This company is very unprofessional, I called the dispatch and arrange to have a semi trailer decked, the following day they called me and informed me that they were going to need 3 heavy wreckers to deck one trailer, when the owner called me he proceeded to tell me that we were going to be illegal and that we would get stopped at every port, they were 2 hours late and charged us $1100 to deck 1 trailer, never in my life have I seen it take 3 trucks and 5 guys to deck 1 trailer, I don’t recommend this company and all and I can ensure that we won’t ever use them again! I have decked and undecked alot of trailers in 8 years of running wrecker and I’ve never had to have more then 1 wrecker and 2 guys! I had given all the information needed to the dispatcher when I called and they said that they could do it with 1 truck and it shouldn’t take them more then an hour to deck the trailer. I will never use this company again!My driver was 100% legal and had no problems getting back home! This tow company definitely don’t know the rules and regulations for DOT and they are extremely rude!

Wow talk about a bad drop off. I work for a dealership and witnessed one of our customers vehicles dropped off by a nevada tow truck driver. In the span of me walking passed the driver dropping the car off, I watched him carelessly let the back end of the customers car scrap the ground more than five times as he rocked the car back and forth off the truck bed. If this is standard practice for your company I’m impressed there aren’t more negative reviews. I’d be horrified if I was your customer.

I am a business owner myself and I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and care provided when a consumer brings legitimate concerns to the business. We purchased one vehicle with them and were happy. We went back for a second vehicle and after making payments for a couple months, we changed our minds as we were repairing the first vehicle we have due to a very simple error most likely brought on by the mechanic. Because we do appreciate Carl and the business, we believe it’s important to bring attention to overseen details that can cost business customers. After explaining why we didn’t want to go through with the second vehicle purchase, we were guilt tripped by the staff and the call was handled with zero professionalism. I was shocked at the treatment considering we purchased a vehicle initially from them and I thought were cared for as people, not just transactions. The lack of care was obvious and we were shamed for our own feelings and concerns. We were not listened to but continuously told that we bought vehicle as is which is something we weren’t arguing about ... we understood and just wanted to make the staff aware of a potential oversight from the mechanic to prevent future errors in other vehicles. This was not at all tolerated. The call ended with Shamber telling us to not call back. Talk about customer service! Perhaps Shamber was having a bad day, but when a customer brings concerns to you, please do not guilt trip them for their concerns! And please listen to what the customer is saying. Relationship is so important and we felt completely disregarded as people. I raised my voice because I wasn’t being heard and thought I could be heard if I raised my voice, which definitely didn’t help. Sorry, Shamber! We are stressed because we were treated so harshly after giving you our money and for being on a phone call that was manipulating the consumer instead of listening with care. The buyers remorse is not the vehicle but in giving people our money who truly had no care for us to begin with. Anyway, I am glad I saw the full spectrum of the staff there and would only recommend this business if relationship isn’t a priority to you. If you want to buy a car here, I recommend creating an agreement with Nevada Towing (or any retailer) before coming in That way if there is ever an issue with the vehicle, payments, etc. you can maintain a professional working relationship with the staff. For Nevada Towing, I recommend having policies written down so answers can be provided point blank with zero emotions involved. Consumers, be prepared to advocate for yourself and ask lots of questions and get answers in writing. Carl is very flexible on payments and willing to work with people. If you’re not a backyard mechanic, I recommend shopping elsewhere. We are going back to Nevada Towing Monday to see what can be worked out, if anything, in regards to the second vehicle. I will repost a review after that experience!

Truckers stay away!!! Not good buissness charged me $170 to put new glad hand rubber seals on trailer and replaced them with old ones when I came to get trailer. Must be hella broke to steal rubber from gladhands.

I bought a car from this company. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and i bought a very reliable car. They gave me more for my trade than anyone else in town would. I have had no problems with the vehicle i purchased and I have had it for over a year. I have only had to do regular maintenance on the car. About a month ago i needed my vehicle towed because ...thought i would give this company a call. I didnt want to leave my car in a random parking lot over night and wasnt able to stay with it so they brought it to their yard and stored it for me for about a week and were very reasonable on their prices. I would definitely recommend this company for their towing and auto sales. Awesome Customer Service!!!!!!!!

Car was in a light car accident. Car started when I left. Had only a flat tire. The police officer had it towed to this place. Get there the next day. I pay the bill. I tell them I have a tire and want to change it and they say not on our property. Ok I tell them you drive it off your property to the street and I will change it there. They say let me see if it will start. What? Doesn’t start. They charged me another $50 to forklift my car to the street. I used jumper cables to start my car and guess what, all my lights were on. They turned every light on to drain the battery. I changed the tire and all the time they were all standing outside watching and laughing.

