Rachel was awesome!!! Provided help with my battery without an appointment and worked me in without waiting all day.
I always have a great experience with this company. Maxwell as well as other staff members are polite and very detail when it comes to your automobile and they will get the job done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend.
Absolutely pathetic. They are ripping you off without doing the job properly. Rude people. They want to get money without checking the car
Excellent and quick service. Spoke with a gentleman named Devin, and there was no high pressure sales pitch for things that I didnt truly need like most other auto shops. Truthful about what was needed and what other maintenance would benefit the vehicle. Will definitely be returning for any auto needs in the future!
WORST customer service of my LIFE. I was initially thankful to see this place still open after suddenly getting a flat tire. I barely managed to make the drive there in the rain, only to be greeted by the most rude front desk associate I have ever met (name was Allen, I believe). He said they wouldn’t be taking any more cars for the day, and I would have to leave it overnight which I could not do (it is my only car and I had work in the morning). Changing a flat takes like 15 mins max, and there were plenty of workers just sitting there in the back doing NOTHING! There was absolutely no reason they could not do it other than LAZINESS. I even kindly asked if i could just borrow a wrench to change the flat myself (I had everything else), and he said flat out said “no” in the most disgusting, smug way. I managed to change it myself after calling a friend to meet me so I could borrow their wrench. Whole process of calling a friend and changing it took me less than an hour and approx only 15 mins of it was spent actually changing it...now why couldn’t any of the workers do that??? They just sat there and watched the whole time giving dirty looks after claiming they couldn’t take any more cars for the day. This place just wants to waste your time and take your money, DON’T GO HERE! THEY DON’T WANT TO HELP YOU!
Are Firestones going out of business? Cannot find any store to set appointment even weeks later...not really prefer calling store, I did that last year and when I showed up there was no record.
Extremely rude reception staff. They act as if they are doing you a favor by providing services for which you pay. The mechanics are good though they know their work and are helpful.
Went to get my battery replaced, they pulled out my radiator hose and had coolant spew all over my engine and needed to get towedc this is the second time this firestone has given me a horrible experience, if you care about your car take it somewhere else. overpriced, and honestly sub par work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SHAM. 1/10
These people try to rip you off. Dont go to this place. If you go for an oil change, they will tell you that something major that will cost thousands is wrong. It will never be a 30-minute oil change without any major problems found, and you will wait hours.
I came here to get my brakes checked because I smelled something burning. They said it would take a hour, but it took 4 hours. I was so upset and distraught. I had to pick my kids up from school also.Afterwards they had to order another part which had to come from another store. I was horrified. At the end they made my Wait Worth my time.Y’all worked very hard on my car! Thank you Guys so so Much! Great place. Great workers.
They don’t even wear masks in a pandemic, every customer I see has one on including myself, but the employees are maskless. It’s an insult to everyone who is a patron and everyone who has passed away due to COVID
Good service, but avoid if youre wary of Covid.I desperately needed an oil change so I stopped by after work. They did it relatively fast. Promoted an expensive synthetic oil (my car is a hybrid and requires synthetic) but revealed a cheaper option after I asked if it existed.Would be 5 stars if the staff followed Covid protocol. The guys out back were not wearing masks, which wasnt a real issue here. Its hot. Theyre outside the whole day. Only really around each other. Id prefer they wore masks but understand why they dont. What I dont understand is why the guy up at the front either had his nose sticking out of his mask or just wasnt wearing it at all. Makes me doubt the counter or the credit card machine is sanitized much, if at all. The little waiting area has all of the chairs but one off to the side close together and definitely not 6 ft apart even though they have floor room to spread out. If youve got to come here like I did, have gloves. I really wished I had gloves when I was there.Honestly I saw the sticking out nose and would have just left right then if I didnt need an oil change asap.
