Im still sitting here in the middle of nowhere they had given me an original quote had me go all the way through signing invoice and awaiting them to call me and tell me that they were sending a driver out to me, to then inform me that they got my pickup location wrong and that they needed to raise the cost by $600 unbelievable. They further attempted to inform my partner here that they had not charged her yet and her bank had reflected that they had and they had taken more than an hour to get the money back after theyd already said that they could not help us anymore and they left us stranded here with their mistake being the mistake that happened. They cant figure out anything at that company they called me access of 19 times to figure out where my pickup location was after I had already had everything set up.

I set up a time to have my car towed It was very time sensitive yet when it was time to have my car towed nobody called me at the company they ended up calling me an hour after the time I had set up after the place I needed my car to be dropped off was closed I would never ever in my life want anybody to use this company. The customer service is horrendous to simply say oh I was busy after having a schedule time is completely unacceptable and unprofessional they need to do better I will be using another company and I suggest you use another company as well

Its never fun having a surprise encounter with a tow truck company, but they were friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Through an unfortunate event of my vehicle being towed, I spoke with Kimberly to help sort out a solution. She was VERY professional, kind, and understanding of the situation at hand and was willing to work with me and I cant thank her enough! Over the course of a few weeks she was very easy to get back in touch with and overall my experience with The Tow Truck Company was wonderful.

This place actively goes out into apartment complexes seeking cars illegally parked or have expired registration and tows them. Theyve towed two of my vehicles from my apartment complex. One is when I was parked in a handicapped spot in front of my unit (My neighbors and I battle for parking due to the amount of cars there are compared to spots and there arent any handicap folks around so we all switch out using it for the night) and the other was when I left town and left my vehicle in a parking zone that they needed to repaint lines. When they towed one of my cars I noticed they messed up the plastics underneath my car, the owner had me fill out an incident report but never did anything about it. I find it highly unethical to come give people with expired registration 48 hour tow notices when it takes weeks to months to get dmv appointments right now. Shane on these people, go back to Vegas!!

I have had what I would call 1 and half interaction with this tow company due to their contract with The Village at Iron Blossom. Initially they had my car towed in January due to registration stickers, but when my boyfriend and I were talking with the truck driver, he had NO PROBLEM becoming rude and offensive. He even went as far as using homophobic slurs. Yesterday, they did a random sweep of our complex again and I got another sticker!! I wasnt home until after 4pm yesterday and somehow they managed to mark the sticker with an AM time stamp, LYING ABOUT THE TIME IT WAS PLACED ON MY CAR. My registration has been lost in the mail (confirmed by DMV) and so we know that they are preying on the vulnerable during these times.

The Apt Complex I live in, Vizcaya Apts. This is the first company to Actually tow vehicles with no tags. They started out really good, now for some reason, they have atopped? Lot of vehicles with No Tags and Expired back to 2019. I wish they would remove All these vehicles.

Professional, fast and knew what he was doing! My bmw would not start and had a drivetrain malfunction error and after 4+ hours with no help from BMW roadside assistance, I decided to get my own tow truck to tow the car to the BMW dealership!The lady who answered the phone and helped me and the guy who towed the car were amazing! Too bad I called them last after 4+ hours in a hot parking lot! I reached out to 6 tow truck shops and they were either too busy or didn’t have the right equipment to tow the car.Thank you The Tow Truck Company!
