My stylist was very friendly, even though she was soft spoken. She maintained a light hearted conversation with me while still keeping my haircut and all aspects of it, her main focus. She was efficient and attentive. She even asked me questions regarding my cut that Ive never been asked before which was kinda surprising, yet really awesome. She also offered some upsells to different treatments they offered in a no pressure kind of way. She just worked it into our conversation in a very natural manner. I believe her name was Hannah. Im definitely going back to see her again for my next cut. I recommend her to any guys that need a haircut!

Ive been coming here for years. They are usually close to being on time for appointments, and efficient. If you are looking for a simple, straightforward haircut, they are a good choice.

I brought my son in for a haircut yesterday we usually go to great clips but they said they had a 3 hour wait! We got Brittnie and she gave my son an amazing haircut she was very sweet with him too he’s a chatter box. Thank you I will definitely be coming back in to see her!

Got my hair done here for the first time yesterday and after showering there is nothing but problems. I wondered why he only took less than five minutes to cut my hair. Had the wife recut the top back. Now I need to fix the jacked up neck line. What the hell and I tipped on top of that for this. Never again.

I walked in at 9:20am and not a single person in the place except the lady working. She asked if I had an online appointment and I said no, she said she was completely booked until noon. I looked around and not a single person in the place, so I said I dont see anyone in here and she said well my computer tells me Im booked until noon. Well good for your computer but this is ridiculous, I needed a 10 minute trimming but apparently the lady was too busy because her computer told her so. What a complete waste of time and horrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!

I came in to the store recently and was greeted in a timely fashion. Staisha was absolutely great too! We shared a great conversation, and a few laughs, all while she was fixing up my hair. I’m happy with the end product and will definitely return in the near future.

Ashley gives the best haircuts! She takes her time but can be as efficient as you need her to be if you’re rushed for time and still does an amazing job. I’ve never had a bad cut from her, and she’s worth the wait if you can’t get right in. Brittinie is also spectacular. Both carry on a great conversation, and you often forget you’re in a Supercuts chain. I actually moved away and still come back when I’m in town!

She knows how to keep them comfortable, has learned their Its itching triggers and keeps them happy with positive reinforcement! When its mamas turn for a cut she set up the boys with an outlet for their iPad to charge, and helped me manage them so I could have mine cut too! Not to mention I got compliments on my hair for weeks to come! Shes talented at coloring and styling to top it all off. Tip her well, she earns it !

Today’s haircut was the worst I’ve ever gotten. I kept having to tell Annette to do something. She didn’t cut on top or did my sides and thought she was done. I asked her to do the side and to cut a little on top. She did. But it was terrible. She made the line for the sideburns where I asked her but left them hairy. I asked her to trim them but she said that they wouldn’t be even. What?! I have never had to explain so much what to do and still left unhappy. I’ll have to get another haircut in a week. Definitely not here. Also, please stop trying to sell me products when I am on the chair. Read the customer. Focus on the job of the moment so that you can get a nice tip instead of focusing on the small commission for selling products. Thank you.

This Supercuts location is near the intersection of South Virginia Street and Damonte Ranch Parkway. For many years, I had been a Supercuts customer. When I moved to Reno a while back, I continued my practice. This particular Supercuts location was very convenient for me. Several haircuts from different stylists at this location were all quite poor. Consistently poor. I elected to go to a different provider.

Hello, my name is Jonathan salazar, I live in sparks; however, I drive all the way to Damonte to get my hair cut with Lina Tapia, she is so gentle and great with my hair. She always give me go advise. That’s why I bring my entire family there.

We reluctantly came here to fix a botched do it yourself haircut and to our amazement the lady that did the repair did a fantastic job!!! I was expecting to pay 100$ at a salon someplace and had a better experience for 20$ and a generous tip... shocked!!! Excellent job, and thank you.

No concept of customer service. It is a factory treating people like pure objects.

This location seems to be on a steady decline, been going here for years. Wait times have continued to increase and basic service fees have increased. Dont even try to walk in, wait times are so long you have to check in online prior to arriving. Last visit I dropped in an hour before closing, I was informed that if I had not checked in online, they would not be able to accommodate. Today I checked in online and received a check-in time 45 minutes out. I arrived on the dot and was told there was another 30 minute wait. Of the 16 chairs, there are usually only 2 folks working. Customer experience is not in focus.

Had to drop my 5 star to a 3 almost a 2. Been taking my son here for the past 3 years and have had friendly girls and great haircuts. But... the last time we went, the girl (who hadnt done his hair before) was in a hurry but took FOREVER. (I actually dropped him off for his appt, got my oil changed and still waited 15 mins, for her to do his hair.) And then it was HORRIBLE! I dont know if she even went to school with how bad it was. We had to have a friend fix it bcuz it was really upsetting my 17 year old son.The turn over sucks at Damonte Supercuts. You use to have an awesome team until this last time about 1 1/2 months ago. 😟

I moved to the South end of Reno a couple of years ago and decided to find a barber close to my new residence. For me, this location is convenient because it is right at the base of Arrowcreak and Virginia St. I got in after a three minute wait. The price was just about the same as a non-chain type of shop. It took the girl about ten minutes to cut my hair. When I walked out, I had clumps of hair all over my ears and my shirt.My wife said it is the worst haircut ever. I agree. Be warned; stay away....

Good quick cut no waiting