They said diagnostics was free but ended up charging $100 when I went to pick my car up. Be careful!! They will find a way to rip you off
The Richardson Firestone is a very dangerous place where customer safety isnt taken seriously at all. The service advisor who made close contact with me did not wear a mask and even defended himself saying that the mask fogs up his glasses. His glasses are not an excuse for putting my life at risk. The Richardson Firestone on Campbell road clearly does not take Covid 19 seriously. Jim opened my car door to check on something while I was in the drivers seat then spoke to me by the car; all without wearing a mask; dangerous, unprofessional, and insensitive. Do NOT go to the Richardson firestone unless you want to get sick. Also, he says he is really busy and told me how many other people he had to help. I wish I could give them a 0 instead of a 1.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Firestone. We made an appointment in advance to come in for a simple alignment. 4 HOURS later, it’s still not done, and we have been in the lobby waiting the whole time. The only communication we have received is conflicting messages from the front desk and the tech, and once per hour they come tell us that they actually need to do something else that will be an extra $100. So far, it’s gone from $150 to $300 to $438 to $524.Don’t waste your money here, or your time.
I brought my car in earlier this year to diagnose an intermittent rough sound from my front passenger wheel. They correctly identified a failed wheel hub and were happy to work with my 3rd party warranty company (Silver Rock). The repair was done the same day they received the part and Maxwell did a great job keeping me up to date throughout the process. No issues with the repair since it was completed (around 5 months)
Awesome service
Exceptionally fast State Inspection. Out of there in a hurry.
Great car repair. Not for collision though.
Diagnosed a slow leak in my tire and pulled out two nails. Patched it up and my tire has been great for several months. Fast and inexpensive, also had great customer service.
Thank you Mr. Carter for all your helpToday.
Been coming here for years.Ben and Roger always get me and my truck taken care of.If I have any questions or concerns, they always answers them or take care of me.I love the transparency.Theres been a couple of times Ive come here after visiting the dealership, only to find out that the dealership wasnt being honest about what was needed on my car.The first time, they took me out there to show me, and sure enough, the dealership misrepresented their findings just to get money from me.Theyve won me over with their honesty and integrity. You cant always walk in unannounced and get in and out quickly while you wait, but theres a reason for that, everybody comes here. Theres a reason for that. And if you live close, they can usually drop you off at home if you cant get a ride.Sometimes its a good idea to either drop off your car, or schedule it in.And I can do that, because they now take care of everything for me instead of having to go to several places.Oil changes, tire repairs, alignments (get the lifetime alignment, its worth its weight in gold), and even unexpected issues like my check engine light coming on.Full service facility.
Maxwell and his team are awesome and super friendly. They won’t sell you on something you don’t need and are experts in their field. Would recommend this Firestone to anyone needing work on their car. Thanks maxwell and team!
Used to be our go-to place for service and repairs. Everything was always done correctly. But in the past year they havent been able to diagnose issues properly and theyve been dishonest in their pricing. What I was told over the phone turned out to be about 30% more expensive. Because we used to take our car in frequently for service, they treated us kindly and waived a lot of fees for us, but I guess too much turnover has changed that. Its a shame as it used to feel like a community-oriented place...the Cheers of auto care for our neighborhood.
I am not sure why this location gets bad reviews. We have gone here for 15 years. The staff is great and never push us on anything. If you expect greatness---you get greatness I suppose. Highly recommend
Maxwell gave me the best service. Gave me the best deal I could find. Gives you honest advice about what you need. Would definitely recommend.
Free tire pressure check and nice customer service
Great service great staffs
It is not matter to me anymore and it happened long time ago. I decide review now because I had another bad service on other Firestone location.I dont think they still selling coupon however my mistake was bought Firestone coupon. I think it was real good deal but I can not remember exact detail. I was there for using my first oil change coupon. They changed oil and multi inspected my car. I signed up the paper work and they gave me a multi inspection report that doesnt have any problem. It was just fine until almost I made home. I smelled coolant and looks like smoke from hood. My car was Mazda Miata so I can see and smell it from engine room because it was very small car. I stopped car and opened the hood and found out steam came out from radiator and very top of radiator had cracked. The cracked was little but it looks like hit by something. I went to back to Firestone right away and asked them about it. They told me they didnt do anything about it and asked me why I opened hood and checked it out. That was dump question I ever heard. They told me if I didnt know about the crack how I can opened the hood and found out the crack. Smell from engine room and smoke from under the hood that is not enough clue to open the hood and find out where is smoke came from??? I felt they not honest and did not want to find out what was going on and blame everything on me to made me look cheater. Simply if the crack was before oil change, how come no one smell or see it when I get there and when they inspected my car. I was very upset and called the manager. He came to me and told me leave before he call police on me. I trashed the coupon so I wasted money not save. It was worst deal ever not good deal at all.
