Nissan is my favorite brand. Here at Dallas tx, Courtesy Nissan is the direct dealership for all Nissan vehicles. It is a large facility with sales and service center. People are very courteous. Appointment online, very easy. Massive inventory with all model collections. In site snack and drink stations for waiting customers. Handicap accessible.
Awesome team, amazing service -- I was helped by Andrew Bradley who immediately addressed the issue with my car, found the best rate and kept me informed throughout the process till repaired. They initially stated around a 1-2 day window -- my car was ready within 24 hrs. In all the visits, I honestly cant find one complaint with the service, professionalism and awesome crew.
I went in with my daughter and the salesman very pushy to fill out paperwork even though I had already told him exactly where I needed to be, after he promised me they weren’t going to run my credit because I never picked a vehicle, they ran a hard inquiry on it anyway after I told them not to run it until I came back and would let them know. My sister had the same experience a couple of years back, they are shady and super unprofessional, no apology or explanation when I confronted them. Plenty better dealerships to buy from. They try and force you to use their financing too instead of your choice to have your own. Nissan in mesquite is the way to go if you’re buying Nissan .
Over all There was was a good selection of coffee and creamers in the waiting room. They also had a mini fridge stocked with mini water bottles. They are not strict with mask restrictions so if youre not vaccinated I wouldnt recommend. We came here in an attempt to get our car appraised. Theyre pricing was a little low but they have to make money so if youre not willing to sell your car on your own this seems like a good place to be. Clean inside, friendly staff.
I would like to thank Kalib for making my experience worth while. He was the only technician who noticed I was in the waiting Bay for quite a while. He soon attended me immediately and as I waited for my car to be serviced I enjoyed a good cup of coffee and some water. I even had a chance to charge my phone since the chair I sat in had an outlet. Even after my car was done he personally came to inform me it was ready. Thank you Kalib.
This year I did three maintenance, but have two bad experiences, first they didn’t but it back the cap in right place, Just put it on the windshield second time nothing wrong, third times they lost my cabin filter cap, I give three star because most of the time I’m come here the service and payment way is good
Courtesy makes your car maintenance as easy as possible. Check in while still seated in your car, under a large area, protected from the weather. And a large crew means not having to wait to check in. Shuttle home. Car is ready on time. Shuttle back. Every single person along the process is professional and friendly. Car repaired properly, no having to take it back, because it was fixed the first time. Been going there about 20 years.
There is nothing positive that I can say about this location, it took them 4 days to find the issue with my vehicle, the service care representative had no clue as to what he was doing, he did not relay all the information that I provided him to the mechanic.There is a reason that this location has many negative reviewsBelieve them

Totally unprofessional. Will not stand behind the cars they sell. Also tells you that payments will be one price to get you to come in and then once there the payments become significantly higher!! They have still yet to give me back my $2,000 deposit and they supposedly requested the check a week ago. Thats pretty bad since I gave them cash!!! Buyers beware....
$775 later and issue with vehicle not repaired.. beyond disappointed...

Robert Temple was our service guy and he kept us informed, also offering us a super deal on an oil change. He even told us the battery was almost shot, but finagled a deal where we got a new battery at no cost. The waiting area was clean, free wifi, free coffee and snacks available for purchase. Oh, and the restrooms were immaculate; they were clean, smelled good and were stocked.
Their quote and payment invoice did not add up. I paid $300.00 more that I was made to believe it cost. Worse dealership I have ever had my auto serviced at.

I went here to repair broken parts. Staffs are full of FRADULENT actions. Their charge is TRIPLED to the other dealership service center. Unprofessionally trained staffs ordered wrong parts and refused to refund fully and NOT taking RESPONSIBILITY.Will never use Courtesy Nissan. Deeply dissatisfied with Nissans poor customer service.

My first experience going in with an issue about my seat wasn’t resolved at first and it was a little annoying to continue to have to wait until my problem “got worse.” I did what I was told and came back to a different advisor, Joseph, and he completely solved my problem. I had to wait a little more for the car part, but the result was what made my experience 5 stars. Thank you!!! I was so annoyed with my seat. He updated me as he could throughout his busy day and made sure I knew who to ask questions to even when he wasn’t physically present at the service center.
If I could give this place a -5 star I would!! Sold me a truck with suspension problems and body damages not shown in the pictures. Ask the sales person if there was something we could do to get the issue resolved they never replied back, tried several times to get an answer and I never got a response. I WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM HERE. They said it’s all about the customer but in reality is not. Got ripped off and a big hole on my wallet.. disappointed. They lied about the vehicle and never told me the truth of what was ACTUALLY wrong with it until I drove it for 2 weeks I started noticing.

I’ve been to multiple nissan locations for service, and this was by far my least favorite. The staff that helped me wasn’t friendly at all. The wait was forever, even with an appointment. When I texted the number I was given to reach out for updates and information on my vehicle, I got no reply. I’ll be going to another location the next time I need service.

The tell you is exactly wrong with car . To accommodate your budget they list each part and labor cost for different tasks so you pick what absolutely needs to be done and lets you keep your work list for deferred service. Also I believe the offer payment terms on some workThe replaced parts have warranties. Depending how far office and home are (up to ten miles) they have valet service to deliver you home and pickup when ready. They open at 7:00am.

Quick service, clearly explained process and pricing. Only gripe: they promised a shuttle during scheduling. Upon arrival, no shuttle, no alternatives. Fortunately, I bumped into a friend and they hustled on the repair (rear brakes)
No zero star option! They told me my car had transmission issue and needed to replace the CVT for $4000 bucks. Nissan headquarter is willing to cover 80% for replacing the CVT. After One and a half week, the dealer said they couldn’t get the error code back so they are not able to replace the CVT.... So, right now I have to drive a car with a potential transmission risk! Won’t buy a car from Nissan again... so disappointed!

Called to ask questions about my Nissan’s extended warranty. Got transferred to 4 different departments and no one seems to know the answer. In the end they determined that Tom in finance is suppose to know it all since that department sells you the extended warranty! Well, good luck getting a hold of Tom. 3 days and countless tries, and haven’t heard back from Tom.On the other note, don’t buy a Nissan. Called the service manager and he said that I need to bring the car in and have the car looked at for $300. I told him another Nissan dealership said that the car needs a new transmission and I don’t want to pay the $300 again and he said “well in order for our technicians to work on your car, you will have to pay the $300 again” Rip off.Don’t buy a car or get any service done from this dealership!I would highly suggest going to some other Nissan if you really want a Nissan or just go to the Ford or Toyota next door and buy something else!*****Edit*****Name edit to *Joe* finance director.
