Went today to get a cut, now for one Im usually a barber shop kinda guy I dont trust these cheap quality haircuts that they give but I needed a quick cut to get me by. You cant walk in because of covid so they have you check in online which is okay, EXCEPT that my arrival time was set for 2:30 and after an hour of watching The stylists chit chat and bs while others are also waiting I left. Glad to say when you set up times your barber is there and that this place is just some gossip girl haircut place with no sense of urgency or work ethic

The app system helps a lot in terms of waiting in line without being there. Staff were friendly and professional. The interior was nice and clean, Olympics on each screen. Haircut experience was nice and the hairstylist did a solid job. Would definitely recommend if youre on a budget.

Do not go to this place for haircuts $26 and the wait time is always 2 hours online. I went in today sat down to try and get a haircut checked in waited an hour and watched as the stylists took people who were walking in from there phone reservations. When the stylist I saw was free and no one was there but me, she pretended to clean till a phone reservation came in and took him . She looked me in the eyes turned around and cleaned then took the next walk in reservation. Im not sure what kind of business model sets up to take imaginary people who may not show up when theres money in their building waiting to be spent and they ignore it. On top of that you pay $26 for a haircut and poor customer service. I will never be going to any sports clips again due to the service Ive received at this place. The only thing I can hope for corporate sees this and it dresses the serious lack of customer service and urgency in this store

No matter what time I arrive for an appointment, I sit for 20 min. The cuts are always good though.

Kassandra has been cutting my hair for years. There’s never a time she isn’t busy. Always the friendliest and someone I’ve continued to see every two weeks. I don’t even have to tell her what I want done anymore. See Kassandra if you want the best of the best!

I’ve been going to see Kassandra for haircuts ever since COVID kicked off and refuse to see anyone else since then. Great haircuts, listens to what exactly you want done, super friendly and professional. My favorite barber in the area and would recommend to anyone !

After just over 3 months I was starting to wonder if I was going to have my first ponytail. I didnt go in right away. I waited till I could check-in online. I have been to this shop a few time. The first time I went in Cassandra cut my hair. I really like her work and she has a great personality.I checked in online, booked an appointment with Cassandra. Got my haircut and enjoyed the banter with Cassandra after 3 months of house arrest.

I should have guessed by the way my stylist treated her other associates, that she wasn’t capable of cutting hair.. being the optimistic person I am, I gave her a shot. She was extremely unfriendly the entire 7 minutes it took to cut my hair. I never once got a name, probably for good reason lol. In a nutshell, if you’re looking for a simple buzz cut, sports clip is the spot. Anything else? Call a real barber!

I love this place. I know you probably get your hair cut and want the least expensive option. I go for the full service now every time. It is only a few dollars more and well worth it. A mini massage, hot towel, and hair wash. Feel clean and refreshed. The people here are great. Friendly service. Fast in and out when you make your appointment online.

I highly recommend Kaylin. She does a great job on my son’s surfer cut. And I’ve seen her shorter cuts, too. They’re good, too. She’s good with kids.Nice, clean shop in a convenient location.

As a former regular client at a Las Vegas location, moving to Reno on the south side had its pitfalls. One of which was not having close access to my favorite hair styling chain. I was relieved when they opened this location up. Finally made it in, and I will say it was just like my previous experiences back in Vegas. Quick, friendly, a knowledgeable staff. Will return, after been going to a local competitor for the past 3 years. So thankful this location opened so close to our home!

After years of terrible cuts at a competitor, I swore them off and started coming here. I was reluctant because of a bad experience at a different Sport Clips. Also, cuts here cost a bit more. Anyway, I took a chance and have been very happy. Ive been twice now and received a good cut by Courtney and another by Jaci. Im glad to have a place where I can get a reliably good cut. Also, I love being able to request a specific person while checking in online. This makes the extra $10-15 worth it for me.

I have been here several times and always received great service but I highly recommend requesting Stephanie if shes in. She is the best! Best haircut and beard trim Ive had in a long time. She even trimmed my eyebrows. Treat yoself and get the MVP, totally worth it!

I recently moved from Oregon to Nevada and needed a place to get my haircut. I tried a few other chains without anything stellar to report about. I was hanging out with my nephew and he needed a cut so I brought him into Sport Clips to give them a try, Rebecca cut his hair and did an amazing job. He wasnt quite sure what he wanted but she asked a lot of questions until they figured it out. It looks great and hes very happy, so is my sister which is a major bonus. I will for sure be coming in when mine needs to be cut. Great conversation, turns out we actually lived not far from each other in Oregon. Small world! The ladies here were very nice and looked like they all did good work. I would say the only drawback was a bit of a wait, but I downloaded the app after she explained how it worked. Rebecca has a loyal customer in my nephew and I am for sure going to be one too!

Subpar doesn’t begin to describe my experience with this location. Usually my husband comes home with a snappy, slick haircut that looks professionally done. This time the stylist ignored all of his instructions and botched his haircut all over the place. Long hairs, improper and ugly blends from sides to top, and various lengths across the top when it was supposed to be uniform. When we went back and confronted the stylist (Katy), she was defensive and said I didn’t need to be so rude when we asked for corrections and touch ups. She obviously can’t take criticism, and this only emphasizes her lack of experience in a professional business setting such as this. Customer service is not her game; she needs to focus on her styling skills first. She also refused to work with my toddler, who was in desperate need of a trim. The manager quickly came to the rescue, however, and fixed my husbands haircut. And she worked with my son as well, so she went above and beyond to correct mistakes and help us out. That was the only good thing about this experience.

Im going to give them another chance next month and then Ill write review.1 hair stylist was awesome sauce the other not so much.

Very quick and skillful for haircut!

Upon arrival and sitting on deck I watched Jaci check out two customers and seemed to be in a hurry and was overly loud when giving instructions to clients checking out. When she called out my name and asked if I was ready I answered yes. I watched her quietly tell the other stylist, oh, i hate this guy, i have seen her a few times before and she seems to get upset when she cant upsell me, no thanks just a hair cut please. Everytime I have left a $7 tip for a three minute haircut. Again she rushed through the cut after the baseless comment as she doesnt know me at all. I paid for the cut, which I should not have, and did not leave a tip. I will never be back due to the outright rudeness not only to myself but to the two clients before me at the checkout. Yes she did three haircuts to the other stylists one.