Well I went In at 12 to get a new tire. They said it would take an hour, so I go home. Ended up taking 5 hours and rescheduled my whole day for one stupid tire on top of putting me on hold for about 15 minutes
Terrific up until I realized that the tech decided not to put my spare tire away for me...
Went in for just tire install, find out i ordered my tires in the wrong size (my fault) the manager literally goes and picks them up in his own truck 40 mins away after finding the tires. After he picks up the tires we find out I have 2 wheel studs spinning, a bunch of hours later they got it out and took care of everything, good bunch of guys up there
Great place, great guys. I had a small issue and they worked with me knowing it was a small issue, but was causing me a lot of trouble! Most shops I called acted like it wasnt worth their time, truly! They were patient and listened to my longish story of how the problem came to be, checked a bunch of other stuff out for me, and were very polite the whole time. Every time I go to a mechanic, I end up feeling like I get my car back in worse shape than when I took it in. These guys really did do quality work, and now I will definitely go there in the future for what I need vs trying to take my chances anywhere else.
Worst customer service.
This facility needs a complete change in management. The shop manager, Brad, continually makes promises he cannot keep. While were waiting our turn we saw three different customers come in and complain that their vehicle was not complete despite having given the shop way longer than promised to repair the vehicle. In one case, according to the customer, Brad promised the vehicle would be ready in 1 1/2 hours, the customer returned in 4 hours, Brad promised it in another 20 minutes, and the customer had still waited an additional hour before we left.We took a friends truck in to have a noise in the wheel checked. The shop told us the wheel bearings were bad on both from wheels and while they had the off the tie rod ends were wearing and should be replaced as well as both front tires. We agreed to the repair and Brad promised, in front of three witnesses, the truck would be ready that afternoon. We left the truck and called the next morning to make sure it was ready to be picked up. Brad replied Oh, I didnt know you wanted it today! We can probably have it ready by 4:00 We decided to go to the shop and wait, in person, to assure they were actually working on it. When we arrived at noon I asked Brad how long he thought the repair would take. He said a couple of hours. I replied, your confident in that time? Brad replied Completely. We ended up leaving the shop between 3:30 and 4:00. While waiting the shop personnel came out to show us two parts that broke while they worked on them and were told the shop would throw the extra parts in for free. Ive taken cars to the shop for 40 years to have front end work and this is the first time Ive ever seen a shop break one much less two parts in one session. The man working the cashiers desk was the only bright spot of this whole mess. He was VERY friendly and VERY helpful. Hopefully he will continue to work for the NEW MANAGEMENT this place desperately needs. Until they get new management I would avoid it at all costs. Pay a towing fee, if necessary, but stay away from this shop.
AVOID FOR ALL VEHICLE PROBLEMS AT ALL COSTS! Not the best experience, came in for my serpentine belt or fan belt to be fixed. Started my car and immediately the dash error lights lit back up. They tried to readjust the belts in a shortcut attempt to fix my issue, then searched for something more high in price to get more money. Couldn’t even add on an additional military discount (even though it would be 5-10% at most), and they couldn’t even put the useable part back on that I didn’t even come for in the first place.
