Best company that I have seen, love the teamwork.

I called Richmond Hill Water Department to let them know that the city pipe was leaking. EOM responded to the call at 10:30 on August 7, 2019. The promptly turned off my water and wrote on the door note that it was a leak located on the client side. All of this is fair, however, what’s horrible is the fact that from 10:30 am no one contacted me to tell me that they were even at my house or even that they shut off my water. Not even on the note on the door does it say they shut off my water. So I come home and have a baby in the house with no water! They could have called at 10:30 and given me time to have a plumber come out. Or even gave me the option to leave my water on since I’m the one paying for it. This is a disgusting lack of care on the part of Richmond Hill for contracting service through people that would do this, it’s also a ridiculous lack in care on the behalf of the service provider who came to my house.
