When I went to Beckys for the first time The service man I dont know if he was the manager or not came out and treated me like he was my friend and it made me feel secure and safe about where I was leaving my car I would highly recommend Beckys to anyone anytime they do a great job
If you need your car worked on, go here. Seriously the best place, Ill never go anywhere else as long as its something they do (and they do a lot). Theyve got the best prices on oil changes, and theyre super friendly and knowledgeable. On my most recent visit they saved me $6,000 (what the dealership wanted to charge me for repairs that I didnt actually need). 10/10 would recommend
Oh my goodness. Thankful for the team at Bucky’s! They were more than helpful when I needed repair on my exhaust. A team who knows what they’re doing at an affordable rate, I’m coming back!
It was terrible, they couldnt even handle two nuts on my calendar he didnt put it back together right, it hurt my car, Ill take it back again I guess. Need you an oil change all right but you cant do anything else.
Alex is an absolute lifesaver! I called today in a bit of a panic because my window stopped working when it was halfway up and we are due to have a snowstorm tonight. It was almost closing time and he couldnt see me tonight, but he talked me through how to get it to roll up until I can get it repaired and he stayed on the phone until it closed! Its been a long week and his help was the best part of it. I will definitely be going there to get it fixed as soon as I am able to. Thank you, Alex, for being so helpful and patient with me =)
Theyve always done right by me.
Nick, and his Amazing staff at Renton are incredibly efficient and honest in all that they do!!! If you have any automobile or truck issues they can take excellent care of you! 🤩
Great work! Great job as well on my Ford Focus 2002 excellent customer service very courtesy and kind polite over the phone very welcoming !
Nick and team are always top notch at Buckey’s Renton! This was the first place I had my car serviced when moving to the area and never had to find another. Quick, courteous, and always affordable - this crew is right for your car and for you. Thanks y’all for the great service.
Nic, alex & mike. Were great. Nic handled insurace for my catalytic converter replacement for me. So appreciate. Made sure I was happy with all work.
Nick is a very honest person- he makes sure your car repairs meet your specifications- and will get it done until you are satisfied. He has great people skills and wants his customers satisfied completely. I highly recommend buckys renton highlands!
Highly recommend! Awesome customer service! Took care of everything I needed! I will definitely be going back! Very reliable mechanics, who work quick and effectively! Jake was my mechanic. Thank you again for the AWESOME service!
Visited 2 times for oil change but both time no service either due to less staff or machinery is not working, had to go other place. Visited only due to Groupon deal but not worth due to time waste.
They are friendly but not very efficient. Dont go there if you have a tight schedule. Also, I asked for a report for my car but they only gave me a receipt with a list of services performed, no details at all. I dont know what my cars condition is, and dont know what they checked exactly. Also my low tire pressure light was still on when I left, they told it might take a while for the light to go off. But it never went off until I checked air at discount tires. The lowest one was only 24 psi. After they put air in, the light went off immediately. Don’t know what happened but Buckys made me think my tire pressure sensor had a problem or my tires were leaking. Worst maintenance experience ever.
Wonderful Service. Cant say enough about how great my car works after service there.
Nick is the best. He is honest and truthful especially since I know nothing about mechanics and when I ask his opinion he tells me his honest opinion on what I should do. Thats what I truly like about him.
Nick was awesome, technicians were awesome. They have the best door greeter in the world. They stayed after closing to finish up my son’s exhaust. They are true professionals and honest. They care for their customers and it shows.
Called ahead letting these guys know about my trucks high pressure line having a hole in it. Was in town so I stopped by (without the truck) and Nick had walked me through what I needed to do to get it running again. They are very honest people here and dont seem like they will try to sell you on more parts or rip you off. Definitely a good experience here and I didnt spend any money at all yet here. They have my business for sure, every other mechanic place Ive checked out had some intimidating mechanic looking like all they care about is the production side of things and ripping others off, while Buckys just saved me hundreds. Will be recommending this place to everyone I know.
Nick was great in fitting me into their busy schedule. They were truthful about what I needed to have done and their labor is very reasonable. Highly recommend
I got some work done on my car the work was good but they charged me 595 dollars for a part that only cost 167 dollars max cost on the car. They have a outrageous mark up on parts. But the work a and speed was good.
