No amenities, over priced, rude management. They ignore your emails and concerns, if you have any sort of issue they tell you to call the cops the common areas are constantly dirty and they will send emails telling the residents that the common areas are the responsibility of the tenants and there is no cleaning staff on site except once a week. And even then there will be spills in the elevator for weeks on end, broken furniture in the hall ways for months,
Lovely small brick building, reminds me of the buildings in Chicago. On a nice quiet street, walking distance to the Downtown Renton business area and bus 🚎 terminal, The Landing, all kinds of stores, services, restaurants, schools and freeways; good size apartments. Well maintained 👍🏻 Some of the apartments have small backyards and a patio.
Boutique, high end place to live. I enjoyed my time here. Quiet and my neighbors are tight nit group but very friendly. Most of them had lived in the building since it opened. A couple of them owned their condo. They really did make a community and made me feel welcome.
I have a client at this place and the staff recognise me and and are super welcoming to me when I make my daily rounds here
When you moved out, they charged a lot of fees which did not happen.
