Oldwest Barbershop is the best barbershop in town! Ive been Dees client for years now and have loved every minute of it. Shes always friendly has a cold drink and snacks waiting for me and I can relax while I get a hot shave or clean haircut! My wife wont let me get my hair cut anywhere else.

Very rude customer service! This shop does not allow kids even though there are no signs posted. Don’t take kids inside or she will make rude comments to the other customers. She also told us it would be $50 for a cut!! WOW!!!! No thanks. Take your business elsewhere and don’t waste your time.

Dee has Excellent Customer Service Skills and more importantly Excellent Barber Skills, I trust Dee fully with my haircut and seen Dee for 14 years now and I wont go anywhere else. I referred a friend to Dee and quickly got him in. Thanks Dee great job as always!

Been with Dee for about 10 years now. As long as shes still cutting hair, I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Make an appointment though, no walk ins at all. Best haircut Ive had in Reno.

Dee is wonderful. She helped me find a hairstyle that works for me when I had no idea what I was doing. My only regret is not coming here sooner.

Have to agree, she is rude as can be. Thats why my son and I stopped going to her shop to see the other barbers.

Needs to say appointment only somewhere obvious. Walked in, not a soul in sight and was told to that I cant be served. Terrible way to run a business.

Gal who runs this is supercranky. And says no walk-ins....never heard of an authentic barber that didnt take walk-ins (there were 0. yes zero customers when I walked in so I guess she doesnt need the biz)....

Theres no barber that does a better job then Dee!