Good visit everytime
I love this place! Super friendly and honest. Nick will let you know what things cost upfront, with a realistic time frame of when they will be done. Ive had them replace a few minor things along with a new transmission and always have been super satisfied with the work and price
The guys that work there are cool cats indeed......great service work.....and there not trying to get rich on me!!good honest shop...... I would recommend them to anyone and feel good about it.....👍😎
Nick the manager is fantastic goes above and beyond to assist in fixing your mechanical issues
We been using Buckys for over 10 years and theyve been great The fact weve been using them for over 10 years says it all.
My experience was excellent. Great customer service and prices! Cheapest oil change around town:) When I need work done Id definitely take my car into Buckys.
Great customer service & did a amazing job on my car and at a good price!
I had a headlight out and the bulb wasn’t the issue. After Firestone lied to me about being able to fix it, I called up Bucky’s down the road. Spoke to Nick and told him the issue. Nick was able to guess the year and make and issue with my car without even looking at it. I swung down there. Within 15 minutes they replaced the fuse which was causing the headlight malfunction. I was also having issues with my trunk latching and he fixed it in 5 minutes free of charge!Incredible experience! These guys are legit, hard workers not trying to take advantage of their customers. I will take my car here again no doubt. Highly recommend!!!
Repair was good people are good, and did my brakes super fast and efficient!!!! Thank you Nick!!!!!
I cannot say enough about the level of customer service I received here. These guys went so far out of their way to help me!! They explained every detail of my problems ( brakes ) and made me feel super comfortable about why the parts needed to be replaced without feeling like I was being taken advantage of. If you ever need a shop, this is absolutely the place to go. I truly appreciate their help and expertise!
The guys were great and did awesome work. Very laid back environment and actually interactive and communicative during the process its a wonderful and personable experience. Ill definitely use them again.
Awesome experience at this location. Good customer service!
Super fast turnaround, competent staff, open on a Saturday! They unstuck an over-tightened oil filter and finished an oil change I had started... their prices are so fair Ill be seeing them for all my mechanical needs going forward. My wife became increasingly frustrated as the over-tightened oil filter (done by someone else) in my CR-V (dont judge, this thing needs to last until my 1-year-old can drive it) crumpled under my inadequate tools... Gone was at least one social engagement for the day and the dog still needed to be walked.I searched Yelp, more out of desperation about my tight timeline than an admission of defeat. Buckys was high on the list (probably for obvious reasons). They were understanding on the phone and invited me over to have the job done correctly. With the right tools it wasnt even a 10-minute job. I was back on the road home to walk the dog and clean out the diaper garbage in no time and my wife was noticeably less angry. Our friends will reschedule. The day was a success because of Buckys.
So caring and nice!! They are honest and not like the others who rip you off and lie to you about what needs to be done!! Very thankful for their service and care! Im so grateful I came to them today for my brakes!! 😁Thank you for being great!!
These guys are the best both in quality and price.
I had such a great experience with Buckys! Nick was awesome and treated me like an old friend. They got me in super fast, and confirmed the diagnosis that I had received at the Ford dealership. However the price difference for the repairs were astronomically different! Fords estimate was 1,653.03! Buckeys did the job for $513. Thats a ridiculous difference for the same repair and the same warrantee.Aside from price though, like I said Nick was awesome, when they were able to get my car in, he even gave me a ride home as there was going to be a couple hours to wait. When he called to let me know my car was tip top, he even asked if I needed a ride back to retrieve my car. I met oneoone their mechanics while picking up, Will, he was very courteous and answered all of my questions. I even got to pet Wills adorable dog ❤️.If you want your car treated like a showroom piece and you enjoy being treated like a part of the family, Buckys is where you need to go.Nick and Will thank you so much for the peace of mind on my car and for your kind demeanor and happy smiles.