My experience was far better than expected. Ive had a lot of bad experiences with mechanics in the past and read a lot of mixed reviews. The entire staff was friendly, informative, and professional. They all seemed like they get along and are all a part of a team. Randy was exceptionally nice and funny, asked me if I got everything I wanted and if my experience was excellent, and it was! Ben first waited on me and was very helpful and nice. Overall I was pleased and will be visiting again if I need any more service to my car
If it werent for Maxwell the supervisor this would be a 1 star review. I payed for a vehicle inspection and Maxwell was very helpful, but the following day I THINK the other employees tried to pull a fast one on me by saying they inspected the car when they didnt. Luckily the dealership owner was honest and told me they didnt inspect because the AC was out as well as a few other issues they missed. When I called Maxwell again he was very apologetic and assured me it would be examined and he reported the following day with some issues the vehicle had. This could have all been a mistake, but if you use them, I highly recommend you speak to Maxwell, not sure of the integrity of the rest of the shop, but hes good at what he does and honest.
They recommended some additional services, but they performed my scheduled oil service promptly. I could have waited for the work to finish.
The employees are always very nice and helpful.
I got a wheel alignment on my F-150. I called that same day around 11:00 am and place an appointment for 4:30 pm. When I got there they told me I was next in line since I had an appointment and that it would take a little over an hour. I walked next door to HomeGoods and receive a call 30 min later that my truck was ready. The staff was very polite and explained everything. No problems at all.
Came in for an oil change and was in addition told that my front right tire was going to fall off if I didnt get it repaired. Its been a year since then and my tire is just fine. It also passed inspection, which I got elsewhere. Just trying to go after your money. And if you seem like you know nothing about cars, they try to profit off it. Youre better off going elsewhere.
A friend of mine have a flat tire on A tire he had recently bought their. They took care of it in a quick manner.
Dont recommend this location. Dropped my car off yesterday afternoon for an oil change and tire rotation. They readily accepted my car and while they wouldnt give me an estimated time of completion, they said by seven when they close. Got a call at about six that they werent going to get to my car but they would keep it over night and do it first thing in the morning. I didnt want my car there over night so I picked it up and dropped it off this morning again for the same work (they remembered I had been there yesterday and even had the signed work slip still). Four hours go by and still no call to update me. Tried calling twice and both times put on hold for way too long so I finally went up there to get my car whether it was done or not. The work had been done (thankfully ), the guy working had just forgotten to call me. Very frustrating that I was without a car for two half days for something that should take under an hour. I wont be returning, my time is too valuable.
Patrick was very thorough and did a great job explaining everything
Took my car for a brake replacement at this garage and unfortunately the job was terrible. The brakes right from the beginning started to make noise, took the car back three additional times telling them it still had a problem, they told me noise was normal and the brakes were ok. The noise continued increasing to an intolerable level, came back again and they told me that the car needed attention by Infiniti and they cant do anything about it.Went to another garage, brakes fixed for even less amount of money.
Fast easy state inspection
I just had my car looked at by this Firestone - Spoke to Randy the service manager and we paid 80 for a diagnostic on the car and after speaking to him all they did was open the hood and see the timing belt was broken. They did not pull the plugs to investigate further to tell me exactly what was wrong and the total repair cost. I tried speaking to him in regards to the fee but he was unwilling to budge even a dollar. I paid 80 bucks for him to open the hood and say timing belt is broken, close the hood and be done with it. This is the most I have ever been ripped off in my life. I tried to work with them but all I got was this is our minimum charge to look at a car.I called around and other shops will scope the engine to advise if this is worth fixing or not and they will only charge $75 - $105 depending on how many plugs they have to pull to find an issue. My advice is to find a better company to do business with if you have a choice. In the future I wouldnt even go back here in an emergency. I have been to Firestone in the past and it was a decent experience but after this I will never go back.
Friendly, knowledgeable neighborhood service!
Always goes an extra miles for you great group of people to trust and do right by ladiesAnd men.
Cant beat scheduling an appointment and them being ready for you when you arrive
Broke my oil dipstick and refused to pay for it
Ive been here several times for inspections and routine maintenance. The staff have always been friendly (especially Randy), fairly quick to perform repairs, and have never suggested any service that wasnt recommended in the owners manual. I know there are a lot of negative reviews for this location, but I feel comfortable returning for any routine care.
