We had a birthday party for my son and it went really well. The kids had fun. Altitude had a personal party host for us and she was very helpful. Anything we needed, she was all over it (unloading the car, setting up, cleaning up and taking stuff out to the car after the party). The only downside was that the tables were really close and there was not a lot of space between them. They communicated this to us in advance so we were aware before we got there. All in all, it was a good time and the party went smoothly.

Franchisee was condescending and pulled a bait-and-switch on us when we arrived for Toddler Time. The calendar event on their website quite clearly states that ages 3-6 incur a charge of $7.99 and parents can jump for $2. My son is only 2, so it’s a completely fair assumption that he would be admitted for free and then I would pay $2 to jump with him. This is such a fair assumption that it is how the cashiers have previously rung us up without even being asked. When we arrived yesterday, the cashier attempted to charge us for both fees, and when I explained that it didn’t work that way before, she even agreed that my interpretation of the pricing matched her own, but she “got in trouble” with the franchisee for that interpretation and has since been instructed to charge all toddlers the $7.99.I asked to speak to the franchisee, Jo Perry, who explained that parents only jump for $2 with a “paid jumper.” I explained that the website didn’t articulate that, and in response, she condescendingly asked me why I could possibly think that we’d be admitted for only $2 total. I explained that there was precedent for that, and she researched our account, confirming that we had previously been admitted for just $2, but “that was wrong.” I explained that I can understand if the website needed to be updated to be more clear or to reflect a changing policy, but as this had not happened and we had driven down under the assumption that we’d pay the same price as we had before, I would appreciate it if we could be granted an exception for this visit and then we would pay the higher rate in the future. Jo laughed arrogantly and said, “so because it was done wrong in the past, you expect me to do it wrong again?” Considering the precedent that was set by your agents and unclear marketing, yes. It would also simply be a good customer service action to take, considering the confusion that ultimately stemmed from an unclear policy that even your own employees were, by your own admission, misunderstanding.Ultimately, Jo refused to work with us despite my efforts to respectfully stand my ground. Normally, I would have left and deprived her of the revenue altogether, but as a father with a kid who was already in his jump socks and excited to get up on the platform, I did not want to break his heart and reluctantly paid Jo the increased fee, but I set the expectation with her that this will cost us our business in the future. She did not care, stating “we have hundreds of customers, and none of them have ever created this problem.” I’m not quite sure how calmly explaining an unclear policy and employees setting a pricing expectation in the past is “creating a problem,” but as it seems that Jo is not interested in our growing family’s future business and, as she states herself, has “hundreds” of other customers to rely on, I am sure that she will not miss us when we go to a different trampoline park, of which there are several in the Metroplex who assuredly treat their customers with more respect and less disdain.

I loved it. Had so much fun with my friend and her kids. Adults can jump too. It felt like being a kid again. Downside is I think the $12 should include the socks, makes no sense to pay $12 per person and additional $2 for socks, and even water is not free. Also, doesnt help to announce the time every 5 minutes. Allow people to enjoy their money, without feeling pushed away.

Great place for some family fun. Prices are really affordable. The kids were super excited to come to this location. They prefer Altitude to the competitors. The staff at the counter was really friendly and helpful. You must sign a waiver to jump. Adults welcomed to jump and participate so it’s a great place to interact with your kids. It’s as good as possible for Covid precautions considering the environment. I recommend.

Really bad experience I bought a sprite and the tables are made in a way so it’s not flat. I set my sprite down and it instantly falls and now my sprite was all gone and the jumping experience was terrible with kids taking over places and although that’s fine nothing was in an orderly fashion. Overall very bad would recommend another jump place

We had a really disappointing experience today. I took my two little toddlers at 10am for the toddler specific jumping hours, and within 10 min of jumping a HUGE group of 40+ big kids came in for a party. (On a weekday, during the school year? yep). I’m talking like 10 year olds and older. They took up the whole trampoline park and there was nowhere for the little ones to jump without getting injured. I’m grateful Altitude gave me a refund when I asked, but I won’t be returning. Why have toddler specific hours in place if you’re going to just let older kids come in anyways?

Would not use this location. The manager did not handle my concern as a manger should have. She didn’t even provide her name, I had to ask one of the associates for her name. Super crowded, but with Sunday Funday, its expected. I didnt appreciate the attitude of the young cashier- female- whom openly showed her irritation of a guest whom requested cold bottles of water. The young girl snatched the bottles from the guest, put them back into the cooler (due to COVID, not safe) Slammed the cooler door to show her irritation even more, stormed off to the back, returned with two cold bottles of water handed them to the guest. The guest expressed Thank You, but no need for an attitude. The young cashier rolled her eyes and then proceeded to tell the next guests in line about the situation(as if that was necessary). The next guests were young females whom showed no interest in the issue.(Thankfully,). Im just amazed at the attitude, but when you hire young people Im assuming thats too be expected. So sad!!!

