Im a current resident going on my second lease here and have absolutely loved it. The maintenance team has been top notch, but I must add the property was just recently sold so not really sure what to expect from all of them as of yet. Hoping its the same and if so, I would highly recommend this property the apartments are very spacious and new looking.
If you like bad management, no parking spaces, illegally towing and roaches; then this is the place for you
Good size, homey apartments with quick turnaround for maintenance. Professional and friendly management too. Overall clean property and great location (next to Fred Meyers and CVS).
They are crooks. They took my holding fee money and raised the deposit to 1600 after telling me its a $99 Special. I have good credit and no evictions. They gave me the total run around about free move in and all these specials when they found out how much money I make. I wouldnt touch these apartments with a ten foot pole.
I would give this place a zero star if I could. It has been absolutely a nightmare living here. The parking situation is ridiculous. The lot is always full and then people just park their cars wherever they please, in front of the mailbox, in front of the dumpster, on the fire lane, in the disabled spot with no consideration for possible ramifications. God forbid if a fire does break out.And then there is the noise problem. My upstairs neighbor stomp the floor night in and night out, so heavy my light fixture shakes and even shakes my bed at times. It’s like having an elephant living up stairs. After complaining in-person and to the management three times now there is absolutely no change. Not a day goes by I can sleep without getting woken up by the stomping three or four times throughout the night. On a hot summer night don’t even think about leaving your windows open for some fresh cool breeze. The hwy traffic next door will keep you wide awake 24/7.I’d see people just leave bags of trash next to the dumpster and not throw it in like they are too good to open the dumpster. In conclusion, if you love to live with unfriendly neighbors and have no place to park this is the apartment complex for you.
Although apt is self is nice. Living here is not worth it do to the parking situation! Have asked several times and suggested solutions and no one seems to care. They only offer you a garage rental for additional $90 a month. I literally have to park across the street at Fred Meyer shopping center and walk home most evenings. Totally unacceptable for $1500 a month
Management is wonderful and very nice property is clean .
Ive lived here for 6 years now and enjoy being here. The location is good with lots of restaurants and a Fred Meyer close by along with CVS and a new medical rehab center. In the past the grounds and hallways were not kept up well, to where a neighbor had to vacuum the hall and stairs himself. However, since the new management took over the halls and stairs are regularly vacuumed and have a pleasant smell. Trash is picked up off the grounds promptly as well. What I really like is for a newer building the bedrooms are a good size. Alot of the other apartments Ive seen the bedrooms were all pretty small. We have high ceilings and wood floors everywhere except the bedrooms and bathrooms. The other day I went into the office because I realized I accidentally threw my wallet in the recycling bin (yeah, I know). Zach, who was covering that day, went above and beyond and helped me fish my little wallet out of a pretty full recycling container! I was just hoping to get the recycling pick up schedule so I could try to catch them before they came. He truly saved me alot of stress and Im SO VERY appreciative! Kudos to you Zach!!
My roommate & I just love our apartment but we cant say that about the rest of the complex.1st off, parking is horrendous unless you get a paid parking spot which cost you $40 a month. People are constantly getting towed because the areas are not properly marked & they just dont have enough parking spots. Also, ever since last February there has been someone who has no problem with vandalizing bldg B by putting their cigarettes out on the Bldg in the entrance way & in the hallway. There is garbage all over the place & the dumpsters seem to always be over filled. There are no amenities except for the washer & dryers in the units. Paying way too much. Went from $1500-$1750 since move in, which was Feb. 2016 and its now Aug. 2018. Also suggest keeping copies of your monthly Ledgers because when the new mgt co. took over ( which there have been two different mgt co since we moved in, + high turnover of office workers) a month after they 1st took over they altered our Ledger to show that we owed funds that we didnt owe.Yet I have to also say the place is looking a lot better since first point management took over but more needs to be done. Now let me tell you about the apartment itself. We are in a handicap accessible apartment which everything is bigger and wider. We have 2 large bedrooms, 2 patios, 2 walk in closets (1 has the water heater in it so less shelving but I had a contractor come and add more), and 2 bathrooms, which one is handicap accessible and has the washer and dryer inside it but theyre both large. Each patio also has a 5X5 storage closets as well. The floors are all covered with what looks like wood but isnt and yet still looks great, just dont get them wet. The two bedrooms are the only rooms that have carpet. With all the places that weve looked we have not yet seen rooms as big. Love the apartment itself. But we will not be renewing our lease when its up because of the increase of the costs to live here. I have been told new tenants pay a lot more then we even pay!!!
The townhome was stunning! Stainless steel appliances, WD in unit, wood laminate floors...gorgeous! We lived here one year and went through 3 property management companies. It was way too expensive to renew our lease $1800+ with NO parking spot, a $35 pet rent and no guaranteed office staff. Upon move out, I did my walk through with Kim Hao and everything was great. She said she would mail my copy- she never did. For my new apartment she completed a document asking if I owed any money, would she re-rent to me etc and everything was positive from her. Nearly 7 months later I receive a collections notice in the mail stating I owed $6600 for breaking my lease. I called and provided a copy of my lease to prove I didnt break it. 3 months later I received a revised collections stating that I owed for utilities and pet rent for March through May. Its impossible to partially pay your rent online, you are required to pay all or nothing and the my ledger proved I didnt have any carry over from previous months. 2 months later I received a revised collections stating I didnt pay my last months rent. All the while I have been calling Thrive (the property management company) asking for a copy of my move out inspection which Kim and I both signed stating there was no damage and I owed nothing. The walk through was done at the end of May well after rent was paid so if I owed money, she would have written it there. She never did and of course Thrive never provided a copy of my walk through paperwork so I had to pay an additional month of rent to these thieves to get it off of my credit report. Avoid this place like your worst ex!!!!!
Next to nothing for visitor parking and if you try to park any where other than designated parking they have your car towed by a place that charges insane amounts to give you your car back.