Great customer service. Inspection was done fast. So far so good.
So I wanted to try a different fire stone and this one is near my job. I needed to get my tire patched because last time I’d gotten air here one of they guys told me to bring it back and he’s take care of it. I go in. It was supper busy. I had to be to work in 30mins. So I asked him if I could just get air in my rear tire for now because it’s so busy. He told me to pull I too the last bat and they’d get it done right away. So I pull up to the last bay and literally SAT there for 10 MINUTES. Waiting to get air put in my tire. When 2 of they employees literally started right at me from inside the bay he told me to pull up to them walked off like I wasn’t there. I’ve had enough of Firestone in general but this was the icing on the cake. I don’t mind waiting it’s jsit the fact that you looked dead at me for a while then walked off like I was just sitting there fkrmy health.
Got a quote for $60-70 to replace 2 tires, which included a charge for TPMS replacement. Discount tire did it all for $38. The mechanics dont seem to be the hardest workers either. Sales rep was nice though
Friendly customer service, prompt attention to issues only, additional free service on fluid checks and others.
I have had it with this location. Perhaps all Firestone shops not sure yet but this place? For sure. I brought my car in to have a noisy belt looked at-was charged 300$ and nothing was fixed-they did literally nothing-had no clue what the problem was yet charged me $300. Had to argue with whomever to get to a manager who couldnt justify it either so they waived it. Prior to that my wife brought her truck in for AC fix-couldnt do it but...somehow ended up changing all the tail and brake lights-200$. The lesson for me-OK, theyre super convenient as I live only streets away so...only easy stuff or else theyll try and soak you. Ok, so I brought my car in for an inspection today. I swear to god I did this against my better judgement as I had a feeling thered be drama even though I had been working on the car for a few weeks and it was fully up to speed-I knew that. But, of course, they couldnt pass it b/c the windshield wipers were bad and the license plate bulb was out (their specialty: light bulbs). Nickels and dimes-I was right. 3 strikes is definitely enough. This neighborhood place that I have had distant good experiences with is no longer an option-too bad. Ill have to go someplace further away but at least maybe theyll be straight with me.Addendum: So, I took my car and put a bulb and windshield wipers on it--exactly what they asked for----and now Im being told the cars emissions arent passing--passed yesterday when there was something else making it fail. Now that those things are fixed theres something else making it fail. Id recommend avoiding this shop. Your sure to find someplace closer thatll shoot straight with you...
Honest guys. Roger will take serious care of you and not run you around. Accurate quotes in terms of repair and wait times, and fair pricing.
Great service honest people and the guy at the counter was very personable wish I remembered his name
Went in, they took care of me right away. No complaints. They have my business!
Dumbfounded. After taking my vehicles there for years, I took a car I was contemplating buying. I asked them to check it out and they told me it appears fine and that it just needs new plugs and wires and injector cleaner. Bought the car on my trust in Firestone and 2 weeks and three (real) mechanics later, I learn that half of the cylinders have 0 compression and the engine is a boat anchor. Never again; not to any Firestone.
I had very unpleasant experience in the Firestone Campbell Rd, Richardson store. I got a flat tire changed before I drove there to replace for a spare tire. It cost me $145 for a new tire. They switched the place of the 4 tires claiming it would be better for the balance. However, the light of the tire pressure flashed immediately after I drove away, and the wierd feeling when driving was very obvious. So I drove back asking why, the guy Randy said it would went off after I drove more than 10 miles. But of course it was not the case. I went back again the next day, then they said the rim of the previous flat tire was badly damaged. He suggested I should send it to fix or replace with a new rim. I asked the cost. He said $150 for fixing and $200-300 for a new rim. But when they got it fixed, they charged me $227. What pissed me off was that after they changed back to that fixed tire, the light went on immediately again! I dont think they really got it fixed. And I dont know why they would hand over a vehicle to a customer with an alarm light flashing! It was totally unprofessional. When they finally got the light went off with what methods I was really not aware of, I asked what caused the problem. Randy couldnt give me a reasonable answer, but sounded infering that the light was the problem! I dont feel like trusting these people. And the attitude was indifferent and arrogant. I dont think I will go there ever again!