The team at Buckys in Renton is trustworthy, reliable and seriously go above and beyond to help out their customers! I brought my Honda Fit into the shop last week for another standard oil change. They got me in and out of there in 45 minutes for $50.Id also bought a part online for some pretty straightforward work that Honda recommended I do to keep my car running well. The Honda dealership quoted me an astronomical price but Buckys quoted me $140. I provided them the part and they did the work in a day. What happened next was sheer bad luck: when I drove my car over the next day or so, I noticed smoke coming out from under the hood and smelling like burning oil. UH OH! I called the shop and Nick suggested I come back in and he would personally take a look to make sure something wasnt accidentally forgotten/overseen. Side note: Id taken my car to another shop in my neighborhood two years ago for a standard oil change and a mechanic forgot to screw in the oil cap lid tightly, which lead to my car losing all oil and the engine going completely bust. So you can imagine how worried I was!On a Friday morning I brought my car back and the guys lifted it up and started looking at it right away. They told me that - again, just bad luck, - the part Id ordered and given them to do the work was a shoddy part. Without many options available to me (COVID!!!!) the guys let me know that: 1) Theyd already ordered a replacement part that would arrive later that day, and 2) They would do the work to replace it, then most importantly, 3) They were not going to charge me for this mishap. These guys went above and beyond to improve my experience as a customer, making a stressful process out of my control, much much better than expected. I will forever be grateful to the guys who helped me out in a pinch and did really great work (twice!)Youve definitely earned a customer for life right here! Cant recommend them enough to others.
I was very very happy with the service I received at buckys nick I a great person ..I would refer your service to everyone I know! My tune-up, oil change was very reasonable priced for my budget.. thanks
They really have service on the bottom line of fixing your car they dont rip you out they have nice service I went there to change my oil and brake pads and then they have good prices
This place is awesome. They are honest about what is wrong with your truck. They dont over charge or lie to get more money. I love this place. I wont trust anyone else with my truck. They are a great bunch of guys.
Front desk guy great service and funny..The guy who helps you with the paperwork for check out great service and friendly.. But one of the mechanics who works in the back he was really this respectful With the sheety attitude. Really disappointed for the place.
Great experience! Went there on a weekday afternoon without an appointment and was fit in and out within a couple hours for a wheel bearing concern. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be back in the future.
They are slow play to much and are backed up watch them good just warning ya
I have worked them on multiple cars. Trusting everything they said. I took my car in for one thing then they told me it was something else costing $900 then my check engine light wouldn’t go off they told me to bring it back in then told me oh now it’s the original thing you brought the car in for another $600. So paid to get that done then guess what check engine light is still on they tell me to bring it back in. Then magically now my. Catalytic converter and supposed gasket leak. It felt to me as sabotage because these things were not wrong with my car before I brought it to them. So now my car won’t pass emissions angry is an understatement. Then they advised me of the waiver and lied to me and told me that I would need to get one of the items fixed that they said was wrong in order to get the waiver. Another $400 for one and $600 for the other. Come to find out that was a total lie they were just trying to con me out of more money and prob to set me up with another repair! On to my second car! We brought it in for s tune up it had no other issues. 2 weeks later check engine light flashing. That means major work! They have pretty much screwed up both of my cars and their response to me was you are more than welcome to take your car somewhere else yea after you screwed me out of thousands. They appear to be great and work with you but in the end if you don’t want your car screwed up and new issues every time work is done do not get your car worked on they will milk you all the way till you’ve paid for your car again
Had a 10am appointment by 10:45 no service so i left . whats appt for if your not going to honor it? Waited 4 days .
These guys will do whatever they have to do to get you running. Just give em a call. Shout-out to Nick and Will they are awesome and friendly.
Friendly staff. Great quality work!
If you go early in the morning for an oil change, plan to spend approximately three hours here. Do not park near the dumpster because the owner of that little black truck will pettily move your vehicle because, apparently, the parking spot belongs to him? Three hours. Low cost of oil change costs more than you think.
Not following covid safety precautions
Good, basic home cooked food ! 😀
Got a coupon for a oil change.Only reason I went in there. I asked for a tire rotation and told me they would do it and they never did. They also did not tell me my coupon didn’t include full synthetic. Didn’t expect to spend $70 for a oil change. Not informative, you better know exactly what you want before you get there.
I would highly recommend this place!! I am passing out business cards for Renton Buckys to all my friends & co-workers! I had an AWESOME experience here, and Mitch is the best. I had a starter and new battery installed. Mitch will go out of his way to make sure you are happy. It is a breath of fresh air to find a reliable, knowledgeable, HONEST mechanic with very reasonable charges. How often does THAT happen? I will be returning here time and time again in the future for whatever my little Volvo needs.
The guys are awesome at this shop!