I worked with Matt about a month ago. I told him we needed something reliable as my husband was the sole income. He assured me that the 2001 kia with 100k miles on it was in good condition and that the owner had just gotten a good price on it which is why it was such a good deal. I of course trusted that and as we were driving off I realized I hadnt checked the heater. Being that we have snow it was kind of important. When I found out it didnt work I went to him before driving off the lot and asked if I he had just let me purchase a vehicle with no heat right before winter. Oh no he assures me and tells me to call him when I get home if it doesnt start working. It did not and I called. The next day the check engine light comes on and the car is boiling over. We got the run around for 3 weeks with absolutely nothing except empty assurances. We were then contacted by the finance company who asked us a few questions and said the owner Carl has a habit of doing this to people and that he would never take responsibility or do anything about it. That would have been nice to know before we signed so hopefully someone will read this and be very careful when dealing with these guys. Ruthless. My mother is on hospice and I have a car with no heat before winter. They must be friends with our last property management company...

I had my vehicle impounded and I knew I couldnt afford to get it out. When I called they were very friendly and helpful. Initially I called when they were observing Nevada day and they informed me it would cost extra to get to my vehicle, so I should come on another day when they wouldnt have to charge me more. I went the next Monday and Cary(sp) helped me. I felt embarrassed by the situation but they were courteous and helped me with everything. Great customer service, understanding and kind. Thanks!

Christina at Nevada Towing was a COMPLETE lifesaver. As someone out of state, dealing with a stripped car needing to be towed, she went above and beyond to help me get it done. I would recommend anyone to use their towing service, and wish all customer service was as genuine as Christinas.

My 1995 Eagle Talon was impound and stored at Nevada Towing and when I got it back there were a few things that were stolen from my car. 2 stereo audio cables, 1 Kicker amplifier, 3 to 4 dollars in quarters from the center council and 2 axe hatches and 1 full size axe from the trunk of my car...... These people are also very rude to talk to and just to add to the bad service when we tried to pick it up they would not let us take it they made sure that it stay 1 extra day to add to to the bill which came out to $340.00 for 2 days

They towed my car to Sparks PD. then sent me a bill for $5000 or they were going to sell my car. You guys never had my car on your impound lot. Quit sending me certified letters for payment. If you think Im wrong get up off your asses and go check your lot for my car. Its not there. Avoid these scammers.

I called these guys twice in one night, one for a tow and one for a question. Both times each dispatcher was super nice and helpful.My tow truck driver though...oh my god, guys, he was amazing! If you need a tow from this place, ask if Nick Vest is working and REQUEST HIM. He made my really irritating day, and even more irritating time dealing with tires plus suddenly disappear. My mom and I followed him to the mechanic. Moms not exactly a fast driver, and he made sure not to lose us. He also told us to stay in her car while he did everything out in the cold...unloading, paperwork and put my key in the Dropbox for me. Mom and I were talking about him the whole way home.GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!

This week i had a problem with our motorhome and Nevada Towing was called by my insurance company. We were in a camp site and was informed that they would be a cost up to $325 depending on the complexity of the removal and time spent. Our motorhome was in a site on the paved road. when the driver arrived, he was very careful and efficient. We were able to move the motor home in 20 minutes about 20 yards pulling it backwards to put it on the road. I was charged the full $325 for that 20 minutes. that works out to $975 per hour. Maybe i shouldnt have helped.They were good and professional but that seems excessive to me. I cannot complain with the work but i had the feeling of charge the tourist what you can.

Nevada towing responded promptly when I was broken down on the freeway. The driver Mitch was very nice & took great care of my car . The rates were pretty inexpensive too .

The staff was pretty rude to me and the forklift driver damaged my vehicle moving it off property instead of waiting 20 minutes for my tow to get there.

Quick, fast, professional service.

Just called this place to inquire about a vehicle advertised with very limited information. Wanted to know if it was a 4X4, mileage, engine size, color...The phone was answered by someone who knew nothing about the vehicle and offered to transfer me to the sales office. Jack answered the phone and would not answer any of my questions and eventually hung up on me. I called back and asked for him again, and when the receptionists said Jack, your customer is calling back and transferred the call, the phone was picked-up and immediately hung-up?This is very poor service and leads me to believe that this place is trying to hide information on the merchandise they are offering for sale. I would be very cautions dealing with this outfit in the future. This seems like a common pattern at Nevada Towing in reading other reviews from people who have experienced similar poor service; it seems that the management philosophy prefers to refuse any responsibility on behalf of their obligation to accurately represent and stand behind their products and services when confronted by potential and actual customers who have been exploited and abused by this shameful business. Buyer beware!

REVISED: Clearly my luck with vehicles is sub-par and we have been faced with the need for another tow. I used to the same company at my Insurance Companys request and was blown away by the EXCELLENT customer service. Every person that answered the phone, and I spoke to three separate people, was incredibly nice and so so helpful. Lesson learned that everyone has bad days and I shouldnt be so quick to rule people or companies out based on one bad experience. I am moving this from a 4 star to a 5 star rating and would highly recommend this company. :)When our car broke down, my insurance company had me use this business to get our car towed. My husband called to arrange this and said the girl who answered the phone was incredibly rude, condescending and inconvenienced to have to, I guess, work.. In the end the job was done and in the pouring rain so for that, I am grateful to our tow truck driver and for their time. Would probably still use them and just hope the dispatch girl either gets her coffee sooner or is on vacation.

These people are manipulating and dont care about you. They towed your vehicle and you owe them. They have no care or passion, they want to make a buck. And they will, because they will take advantage of every person that they can.