I went for oil change which took more than an hour without any wait line. They give me recommendations based on my cars mileage that the air filters need to be changed. I checked them and they were brand new replaced 4 months ago. This was definitely a way to charge extra money for no reason.Another issue they found was a nail in my REAR LEFT tire for which they would charge 30$. When I went to another shop to get it fixed they said theres no nail in REAR LEFT. I call firestone and they say, Ohh we rotated the tires so it might be in one of the other 3 tires. Are they stupid to write a suggestion to fix REAR LEFT after rotating the tires??It was just a waste of time. They say oil change is 22$ on the phone trying to show its cheaper than other places. But when you actually go there, they charge you for much more than just oil change!
I use to like going to this store.. Ive always given them the benefit of fixing whatever was done wrong, and they usually offer the option of fixing whatever they have done wrong. From my experience, Ill never come back to this store. They have caused repeated headaches and unnecessary issues. If your thinking about coming here and having low profile tires installed or worked on... Think twice and go elsewhere.
They are reliable, I had an issue when I did an alignment service with them, but the manager was helpful, and he solved the issue.
My tire light came on...I checked a couple places to make sure they would be open. I eas headed to Jiffy Lube but saw that Firestone had a free air pressure check. I pulled in and two attendants were talking and continued to converse after I pulled in. I patiently waited and then became irritated because of the lack of customer service!!! I attempted to pull up a little further and the older lady put her hand up hastily as if to say no stop. The male attendant finally comes to my window, doesnt speak, doesnt ask what I need..but says your tire light is on I said yes and he put air in my tires. Just a bit rude for my liking!!! I will not be back and will take my business elsewhere, a place where customer service is valued and comes 1st!!!
Brad and the staff were extremely helpful and fast with my tire change, would go again
Fool me once, fool me twice I wont ever do business with a Firestone again. They took a gander at my battery and left their cordless phone & an entire lug wrench in the hood of my car. It was causing a terrible sound in when I pulled over I got a free cordless and lug wrench. Why would you not check before closing the hood of the car and saying everything is kosher and send someone on their way like that? MAKES ZERO SENSE.
Made an appointment for an oil change as it was close to work. Very slow and is not crowded yet an hour and a half later and still waiting. Havent even completed the oil change and already attempting upsell. Do not bring your car here.
Took my son there to drop off his car for an alignment before a cross country trip. It took many hours longer than told at drop-off and when we started the trip the car pulls terribly to the left. Really bad alignment causing 2000 miles of extra wear on his tires.
Its like people now have an outlet for slamming businesses online and all of a sudden they can no longer be bothered to wait for anything; human error is also apparently unacceptable. The sense of entitlement in these reviews is disgusting. Firestone was EXTREMELY friendly. The time I waited was about par for the course, considering the customers in line ahead of me and the work I needed done. They offered me a free ride to and from work and gave courtesy calls on their findings before making repairs beyond the service I requested. What else do you want? If you dont have time to get your car serviced, dont take it in. And if you just cant accept that people make mistakes sometimes, do it yourself.
I have used this location several times while living in a nearby neighborhood for 10 years now.Ive always had a very pleasant experience. Its too bad that their rating is not higher. Customers are always more likely to write a bad review than a good one. Everyone gets frustrated about their car needing service. Its unfair to take out their frustrations on a service business. Ever taken your vehicle to the dealership and paid their prices? Dealership mechanics get paid commision on parts. To my knowledge Firestone mechanics do not. They have always treated me fairly and I trust them to service with my truck and tahoe.
Call in before hand and asked them how long it would take to do a oil change, they said 45mins, but when i came in it took them 2 hours to do a simple oil change??? If i knew this was the case i would rather drive to my regular mechanic.