Buckys is my go to shop whenever I need some work done on my vehicles. Ive been going here for years and they offer outstanding service for honest prices. Special shout out to their shop manager, Mitch, who always goes the extra mile to ensure Im taken care of. I highly recommend Renton Buckys for any of your automotive needs.
Hi gone to Buc-ees numerous times over the years. I just moved into this area felt comfortable knowing that I would receive good service. I was not let down. This is my car care center for as long as I am here.
Will, who works the front desk is incredible. He bends over backwards for his customers. Even if you drive a trash civic, like some, he will re-do his job to make it sound like you want. While there is a Jake, an intelligent tech though he is not personable, at the end of the day he is just a tech and the company should not be judged based on one individuals interpersonal skills and he should not be in front of customers. Will, who does the custom exhaust welds, has some of the best welds in the area and is completely transparent with customers. He genuinely has a passion for what he is doing and when I am in Renton, I will personally request for him to cut and weld my exhaust together every time. Buckys may be corporate, but definitely has a mom and pop shop feel. The management shows true care for their customers and will not sell you repairs that are not necessary for your vehicles every-day operation, even if it means running to AutoZone or another company that has that part available to get customers vehicles repaired on time, if not earlier. I highly recommend going in and directly requesting Will to help get your automotive needs met. It impresses me that the management will not allow a job to leave the shop without being quality checked by other technicians, even though they have such highly qualified mechanics doing each job.
Great service and honest!
Best customer service hands down. I love that they dont con unknowledgeable customers into services that are not needed or are overpriced. An oil change is actually the price quoted unlike other places that end up doubling or tripling the price. Nick, Josh, Junior, Tony and Jake kept me notified each step of the way during the repair. I brought the car in for an inoperable defroster/heater and while I waited, I found out that it was just a loose wire. At the same time, a cracked radiator was discovered and Josh found one for me and arranged for it to be delivered and installed for me in a timely manner. They were very concerned about me having heat in the car during these very cold snowy days. While I was waiting, Josh brought out an extension cord for me so I could use and charge my phone.
The guys that work here are awesome. Took in my Dodge Ram for an exhaust quote and they had it done within the hour. Parts were all there and installation was instant. Definitely recommend this place for your exhaust needs.
Do not trust these people. They’ll quote you one total, and then suddenly, magically, and inexplicably, your total that was quoted jumps by more than a hundred dollars. How is this possible? Is it incompetence or just plain lying? Either way, they don’t deserve your business. Go anywhere else unless you’ve just got money to burn on lying thieves.
***Check out their BBB rating*** Took my Honda in for an oil change, first since installing new engine. John the manager called me to tell me the oil plug was over torqued yet the forced it out any way and upon doing so broke off the threads in the oil pan. John immediately pointed his finger away from his mechanic and at the customer. The oil pan plug should not have been forced to be removed if it was noticed to be over torqued. Pretty basic mechanic knowledge that these guys do not have. John attitude was your problem not mine. Then proceeded to try to sell me on a $600 repair. These guys are rip-off artists! Will never return to Buckys again. You should think twice before using this shop. Worst experience ever with any shop!!!
Today, I called them quick time with a brake problem. I brought it in @ 12:30 this afternoon and they not only diagnosed the problem, but they also had it fixed by 6pm.Buckys is a local shop (as opposed to a national chain), have been around for over 40-years and they have provided me with excellent service at a very fair price. Either Firestone or Goodyear wouldve charged 20% more. Any reputable shop will even provide you with the defective parts that they replace and Buckys gives you that option in their Customer Care form that you fill out before any work is done. Anyway, I try to keep my money local and Buckys gets it.
Good price oil change good customer serice
Came in to get my exhaust welded together on my Miata. Didn’t have an appointment and they fit me in right away. Welds look pretty minty and both of the guys that helped me out were super cool
Fast service on getting my car in the shop! Great customer service and nice employees.
Great workers just be ready to wait
Quality service at a fair price.
Best customer service, great prices, fast service. Would give 10/5 stars if possible.
Went in with an extended warranty repairs and Mitch handled everything and got the repairs covered. Great service and they really try to save the customers money. Mitch was very professional and came highly recommended.
I appreciate everything the shop is done for me and the work that they did on my car I appreciate management as hes been very professional and respectful and I encourage people to bring their car here if you need any work done on it at all they did the work fiat couldnt do thank you
Ive moved to Renton and away from my regular shop in Seattle and the guys at Buckys have made me wish that Ive always taken my car to them! They always do great work at an affordable price and get me in even when they are busy. Cool guys with no BS. Much appreciated!!!
