Due to problems with my plane ticket, I was unable to take my flight from Boston to Bar Harbor. JR Limo was there for me, though. They had a driver take me the whole 5hr trip to BHB. The car (a Cadillac) was clean, smelled nice, comfortable, and the chauffeur was a really nice guy! There were water bottles available, we were able to eat lunch, and we could stop whenever we needed a break (or a scenic area emerged in view). I would highly recommend this service for the Boston area and beyond.

My wife and i used JR’s service for two rides during our week vacation out to Maine. With our resort 1.5 hrs away from the airport this was the most reliable and hassle free option.Overall it was a great experience. Our first flight to Boston was delayed by 5 hrs, Jean adjusted everything and assured me we still had a ride upon arrival. Communication was good, the cars were comfortable and clean. Our driver Jerry was professional and accommodating during the trip.We did have a slight hiccup on our return trip, but it didn’t impact our travels at all. I do not feel that it was fault of the company either. Regardless, Jean quickly reached out and gave us accommodations for it.JR cares about the customer and clearly goes above and beyond to ensure the experience is excellent. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use the service again.

Using JR Limo to get to and from the airport was a great choice. I had a VERY early morning flight and didnt have to worry about getting an Uber or a cab. Jean showed up right on time in a spotless, new Escalade, with plenty of room for all of our bags, including golf clubs. The trip back from the airport was just as seamless and I didnt have to fight the crowds to get a taxi. Will definitely use JR Limo again!

I cannot stress enough how fantastic this service was: I have booked it twice, to be driven to hospitals for surgeries and be taken back home. Jean was so kind to drive me to the hospital in a snow storm. He was also wonderfully kind to adjust to a pick up time that was ever evolving at the hospital, and then to make sure I got to my apartment safely. I am very grateful and very happy I found this service when I needed it the most, and for such a reasonable price, with no hidden fees. Really, a fantastic service run by lovely people. And the cars are beautiful and spotless too!

I can’t say enough good things about Jean and his company. We came into town while my mom was recovering from surgery and was limited in her mobility. Great customer service a new vehicle chauffeur was extra courteous and really helpful it was a last-minute request from Logan Airport it was not easy to find a car service but once we found JR Limo it was a life saver they provided accurate information and a pick up time and went over and Beyond highly recommended.

I am always skeptical about reviews online about services or products.So I called JR Limo the owner Jean answered right away. I was traveling to Boston with my family and our dog .Jean answered all of my questions and even upgraded us to a larger vehicle at no extra cost. This was a nice touch.I booked online. I received confirmation right away. On the day of travel, soon after we landed in Boston we received a text saying our driver was outside waiting.Our last name was printed in large letters on white background and was easy to find our transport.Jean himself was our driver, in uniform with cap and black gloves it reminded me of the drivers you see in the movies driving a Rolls Royce. Again nice touch.He loaded our bags and opened and closed our doors. Jean was very professional, and safe driver.He was not one of those “chatty” drivers.That can become annoying by asking unnecessary questions.The vehicle was spotless, there was bottled water, wrapped in a napkin.There was also alcohol wipes available for our use. Again nice touch.The confirmation email had the detailed chargesno surprise fees or extra charges.The CC gets charged after the service is complete.There was no extra charge for transporting our family pet.Overall the service was very professional, on time-and at a fair price .My wife and I were so happy we used JR Limo services again when we returned home.The next time we are in Boston JR Limo is our choice of transport.Let’s support our small business owners they are and have always been the financial backbone of this great country of ours.Thank you Jean for an excellent service.

Excellent service provided by this car service. My family had booked a day with this company to visit several schools in Boston. We wanted our teens to get a good feel for Boston and and the nearby universities. The driver arrived on time in a very clean SUV with water bottles for all. The driver wore his mask the entire time since this was during COVID times. Very professional and knowledgeable of the Boston area. He wore white gloves and was very pleasant to deal with.