They gave me a good price and kept the shop open late to finish my car for me!
Great service and prices!
I can see why this place only had 2 stars. I went in earlier today for an oil change since I only saw one car being worked on. The man at the desk asked me if I could leave the car with him since they were backed up. I informed him that I could not and he then told me to call him back at 4:00 pm to set up an appointment for latter this afternoon. When I called at 4:00 pm he indicated that I would have to leave the car and it would not be ready until 7:00 pm. I reminded him that I had been by earlier and was told that I could call at 4:00 pm for an appointment since I cant leave the car and then he said that he did not take appointments after 5:00 pm. Additionally, he rudely told me that if I brought the car in and waited that it would be 7:00 pm before it would be ready.
My Volvo had a fat tire that should be covered by them, it was defective from the manufacturer!!!Lets see what theyre saying?
Excellent service. Helped explain things and offer different selection if available.
Weve been going to this firestone for years and always have a good experience.
Great customer service the guy helped me with no problem and was very informative
Seems the owner is prone to dishonesty and taking advantage of people in desperate situations or without knowledge of auto repair. I would not recommend going to this place ever.
Wasted so much time because they give the wrong diagnosis twice
Good people fast service.
This is my go-to spot for tires and most auto maintenance needs. The staff is friendly, and frank about repairs without being overly pushy about suggested repairs that can wait. We expect to be customers for many years to come.
If I could give it negative stars I would. They crashed my truck! Its been over a month and it still hasnt been fixed. It is my work truck and they are trying to find a cheap route apparently and avoid covering damage and lost time from work. They have the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The manager never even apologized for the mistake. I regret going there and I advise everyone to stay away from this place.
I would not give this place one star. I was taking car in for work and paid 100s then they wouldnt do an alignment on it so I drove 1000 miles back to where I am staying. Now because out of alignment for 1000 miles tires are trashed. OK I am suing Firestone they could have been trying to kill me or someone else on the road. -5 of -5 stars never will I go back and do business with Firestone again. It was maybe not this location though. It was by Walmart and Walgreens in tx near a chase bank and a pot hole Chinese resturaunt
They were so kind and honest, with beneficial promotions. I heard that they offer UTD student discount, but in my case, their promotion was cheaper (and it was not stackable.)
Great service and staff.
Ive always enjoyed their service and professionalism, from the quote to the call that the vehicle was ready.
They helped me and no charge!
They dont mind ripping you off. And as i was waiting in the waiting lounge i noticed that they were trying to rip off other customers as they tried ripping me off as well.
If you want honesty this is the best place to go and the wait was was fast.
Fast, friendly and knowledgeable and reasonable prices.
They always shoot me straight and make my car work. Never over charge me and give me helpful hints for free.
Brads customer service is excellent! Theyre there to help.
Brought in vehicle to get brakes replaced because the pads were worn. New brakes were installed, but I was having issues when I would apply the brakes, making grinding noise. Took it back so they could look at it and they said a bolt was not torqued properly and the bolt was missing. I was still having issues with the brakes and took my vehicle to another Firestone. The second firestone location told me the Richardson firestone did not install the brakes properly and were amazed that the rakes worked and even more amazed that the tires stayed on the vehicle! Imagine driving down the highway going speed limit and the tires fall off with no brakes. Its pretty scary, if you asked me. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Ive email corporate and still waiting to hear from the corporate office.
I was foolish enough to go to them, inspite of reading the poor reviews. Please do not make this mistake!!they are the worst autocare center in the whole of DFW area.First they charged me $300 for front brake repair, and after just one day it started making weird noises. when I took it back to them they couldnt locate the source of the problem for one whole day. It was a faulty pad with a hard spot on it.They refused to replace the faulty part and resurfaced it.They will suck your pocket empty and leave you with a bigger problem than you already have.Dont go to Firestone.
Good service! Efficient work!
I asked to help patch/change a tire with a nail in it. They helped put the spare tire on, but after they were done they did not put the spare back under my truck.