The worst experience i have ever had.. Really bad place to visit
Buckys in Renton has great people great service. They make you want a reason to visit!
Had my front wheel bearing replaced here, and had to come back 6 times for vibrations and rubbing noises. Was told that my transmission differential was going out, another $1000 repair. I didnt buy it, and I called their corporate who got me into their Federal Way location. They immediately determined that the bearing the other shop put in was bad, and ordered a whole new setup. Federal Way Buckys is great, but avoid Renton for anything beyond an oil change......
Friendly and knowledgeable staff and very reasonable prices. Never had a bad experience.
Took my car there to have an aftermarket exhaust put on. They did a good job and did everything like I liked. Only problem I have is they didnt check to make sure the tips were lined up after the install. Its not a huge problem its just now I have to wait for it to dry up outside so I can fix it.
I began going to Buckys on 4th Street in Renton because my daughter highly recommended it. I have been going there for two years now and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Mitch is the greatest! He explains in detail what your options are when you need a major repair. He has saved my daughter and I a ton of money over the years. I would highly recommend Mitch and his crew to anyone looking for an honest and capable mechanic.
I just came for the dudes, especially that Nicholas at the front.
Highly recommend!! Will come back for all future mechanic needs.
Incredible service, all the guys were friendly, professional and extremely helpful!!!
They fixed my exhaust rattle in about 20 minutes and surprised me with no charge. I was really impressed and I definitely recommend them.
Called them about my fuel pump and in-line filter, they took my truck in and quoted me “$500 total” on the phone. Once they started working on it, the price magically went up to over $700. When I called him out on it, suddenly they can “use a cheaper fuel pump” and the price went down to $580. Still bs being charged $80 more than I was quoted, but ok I understand it can’t be 100% accurate.Well I get a call that it’s done, my bill is $580, so I go in to pay for it. But they failed to mention that the $580 is not the total price, but the price before shop fees and tax. So overall, I’m charged $670. $170 over my quoted price. And here’s the kicker...they didn’t replace the in-line filter, which is just completely f***ing stupid. Their response? “The fuel flowed fine so we left it”
Amazing service! I brought in my car with a rear brake issue and the car guys @ Renton Buckys were completely awesome. Im always heckin nervous taking my car anywhere for repairs, but the team at Buckys were helpful and up-front about what needed fixing. They fixed up my brakes and offered to prep my vehicle for the winter for an affordable price on top of the brake repair. It felt like the repairs took no time at all as I chilled with Nick and watched tv inside. Im having the best day! Thank you Renton Buckys!
Decent people. Fairly quick service
Horrible experience! I went in to have break pads put on which was $120 and they told me they had to do rotors as well which was $400 and when i stated i only wanted break pads they refused to work on my car at all! I went to another place whci quoted me less to do my break pads and told me my rotors were fine! Stay away from this place!!!!! It is the epidemy of a seedy untrustworthy auto repair shop! I will also be reporting them to the BBB!
Fast & great help in & out same day with no issues
Buckys was the worst experience of my life. My fiancé went in, because the car was “pulling” a bit. We went in and they basically did a tune up one hour after picking up the car me, my fiancé and my 5 year old were on the side of the road. The car would not work at all. We ended up walking home and having the car towed myself back to Buckys. When I we called they said the car was fine then when we went to pick it up they said they were working on it. The next day they said I should take it to the dealership. I ended up taking to the manager who let me know “ he wish he could be psychic for all his customers” and I “ should be happy that the techs continued to work on my car ( FYI, they were paid in full) I took my car to the dealership who said that buckys did not do anything to fix the problem, that pretty much any car would benefit from a tune up. I will NEVER go there again and I will be sure to let friends, family and anyone looking for work done to there car NEVER to go there.
If I could give no stars I would. I got scammed into paying $900 for a part I did not need.
Nick is awesome and they do good work.
Nick was a very big help & the lads provided great service. Sh ou old have gone here a long time ago.