The owner profiled us and asked us for our wristbands which we had in our hands. When I asked why she chose us she said it’s bc she couldn’t see mine, even though two of us had short sleeves. She told us to have grip resistance socks and we assumed it wasn’t a requirement so we didn’t but when she asked us again we were in the process of getting one while she got in our face (during COVID) to check and proceeded to follow us. When I went to go report this to the front desk I was told she was the owner and that they can’t do much but let her know. Mask regulations are not really followed, maybe bc she’s too busy profiling guest. Don’t come here, simple.

In general, I really dislike these places, but this place is the best of the bad, I guess. It’s not as loud as the others, not as stinky and hot as the others, and not as crowded as the others, so I guess that’s a positive review? Hahaha I will say that the staff is all teenagers so customer service and assistance isn’t a real priority. I wish they had a little healthier choices in food. But, my kids love every minute they are there, and THEY are the real customers, right? They would give them 5 stars.

The place could use better organization.First, there is only a small sign that directs you to filling out the waiver before you can purchase.Second, the staff asks if you need socks at the time of purchase. Well if you have your own socks, it wouldnt be obvious that your socks are not good enough. They require you to have your kids wear their special socks which is fine, because they have loaners, but I didnt appreciate waiting in line twice and my kids getting kicked off the equipment because nobody said we needed their socks in particular. I already paid $40 for 3 kids for only 1 hour and then I had to pay an extra $6 for special socks. Its fine because we will be back, but as a customer I dont like wasting time on a disorganized process. The facility is nice enough. Kind of smelly but its the same as all gymnasiums. My only real complaint is that they should tell you upfront that their socks are required to play and do more to direct new customers.I would give a higher rating if not for the initial process of purchasing play time. Customers need to know upfront what is expected, especially since the facility is extremely noisy and its hard to hear the representatives.

Pretty disappointed with our experience here. We are local in Richardson and like to support Richardson business, but we will not be back to this one. We will stick to Urban air. My son and I were the only ones in the facility and he wanted me to play with him. They asked me to pay 12.95 plus buy their brand of socks to do so (i already had grippy socks on). I was asked to leave the Dodge ball pit. We were the only ones there!!!! Lousy customer service, did not even get a thank you when we were leaving. Go to Urban air, its a bigger, better facility and only costs 4 dollars for a parent jump wristband. Plus they have amazing customer service! ! Its a shame too about altitude, its a nice facility.

This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen, utter chaos and no staff involvement. You have little kids at the foam pit jumping in front of older kids. You have toddlers aimlessly wandering around with no guidance. You have teen staff huddled in a corner chatting the whole time and not at all watching for safety issues. It didnt used to be like this, but when you hire teens that obviously dont care alongside parents that cant look up from their phones. We wont be back. There is no one enforcing safety at all. Im surprised no one has left with a serious injury. There needs to be an area for little ones, an area for older kids and staff to reenforce safety at all aspects of the location.

Cleaner than Urban Air and way more than Jumpsreet. You have to pay for the special jump socks but once you see the cleanliness, and realize that they can help your kids stay upright, you wont mind. Worth the $2.Layout is far better...you can really see all your kids fairly easily. Its big but not insanely so, like Urban Air. At UA its super easy to lose a kid. Makes me nervous. Here, my seven and two year old can jump together and employees are really watching the kids, so not worried about my two year old getting mowed down. We went on a Sat at 3 pm and it really wasnt bad at all. Lots of kids, but thats part of the fun for them. Will go back, and this is now our go-to jump place!

My kids and I were in town for the weekend and Begged to come to this Jump park because they saw it right outside of the Doubletree Hotel room window. We came over at about 2:45 in the afternoon and paid 32.00 for my my 2 kids to jump for an hour. The adults sat down at a table to wait for the boys to finished. About 5 minutes into the 1 hour we were approached by a teen who told us we “Had to move, not asked”, because the space is reserved for a party. When we sat down there was not a reserved sign on the table. We told them that we had no intention of moving, as the table was not reserved. A second old lady approached us and again told us we needs to move for a party, again, I told them that the table was not reserved and there was nowhere else to sit. She proceeded to tell me that because I would not move, that we are not nice people. We asked for the manager to come over, boy was that an upgrade time the previous person! She and I exchanged words and as we were talking one of her staff “the owner was the manager”, shoved our table down with myself and my mom sitting there. At that point I had enough, i because extremely vocal and loud at the disrespectful nature of all of the staff in the park. She, the manger, first threatened to call the cops because I didn’t bow down and do as told. I said, don’t threaten if you are calling them, do it! She did and I was forced to make a choice, accept the HORRIBLE customer service or leave. Cops had no desire to listen to the customer who at this point was irate? So I had to leave the rest of my family inside and go outside for the remainder of the time my boys were jumping! #HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE #altituderichardson #disorganized #disrespectful #enteratyourownrisk
