I needed a last minute haircut and they fit me right in after lunch. Very professional and casual. The barber took his time to make sure I had clean lines, even fading, and smooth throughout. The warm shave cream and straight razor edge finish is a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!
The wait was normal, as is the norm in barber shops, both barbers were busy. I got the older guy, I think hes the owner. He had attention to detail on my neck and edges and the straight razor was a nice touch, I love the old-school, but the top of my head wasnt tapered adequately resulting in me looking like Simple Jack when I got home. The next day, after a shampooing, the hacked edges of the upper portions of my hairline just werent what I wanted. Maybe hes used to high and tights, I dont know.I can live with my haircut, its just not one of the best cuts Ive ever received, but what irks me is the long standing tradition of barber shops not accepting credit/debit cards for payment. I know the reasons why; they want to withhold reporting revenue for taxes and they dont want to pay the 2.5% merchant service fee (which comes to whopping 45¢ on an $18 tab) but I dont like the cost of doing business foisted on the customer. I had to go to CSV and pay $3 to get cash, so now my haircut is $23 instead of $18.Theyre nice guys trying to make a living, but if it werent for the Cash Only issue, Id most likely go back and simply be more specific on my cut. But Im tired of paying money to a bank just so I can then pay money for a service. Its the 21st century, theres no excuse for not accepting cards. I dont frequent Cash Only coffee shops either.
I love this place because you get real haircuts from real barbers at a good price. Both Enzo and Barry do a great job and are both very friendly guys. The only complaint I could have is they need a third barber again. Sometimes with just the two of them waits can be long. But hey! It must be because others feel the way I do and the wait is worth the service! These guys get a well deserved 5 stars
Great barber shop love how he made sure my lineup was straight😀
Does anybody know where Berry went ... he used to work there
No fuss no muss. Affordable and quick.
Girlfriend purchased a gift card from them. They wouldnt accept it because it had been purchased over a year ago. Wouldnt take a debit card for payment either. Friendly but bad business practices. They were also closed during normal business hours.