A Lil To Expensive
Buckys is a total scam they lie to you,con you, and bully any one they can into believing theres way more wrong with your vehicle and that it needs fixed right now to be safe.my 20 year old daughter went in to get estimate for brake pads on front, Id all ready looked at brakes but was having some medical problems so was willing to have them put brake pads on well they told her brakes were at 2% had to be fixed right away then told her it needed rotors and calipers and brake pads charged her $ 769.63 $20.00 in brake fluid 2 rotors 2 calipers 2 sets pads and 2hours labor and all they did was put new brake pads on used all the old parts including brake fluid .so they made stole 700.00 from my daughter who works lots of hours and works hard all summer to pay for college, which in my book makes them the worst kind of people out there in my book.and hope this review stops every one that reads it from going there, and being robbed out of your hard earned money.
Used these guys a couple of times and they came thru each time. Efficient workers, highly appreciate their services.
When my car broke down a while back, I went to Buckys because a friend recommended their service and their location was very convenient. My car was overheating and I had no idea why. As I am a kind of woman that doesnt speak cars, and my husband was not available, I took my father in law with me just to make sure mechanics dont sell me something i dont need. They took the car in for a few hours, and when we came back they told us that radiator has a crack in it and needs to be replaced. I asked what size crack, they said not too big but leaking. Ok. The quote was somewhere around $800. I didnt have the money right then and I had to talk to my husband first, so as I was leaving they said - by the way, were having a promotion and if you purchase radiator replacement service today we will give you $150 or $200 off (I dont remember the exact amount). We left.Long story short(er) our regular mechanic is a bit further the Buckys and I wasnt sure if I could drive the car there. We decided to take it there anyways and stocked up on water just in case all the cooling liquid leaks out on the way. Our mechanic took the car in and the next day we got it back with the verdict - there is no crack in the radiator, minor issue with the hose (clogged) was causing car to overheat. Ok. Total bill was somewhere around $75. I didnt know what to think. I was afraid to drive the car for a while after the incident because I guess I didnt know who to believe and maybe our mechanic didnt notice the crack in the radiator. But 2 years later - car is fine, no crack was ever there and guys at Buckys were trying to sell me something I didnt need. Even though I brought my father in law with me :)So… I wouldnt go back there. After trust is lost there is no way to get it back.Sorry Buckys.
Came here for a few repairs on my old explorer and they helped me out ... wasn’t too expensive, didn’t charge me for extra stuff.
I give them a 1 star rating and heres why. I took my truck in for a exhaust manifold leak, speedometer cable, and cooling system. I was told it would be done the next day. After making several phone calls we were told there was a situation with the paperwork and with the prices quoted, finally after the third day of them having my truck I received a call saying that my truck was ready to pick up, I payed for all the services in full. While getting in my truck to start it I noticed the speedometer cable sitting in my front seat, talking to the mechanic there seemed to be confusion once again, on why I was charged for the installation but it was never installed. After coming back to pick up my truck for the second time, while driving off we noticed the speedometer did still not work. We called them immeaditly to inform them that the speedometer cable was not working, we were told to bring it back in after having my truck for another day we were informed that we had purchased the wrong cable. So my question is why would a professional mechanic install any part before checking to see if it was the correct part? Therefore this is why I am giving buckys a one star rating.
Dont let Buckys work on your vehicle! They did a comprehensive $2100+ brake job on my truck, and when a caliper failed after less than 10K miles, all they would do is replace the $45 pads which were worn prematurely, not even the caliper that failed! Which would leave me to pay for labor, new caliper and new rotor, etc.Take your vehicle elsewhere! Also take any positive reviews you see with a grain of salt - they pay for positive reviews by offering discounts!
I recently came to them to have my car fixed because it was making loud noises whenever I start the engine cold. They told me that the oil was low and very dirty and had the engine oil drained and refilled. I dont know how they would rate their professionalism but I would say that coming to them for my cars issues was a mistake. They diagnosed the wrong problems (I dont know if it was intentional or not), cost me almost $150 to get nothing done aside from the oil change which did nothing to fix the problem. When I came back with a complaint and a loud car, they told me to go have its parts changed at Honda. They then proceeded to tell me that they warned me it would turn out like this but in reality, they never did. I am annoyed by the fact that they could have and should have done what needed done or just simply tell me to go straight to Honda in the first place, since you guaranteed professionalism and that the problem would be solved after the fix, but all I got was my money gone, the car not fixed and an attitude. I feel scammed.
