Scheduled a pickup at a hotel for transportation to the airport in advance. Was left high and dry. 2 others were waiting as well for scheduled airport pickup and no drivers showed. Dispatch told us for 30 minutes that someone would be there any minute, then just stopped answering calls from people that were waiting.Will never use again. I cant believe that the hotel we were staying at went out of their way to recommend them.
Taxi Cab Service w/Dispatcher . Open Late Night is a plus. This Taxi Cab Hackney Company, drivers, & dispatch were Lifesavers during 2020/2021 Coronavirus Pandemic . It was amazing how they were the only taxi service open, at that time. Yet, they pulled together for those of us who were cold and needed a ride. Not only did they make one of our nights . They also interacted with their clientele on a positive basis. I have Only good things to say in regards to Yellow Cab/ Taxi and/or Revere Taxi Service/C. Thank u all for all that u do
We were literally scared for our lives. The cab driver we used our 1st day, was texting while driving. The van smelled of cigarettes. He kept taking his hands off of the wheel while going down the road. He was falling asleep while at stop lights. Driving so fast he was fish tailing the van. My children were scared for their lives. I had to start conversations with him so he would stay awake. AND, blood stains all over the roof. It was disgusting. You could tell he was on something by his actions. It wasnt just because he was tired. The only reason I gave 2 stars, is because we had a wonderful driver the 2nd day. His name was John. He drives a van. Request him if you need a driver from this company. He was AMAZING! If I couldnt have him, I would use another taxi service.

Let me just make a list of all the things that went wrong:[I got this taxi called for me through the hotel I’m parking my car at while I’m out of town]- NONE of the seatbelts worked (the driver wasn’t even wearing a seatbelt)- Driver did not wear a mask- Car smelled like cigarettes- Driver was extremely rudeDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I was a very good long time customer of the taxi company ever since they were in Chelsea, Ma. Then they moved to Revere, Ma. I got along great with the drivers and the dispatchers. Until two years ago I got picked up by them at the Ulks Club with a friend of mine, and I wasnt feeling to well. Then the taxi driver swore at me maybe more than once. Thats why I no longer take that taxi, because I lost all respect of that company. And they never called to apologize. I rather take Uber instead of them.
Taxi company is SOMETIMES quick, but mostly always super late! Second or third time I wait 20 + minutes for a taxi.
Worst taxi ever dont waste your money with this company. People are so rude its not worth it. If there was a 0 star I would give it! Call a different taxi.
I was a loyal and dedicated employee of Ricky Picardi jr ( the managing partner of yellow taxi) for some 15 years. Shortly after I began to transition to female from male Mr. Picardi had and underling fire me with no explanation. He refused to respond to numerous voicemails and texts messages I left him. I then attempted to reach out to Mr. Kevin Chiles who im told is the majority shareholder in Yellow taxi. He too refused to reinstate me without ever giving any explanation as to why I was dismissed. Based on these events Id have to say Yellow taxi isnt supportive nor is it probably safe for the LGBT community. So there is no mistake or confusion my name is Vivian Blake and yes I do currently work for a compeitor of Yellow taxi.
Horrible service they give me 10 minutes of waiting time but they arrive 30 minutes after. I call many times and the person in the station kept saying is almost there. Bad service
$16 for One Mile fare . Does that sound fair to you. The manager picked this price. And we use them all the time. Very disappointed.
Lost my phone in the cab and they refuse to give me info on the cab driver as if I’m gonna do something with his phone lmao
