This store has been incredible with an amazing staff that are very welcoming and eager to help you, Ive took quite a few watches over here to have fixed and time and time again they do a fantastic job!!! Never disappointed at Heinz Jewelers! Highly HIGHLY reccomended!!
Jody was personable and extremely helpful! I had a diamond appraised and she took great care with my jewelry. Also good for watch batteries and repairs.

For some reason, the employees of this store think they are above the law. They are not wearing face coverings, as mandated by the State of Ohio. When I asked why, I was told their boss said they didn’t have to. He was not there. They said I didn’t have to wear a mask either. Which means not only are they not following the mandate, they aren’t requiring their customers to either. I insisted the woman waiting on me put a mask on before I paid for my jewelry that was being repaired. We have used this jeweler many times over the years, but I don’t plan to go back. They were rude and certainly not concerned for the safety of their customers.
David has been very generous with both my mother and my grandmother over the years. He has taken very good care of them, from helping fix a watchband on something of sentimental value only to Jody helping guide my mother to selections that give her the most quality for her money. My mother will swear by their layaway plan!
I love this place I have taken two expensive watches they fixed them at a very great price also bought some stuff at a great price I have also sold some of my gold I didn’t use and got good money for it and the lady there is very friendly and nice
Bought multiple custom pieces from here over the past 2 years, as a result, theyve become my go-to for specialty work. Jodi has always been attentive and helpful. In-store selection isnt huge, but thats not really what this jeweler is about. The goldsmith was able to do difficult setting work that 4 other jewelers wanted to send out or outright declined to attempt (I love the fact that they do their work in house). owner can be a bit rough around the edges, but has always been frank and polite with me.Id probably go elsewhere for basic watch batteries and the such, but for custom engagement rings, wedding bands, and tennis bracelets, Id trust Heins over a ripoff mall shop anyday.
I bought my fiancees engagement ring and wedding band here, and now we are buying my wedding band. She also had to get her engagement ring resized, and they did it here for an affordable price.They are family owned, and it feels much more friendly and caring than regular jewelry stores. My fiancees engagement ring was a bit custom, I added rubies instead of diamonds on the side, and they took care of it from start to finish perfectly.Weve had a few communication issues in the past, a little bit of confusion about pricing or timing, but overall they work with you to give something something you are excited about and weve both loved working with them.

Terrible customer service. Bought a watch battery there in November. It died a few weeks later. Went back to get another one but didn’t have paper receipt from my debit card purchase. Was told they have no record of sales (really???). But when I bought a new battery because I was too annoyed to go anywhere else, they had all my information once I spelled my last name —right there on computer screen. Imagine that ! Don’t do business here. They did nothing to resolve a simple $10 issue and keep my business. Also, cell phones are not allowed in the store. why? Because when you google their Pulsar watch for $125 you will see it for $60 everywhere else. Man behind the counter is ruining what is probably his own business.
Staff was not friendly. I took I diamond ring in there for appraisal. They appraised it for $158. I took the ring to a family owned jeweler and it was appraised correctly at $1800. Do not trust these people.
Very poor customer service! Gentleman repairing my watch was rude! First off, he directed me to get off my cell phone...no cell phones allowed policy while in the store. Then he proceeds to tell me that he is NOT responsible for any scratches that could happen to my watch during repair. Really???? I will NEVER go back to this place again and I highly recommend no one else patronizes this establishment. Honestly, I am not sure how they are still open after all these years with the low level of customer service they provide. Dont waste your time going to this store. There are other places that want your business and will treat you with the respect you deserve.
Great experience, very friendly and great selection
Highly dissatisfied with my recent visit. I had a cheapish ring that a gem fell out. They charged me to put a new gem in and it fell out 2 days later. Took it to another jeweler and they told me that if they fixed it the gem would fall out again bc there was nothing to hold it in. They did not inform me of this at the time. I had another ring sized and when I got it back it looked like it was not cleaned or polished. I also brought some other rings in to be cleaned and as I was telling the man what stones they were he acted like I was absolutely clueless and had no idea what I was talking about, then said “well since I don’t know what gems these are and I can’t put them in the cleaner.” I was stunned because I had just got done telling him what they were. Customer service is very poor here and they treat you like you have no clue what you jewelry is or made of. Will definitely not be going back!
Disappointed in the way that my Fiance and I were treated. Not treated poorly, but not taken as seriously as we should have been. We came to Heins for wedding bands. We are both younger at just about mid 20s and the man helping us seemed as though we were wasting his time (Im guessing he thought we couldnt afford much). That was until my fiance fell in love with one of the rings and we decided to buy hers there and I pulled out the credit card. Then he was ready to help us and wanted to help me find a ring. I declined and will be going to another jewelry store for my wedding band and to have the one that we bought for my fiance resized.Selection was average and service was terrible until he knew I had money to spend but then he was very nice for the rest of the transaction. Advice would be if you are younger stay away as they will not help you. Or wear a tuxedo when you go in to be taken seriously. Show you have money and they will be helpful, but I would rather stay away from businesses like that.
Staff not friendly . Had a clasp fixed on a bracelet. Took over 1 week and thought their prices were high. Would not go back.

Store owner was able to salvage a botched watch bracelet sizing job from the local retailer where the watch was purchased. I waited over an hour for the retailer to fail and this gentleman had the watch bracelet fixed within minutes, highly recommend!
Resized wifes engagement and wedding band here. When picking up the ring there was a small diamond missing. Glad I checked it! They said they found the diamond in the cleaner and fixed it. While yes, its fixed... Its been about 3 months and it still bothers my wife. The jewler added prongs that are much larger, and almost cover the diamond. At first glance it looks like its still missing. I shouldnt be able to automatically tell which diamond they fixed.I have not returned to request they fix it because I dont trust them to touch this jewlery anymore. Its a very sloppy fix. Hopefully another jewler will be able to fix their fix.

Not friendly. Felt like a bother more than a customer. Would not reccomend. Ill take my watch to Fossil and drive an extra half hour next time I need work done.
