I understand we are in a global pandemic however there was no rental for me to use, the service tech called On Friday afternoon said my car is ready but I can’t pick it up until Monday morning because the “paperwork”….After four days of waiting to hear something??? I’ve never had this experience with Ford before.Thanks.
I bought my Edge here in 2019 and have it serviced here regularly. The staff is always helpful and cheerful. They get the service done quickly so I dont have to sit and wait all day. The service managers are great at keeping you updated if there is any delay or issue. Really like going here.
The service was a smooth transition. Russell made sure I was checked in and answered every question I had asked. He always kept in contact and made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle and notified me when my vehicle was done to be picked up.
Service advisor Chris Garner was excellent. Kept me informed the whole time. Repairs were done under estimate and completed faster than expected. Chris was able to get me a loaner car, which helped me a lot. This is why I drive so far for service. I feel I was treated fairly and honestly. Ill be back.

I normally refrain from posting in response to review requests on-line. But in this case, I am breaking my rule because of the long time customer service provided by Jim Ayo at North Central Ford. Jim has always figured how to get problems solved, even when the repair issue was a challenge. I continue to drive Fords and use the service department at North Central Ford because I have confidence that Jim Ayo will provide service support.
I received great service from Roy Coleman. He was very professional and although it took an extra day for parts to come in, he was very proactive to keep me up to date. Nice fellow and represented the dealership well.
Too many folk setting around doing nothing. First words were “we are swamped today” was told issue would take 1.5 hours and was there 3 hrs. Then told of issues other than my visit was for.I was given a number to text for follow up. No response was ever received. Service tech became irritated and rude. But all the sudden my vehicle got completed. I’ll never buy it use this place again. 3 strikes Your out
All was handled seamlessly. Nice to have shuttle from dealer to work when serving was being done. Prompt notification after servicing was completed. Shuttle service from work for pickup. No drama...all routine. All good.
Got an afternoon reservation for the Works package (for reasonable price) which includes all service needed and reports on condition related to many critical things like brakes, tires, fluid levels, filters, etc...Took about hour and a half as estimated. Service personnel were were courteous and helpful.Only thing I was disappointed in was they failed to wash and clean my truck as they had promised. Otherwise, I would have given an Excellent rating.
Called for an appointment to get extended warranty maintenance done and was on hold for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me. Once connected, got a 9am appointment - arrived at 8:45am and waited outside for someone to help me - was checked in by 9:10 and waited until 9:30am to ask about status of the vehicle and work to be performed (the dealer has to submit an invoice and receive authorization to proceed). About 20 minutes later - text received - I was in the line for the oil change along with several other 20K mile checkup items and the vehicle would be ready in another hour and a half. While I recognize some of the over 2 hours required to service this vehicle was spent waiting for responses, etc. it seemed like there wasnt much urgency. At this point, given the prepaid maintenance plan and location Ill continue to use North Central Ford; however, Im underwhelmed by the level of service, poor and slow communication and hospitality I received - no offer for a ride back to my home (a short 10 minutes away & repeated long wait times (on the phone and in person) to get answers. Come on North Central Ford, you can do better.
Brought my Ranger in for a dash light for the seat belt system. The technician found a problem and replaced a wire harness. After that it showed a new code at that time they worked to locate the new code. I was informed of the progress. All is fixed a happy the way I was treated during there process.
High end customer service, great quality in the workmanship and super friendly and low pressure.
I broke down while out of town. North Central Ford got me in quicker than they thought and fixed my truck. I feel I got great service at a reasonable price.

Rude on the phone talking to the service department when just asking a simple question. Person who answered wanted to give a smart a** response and the response made it obvious they didn’t even understand the service. No thanks. I’m respectful and expect the same in return.
I was greeted by one of your employees and asked what service I needed done. He was very professional and said he would text me when the service was completed. I got an oil change and whatever else comes with it. Everyone was very nice and helpful!

Editing my review to remove specific problems I encountered. I wanted management to be aware and Ive spoken to the Service Manager who promised to address my concerns.In general, Ive had very poor customer service from many departments since 4/21 and wanted to let the business know what happened.
Have to say that I will always be a service customer here as long as Andrew Carr is with North Central Ford. The man says what is going to happen and then does it just like he said. Top shelf professional. Thank you Andrew!

We were having crazy intermittent errors showing up on our MyFord app. Fortunately, the Service Dept at North Central Ford could see them as well. They asked us to bring the car in, they provided a loaner, and ultimately found the issue with the help of Ford.I believe they went to the next step that some places are not willing to go.I expect to always be a customer of NCF. This includes Griffin Fleet who also kept their eye on the car while in the shop.
Completed the work ahead of schedule and the waiting area allowed me to not miss a beat at work!

Had an appointment @ 1pm we showed up early for a simple Cabin Air Filter. Took them 45min. to replace it ! Then when we left & driving down the service rd., we opened the glove box & it was NOT installed back correctly. We turned back around & went back to the dealership. And it took them 1-1/2 hours to repair it !?!

For a dealership service center, this is my preferred location in North Texas. Quick turnaround, good communication, and friendly service advisors. Yes, its expensive, its a dealership. I enjoy the peace of mind knowing the job will be done the first time with OEM parts. I love that they give you a courtesy car wash before you pick up.
Oil Change and multi-point inspection under a coupon special. Was completed in 1-1/2 hours as promised.
