appreciated them using the little socks for their shoes while they walked through my house. After the install everything was clean and they answered all the questions I had. I would recommend these guys to anyone. 10/10

I recently called Dick Hill & Son for routine furnace maintenance and inspection because they have a great reputation locally. They were able to schedule an appointment for 2 days later. The technician was very prompt and very thorough and professional. I was very happy with the service.

Our furnace decided to stop working! I called Dick Hill & Son. They set a time for the technician to arrive. I received an email & text confirming the appointment. There was a picture of the technician and a bit about his background. Doug (technician) was friendly, understanding and professional. He diagnosed the issue and installed a new ignition igniter in a short time. If I need assistance in the future, I will certainly call Dick Hill & Son.

The technician, Clayton Spicher was friendly and knowledgeable. I was given an estimated time of 9-11 a.m. and he had called me by 9:10 to tell me he was on his way. He even gave some advice on filters and told me how to get an estimate for a new furnace if we need one in the future, since ours is old. Very impressed.

I purchased a Bryant heat pump system from Dick Hill and Son in the of spring 2012. Since installation it has saved me more than a third on my energy bill over past months and this is through one of the hottest summers on record. Service is great and my Great Pyrennes now sleeps all over the house instead of right on top of one of the vents to stay cool. It has his paw of approval.

Came out cause our furnace wasnt working cleaned the burners and then charged us almost 300 dollars. Furnace started doing the same thing 45 days later and they want to charge us 150.00 for an after hours fee plus the cost of whatever else is wrong with it.
