Wesley was so Helpful and Wonderful!!! I couldn’t been more Satisfied. Wes walked me through the process of my water damage. He set up the equipment to dry up all the moisture. Wes helped me So Much with everything from what to look for from insurance claim up to making sure I pick a good General Contractor to do the repairs. Without Wes I would’ve been So Lost… but he was there for me and assisted me every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Justin and Wes were extremely helpful throughout the entire process of helping fix the water damage in my house. I cannot even put into words how professional and hard working this company was, but I’ll do my best! It was late at night when we noticed a backup of water that got under the flooring of the house. They picked up immediately and even offered to come that night, around 11:30. Justin came in with his crew to take out the flooring, test for mold, and get the area dry. They were quick and efficient. They went above and beyond the line of work, even helping me with insurance claims and talking with the adjuster himself, giving him a virtual tour of the damages. It was a stressful couple of days, but this company, led by Justin, made it that much easier for me the family and me. Can’t recommend them enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Justin went above and beyond to come to my rescue on Tybee with an overflowed toilet. He was so very professional and had over 20 fans up and running saving the ceiling and floor from an overflowed toilet! He talked me through every step and put me right at ease. He took care of everything, even answering questions via personal text after he left. I will use this company from here on out with anything and recommend them all the time! Again, Justin was an absolute life saver!

Used this company when our house flooded, twice back to back, and they were amazing. Very kind and compassionate people. They were quick to show up and help in a time of need and went above and beyond for us.The owner as well as all of the employees were great, and very helpful people. Every dollar spent here was well worth it.

Serclean workers were careful to direct us to which plumbing business could fix the slab leak. Once the pipe was found and repaired, Serclean set up a system to siphon and dry out the water collected in the walls and to track damage to adjacent rooms and included those areas in the project as well. Each day they checked on how the drying process was coming along and adjusted the set up if needed. They took time to explain the extent of the problem and how they were addressing it. The walls took about 5 days to completely dry out and they checked the progress every day. The machines they left in place were very noisy, but the process was done thoroughly. Their service was both professional and comprehensive. I would definitely hire them again if needed and would recommend them to my friends of family! (We went through a home warrantee plan for the repair, so it wasnt too costly.)

They were here within the hour and started to get to work immediately! They got the water up and put in a LOT of fans and dehumidifiers. All the flooring and baseboards were taken out that day! I credit their prompt response for not losing my household possessions, too. I highly recommend their services and Justin Murns specifically. Thanks to all the men that helped me out!

On a Sunday, I needed a plumbing company to come out and repair a broken water pipe. Having never dealt with this before, I was referred to Serclean. Mr. Alan sent a member of his team immediately to begin assessing the damage. Before the water pipe was fixed, the guys at Serclean had already began removing damaged materials. Thru the entire experience, this team was very professional and thorough. All billing was handled between them and the insurance company.Last note: They are very trustworthy. Since I couldnt take off of work, they put a lock box on the door to gain access while I was at work. I received a call prior to them entering the property and when they were leaving. Awesome company!

After our washing machine leaked in several areas of our home we called Alan directly and the same night had him inspect the damage and then Wes was able to begin cleaning everything up. They were patient and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. Very professional and attentive.

I had water damage in my kids bathroom, so Cody came at on 1/5/21 to assess the damage. He was very nice and professional, But they will not provide me with a bill. The company insist on getting my insurance company information because they want to receive the whole check from my insurance company. I’m still trying to receive a bill and it’s 1/27/21. My insurance company told me they want he check to come to them.... please be aware

They were fantastic!..Helped us out on a leaky roof incident. Tristan came the same night as contacted moved our stuff with care and hooked up their equipment to get everything dry, after everything was dry they even helped with filing the home owners insurance claim.. Definitely a company to call if we have anything happen in the future. 1000% Recommended!

I was recommended this company from a plumbing service. Before I had the chance to look up the number and call Allen had already reached out to me. I was worried about the process and what to do but he reassured me it would be taken care of and would help me every step of the way. By that afternoon Justin and Wes were at my house ready to start the process. Justin explained what to expect and gave me his contact info and was always available. Wes checked on the process often to ensure that as soon as it was done they could remove the equipment right away. I never felt like a bother with my questions and they helped me take an unfortunate situation and took the stress of how to fix it. I would recommend this company to anyone every time.

Alan was recommended to me by my plumbing service. He contacted me immediately. I was worried about a water line leak under my fridge that caused cupping on one of my heart of pine wood floor plank in front of the Fridge. Alan came over the very next day. He took several moisture reading measurements for water leaks throughout the floors and other areas. Measurements were fine with just slight moisture. He recommended I keep a dehumidifier on continuously running in that area and give it a week or more to allow the floor board to dry out and often the floor board will flatten. . He was very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. No charge! Thank you Alan.

We had a pipe burst behind our bathroom wall and water poured into 4 rooms. I called Alan Mock at SerClean and he quickly sent over his team. They set up fans and dehumidifiers in all 4 rooms to start the drying process. They cut open the wall and found the broken pipe. They fixed the pipe and the drywall. They replaced the dining room floor and painted the wall. The floor and the wall look Beautiful! Alan worked with my insurance company and his team did a great job! My dad had a house fire, he did most of the work. Ripping up flooring, taking out all the damaged stuff. All they did was put fans in the house, lay down the flooring, and put up cabinets. Yet they charge over 12k. Such a joke. Thanks but no thanks. Come back and do some real work before you charge an outrageous amount for a fan and 2 days worth of work.
