After going to a couple other shops in town, one with a bad hair cut, I accidentally walked past commonwealth one morning and booked right away. Joe is AMAZING! His professionalism and the quality of his work surpassed my expectations. I love that he’s open for early morning cuts on the weekend. Conversation is easy and I have felt nothing but comfortable going into the shop even as a woman. 5 stars across the board!!

Joe and his crew are great at their craft. Setting up an appointment is simple, just go online with your phone, iPad, or computer. Text messages and email reminders are sent to you. Parking is super easy and the shop has such a great vibe. I told Joe what I wanted for my first cut and he nailed it. I am sold and an every two week retaining client.

Poor customer service. an issue of a double booking occurred, with 2 books made for the same week. their system caught this, i confirmed the right booking, but the system did not cancel the second one. there was NO email confirmation for the second booking. They ( Alex)expected me to pay for the second booking. they handled the situation very poorly in my opinion.

Very impressed with the business and the services. Had a modern yet nostalgic feel to it.

I moved to Reno a few months ago and was worried about finding the right barber. These guys are absolutely on point. Super chill vibe, great conversations and attitudes, and outstanding skill. They also do such a tight fade. Love this place.

Recently got my hair cut here and it was a great experience. Joe, the owner, was very friendly and the atmosphere was excellent. Many new barber shops have opened up in Reno in the past few years, and while many of them are great, they all have a very similar atmosphere. It was nice to experience something different that is just as nice. The location is great as well, the surrounding area is very nice. The haircut I received was fantastic. I often leave a barber and have to wait a few days to a week until I am happy with my hair. This was not the case here, I walked out with a great cut. Will be returning.

Fantastic barbershop. Very clean, very friendly, good prices. Not a lot of spots to hang out and wait around, but other than that its perfect. Joe is fantastic and had a god damn cute dog.
