Chris was my advisor and he was great. Dealership is setup nicely with coffee and water station during service. Loaner vehicle was clean and practically brand new. The video analysis they send during inspection is cool and helpful to see what is going on with the car. They were great all around and I will be back for sure.

Battery and Alternator “replaced with new parts.” $3,000 and now my windows roll up at turtle speed, start/stop hesitates when it’s time to start again, and screens activate slower than before. Not to mention, I waited for 35 mins before being seen even with an appointment, stayed at the dealership for 6 hours, finally given a rental, car was suppose to be complete in two days but wasn’t notified until 7 days later then harassed about returning the rental because I work out of town, as if I had stolen it. Ridiculous.

Service Advisor (Ton) was outstanding and kept me informed of progress in a timely manner. Responded appropriately to a question I had on my bill. The service tech provided a video showing the work needing to be done PRIOR to starting it. Video was a great value-add. Final paperwork was more comprehensive than any other dealer Ive been to. Great first experience.

I initially went in because all of my dashboard warning and error lights were on. After arriving for repairs, I exit the car and it locked me out, and to top it all off, my key fob did not work and my manual key was missing, so I could not open the doors.Not only were they able to get back into the vehicle, but also diagnosed the check engine, and all the other warnings. Then found the issue, recommended the repairs and reset all previously used key fobs, cut new manual keys, and touched it up as to look brand new.Thanks.

Ton Dao the advisor did a great job of getting my Range Rover Sport covered on extended warranty.The mechanic did a great job of repairing my Range Rover Sport but he also said the lifter noise on my vehicle is a known problem..I am unbelievably unhappy with Land Rover as brand, the dealership did a great job. I have had over a over a dozen other new vehicles that I have put over 100,000 miles on and have never had a serious engine problem. I find it extremely hard to believe that Land Rover cannot build a vehicle that can last longer than 65,000 miles without engine issues. I brought my vehicle in at 65,000 miles and had multiple oil leaks, exhaust valves with excessive lash noise, which forced the dealer to replaced 24 valve tappets, supercharger nose cone, timing tensioners, and timing chain guides. It is well known online that between 60,000 and 65,000 oil leaks begin and the valve tappets (according to the mechanic) need to be replaced.I believe the Land Rover brand owes me an apology and a refund on what it cost me to repair my vehicle.The Land Rover manual says to change oil and filter every 16,000 miles. I change my oil every 5,000 miles and oil and filter every 10,000.What is wrong with Land Rovers quality control that they cannot build a engine that can last longer than 65,000 miles without significant repair. I did have a extended warranty that covered about 75% of the job, however I still did end up paying 2486.95 out of pocket. To me this is just insane for a 5 year old car with 65,000 miles.

Super excited to be a first time customer at Richfield Land Rover. All the staff were great to work with, and really went above and beyond. I asked them to do a health assessment on my 1990 Defender 90 and they did great laying out a projected “fix-it” list including pricing. They also fixed the electric issues and my leaky rear diff. Professional experience from top to bottom.

I called with some questions about a warranty and Sarah was so short and rude on the phone not letting me explain myself. She assumed she knew what my question would be and how to answer it. She was not knowledgable or helpful. She could have told me what she did without being crabby. Ive worked in customer service for over 30 years and due to her attitude, Ill work with another Land Rover Dealership when Im ready to purchase my next car and will not use this location for anything. I had a much more knowledgable response and friendly voice on the other end of the phone when I called Jaguar Land Rover of Minneapolis in Golden Valley and they answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me some valuable advice.

I was most impressed by the communication with my service advisor Chris. He sent me a video once my Vehicle was on the hoist and showed me the brake pads, the tire treads, the air filters and the cabin filter! I have never received that from any dealer.

Top notch. We’ve been faithful customers at the Golden Land Rover for a lot of years, & bc they had no competition, they dropped the ball often. Before this opened, we drove to Chicago to buy our last one bc we flat refused to give Golden our business any longer. When you cater to higher end clientele, you need to do the little things, bc frankly we are paying for them; via initial cost, parts, service, insurance, etc. We will be taking both of ours to Richfield from this point forward, no doubt about it. They easliy could have padded the oil change with your vx bolt from your muffler belt is warn 28 mm, time to replace, and they didnt . They actually make a service video showing you what they checked and what to keep an eye on. This place will be putting a serious hurting on Golden. A+.
