We love the center! The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful with kids.
Great center for kids skillsToImprove. Great stuff, responsible always caring. It has been for 2 years now
They are very well organized amid covid-19 surge. We are very happy, they are reopened.
We went to a meet here and it’s very clean and friendly. The parents and helpers were great! Floor was great and the equipment was very nice my daughters stated thank y’all for holding a great gymnastics meet!
Amazing facility. I have never been to this location because I’m a guy over the age of 10 and after that age it’s pretty uncommon for gyms to accept you unless you’re a coach.Besides that really functional gymnasium to play around on and learn new tricks.I recommend the facility to start a open gym.Maybe once or twice a week for all ages, where everyone can learn from on another in an appropriate fashion. You can also have memberships for this, or do like a 10 dollar entrance fee. Please take this into consideration I know that you have an outstanding building, with a very modern look. Use this opportunity to expand your community to others.
I competed here last year and I am this year too.
I was disappointed. With such long waiting lists, I had high expectations of the place. I actually was gymnast with Richardson Gymnastics when they were at the old Heights rec center back in the 80s and 90s. So I had high hopes for my kids. We do not live in Richardson, so a lot of classes were not available to us at all because the waiting lists were restricted to Richardson residents only. When a spot did open up, I had only 24 hours to decide. Because of the long list, I had put my child in another gymnastics place, so there was immense pressure to choose between the two places. There arent very many classes available to us so if a scheduling conflict arises, I have to pull my kids out completely and not be able to just change classes. That is not a very good business model. It seems youd want to keep the same people as much as possible for continuity in learning the sport. While I did think the classes are run well and the coaches seem to know what theyre doing, I was disappointed by the front staff and their coldness. Anytime I had a question, rather than being greeted with a pleasant smile and willingness to help, I was greeted with a What?! and a snarl. I do like that the prices are so low, which is probably why the waiting lists are so long, but because of the long waiting lists, its like the staff doesnt care if people leave because someone else is there to take their place.Overall, Im just disappointed by the utter lack of caring about individuals that I was met with. It really did not meet my expectations at all.
My 4 year old goes here and loves it. We also had his birthday here and the staff was great.
Good Gym. Clean Facility. I hope that this gym can be more open to guys and even create more options with their gym. They are losing a major opportunity if they remain secluded. I hope they become more inviting to new comers and especially guys who just want to train in their gym for other sports like freerunning and parkour. Please make an open gym or and idea as such.
Not too bad of a gym. I kinda dig this place and looks really clean. Got a chill atmosphere and chill vibe goin. Just hope that that I can come to this gym one day and can train here. This particular gym doesnt look too inviting to guys.
My 9 yr old daughter tried several gyms before finding this one. Shes progressing very well & loves it!
Our daughter has really enjoyed gymnastics at the Richardson Gymnastics Center. Thank you for taking good care of her.
