HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. I got my nails and feet done with gel polish. I spent $53 and the gel peeled off that night on every single nail. I went back the next day and they acted like none of them new what I was talking about. She ( Linda )the pregnant lady, offered to do my nails again but for one I didn’t have time and two, she did a crappy job and I didn’t want her doing it again. I said I didn’t have time and she said come back. I explained that I live 35 minutes away and didn’t want to come back that I wanted my money back. She said ok I do them now 🤦🏻‍♀️ So basically I got a mani pedi for $53 that lasted 8 hrs

I came in for a pedicure and I had to return because the technician did not scrub my heels. I tell them this and she say it’s an extra five dollars. I don’t mind paying 20 dollars for a pedicure but why would you put me in the massage chair paint and soak my feet but not scrub my heels.

This nail salon is amazing! Its not to clean but they clean their supplies. And, they could pretty much give you the nails you want.Plus the staff is very friendly.

Ask for Ricky!!! If youre hesitant about what nail tech to go to, ask for Ricky! He is so precise and is very careful not to cut you. Hes the only nail tech I can trust!! Hes always busy so I recommend making an appt with him.

Love this nail salon they are very friendly..especially rose and her husband....rose does a fabulous job on the eyebrows and her husband does great on nails....mendy is my regular with the waxing been going there aboutb6 years now.

Alright so with this nail shop I would like to say everyone is very friendly and sweet, But the shop is very unorganized. There has been occasions when someone who had an appointment walked in and they took a person without an appointment before them. As a customer that was upsetting to see and I know that the other person was upset.Their nail work is alright, it is not the best I have seen they sometimes rush through because there might be someone else waiting. On the other hand they are very good at doing eyebrows they do it exactly how I want them to be done. other then that everything else is Good.Customer service: 10/10Nail work: 6/10eyebrow: 10/10

Theyre simply amazing people, I always go for the blond women as she always gets the job done right with me. Her character is very sarcastic, but thats why I like her, because we can joke with each other. I come every 2-3 weeks, depending on what days, I can be waiting for 1-1½ hours, so I come with a snack because they. Are. Worth. It. The price is just right as well! The picture is my ring finger all badaxzeled, with a metallic June bug color and some glitter.

The staff are really rude especially Leeann is extremely rude. You think they would be nicer to keep their customers happy and coming. Ricky is rude he gets mad if you go to someone else. They always change their price. Sometime they will not greet there customers.

A hot mess! Got here at 10. They showed up at 10:30. A couple workers show up but the line in the place is growing and no one is being seen. No one has bothered to let anyone know that the other workers wont be here till 12! This is not acceptable!

This place does great nails and feet but they dont follow their sign-in sheet, they have the longest wait time no matter what day or time you show up, they dont care about customer service because theyre gonna make their money anyways! .. This is my honest opinion and Im still gonna go here for service lol

DONT DO IT! ! WALK-IN CUSTOMERS HAVE NO PRIORITY. ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT MORE THAN 1 THING DONE. EVEN THOUGH PEOPLE CAME AFTER ME,THEY WERE TAKEN CARE OF FIRST EVEN THOUGH I WANTED THE SAME SERVICE. I GUESS THAT SINCE I WANTED 3 SERVICES I WAS TO WAIT. NOT TODAY AND NEVER AGAIN.

The lady that did my nails was so nice she even charged me less and the nails did glow in the dark but the only problem was that the nails were thick but it was OK I would recommend it tho

I been coming here for the past 3yrs to get my lashes done and I love it. My lashes always last for about a month or so.

This is my honest opinion. This nail shop isn’t clean. The walls, stations, baseboards, sink and feet chairs are dirty. It looks like mgmt isn’t having someone at the end of the shift clean up or wipe down anything. That’s mgmt’s fault. I don’t think I’ll ever be back again. It wasn’t like this 15 years ago.

If Im not rushing and have all the time in the world, I go here! They are always soo busy so always try to book an appointment! Ive come here plenty of times, 3 times with pictures on my phone of designs, colors, shapes and rhinestones! Every time they always come through! It always looks exactly like the pictures! Plus they are inexpensive! A regular design and crystal gel coat at l&ls or bebes would be $32.00, here I can get designs, rhinestones, ect. For $28.00! I LOVE THIS PLACE

Extremely poor customer service to new walk ins. Decided to stop by on my way from work . They take regular customers first even with out appointments its super obvious they show preference. Walk in customers are literally ignored!!! Never coming back. Its really run down and dirty aside from poor customer service.

Service of bad quality, my nails were hurt, after 2 weeks they took off, they take care of the acrylic because they put a very thin layer on my nails, when the removed the work that I previously had, they broke my natural nails, they worry about work and not quality of work, never go back to that place and never recommend it to anyone.

Its okay for the sole fact that the employees are rude and if you dont speak the language its an automatic disadvantage, which is sad.
