I have a trucking business, Royal Transport Express Inc, I had to unload off road ATV from my truck, Called Reno Tow and Transport, Telena helped me all throughout the way, as I had explained to her that I travelled TX to NV and running against. She was on her toes immediately. Got the flat bed ready to unload and at the drop off location on time. Timing was very critical flatbed and I arrived at 5:30pm and the business closed at 5:40pm. Kudus to Telena, we need more people like her.

The driver was on time and very courteous. Will use them again.

After waiting an hour for my insurance company to try to find someone to tow my car after an accident, I called Reno Tow and they were there within 30 minutes. Kevin and Telena were both very nice to me and helped me get my car back home. Hopefully I dont need to use them again, but if I do Ill call here first before anywhere else.

I was truly impressed with this company. Out of all the tow company’s, even AAA, they were the only ones that would help me. They even called back to check on me when I hadn’t called back. I called 8 towing companies including AAA. Reno Tow was the only company that responded and was able to tow my car. Dont waste your time on other companies. They are the best..

Too expensive and too slow ! Will reconsider ever using again. Staff did not notify of pickup or delivery times. $170 is outrageous!

Came all the way out to Fernley in the middle of the night when the local tow refused to tow my car and let me get my stuff. The guy was great and helped me out. Thank you for coming and saving me!!

Amazing tow company!!

My truck was in a car accident and was picked up by this company to be transported to co part. Me already being upset about my pride and joy being wrecked a month later I come to find that the driver had taken my led lights out of my bed,my receiver adjustable hitch and my license plate. I tried contacting the company but did not have much to say stating that the driver was no longer with the company. My lights where returned after I made a police report but already had to be replaced out of pocket. My hitch was never returned or replaced.my license plate being gone has created a 3 trip nightmare to dmv and now having to re register and smog the vehicle which is another out of pocket expense. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times on trying to get this issue resolved without any luck. Hate posting bad reviews but this should never happen to anyone.
