My husband found this place so we could do his/hers pedicures on a Saturday afternoon. Easy to find location, right by Target. Plenty of parking. They asked us to wash hands first thing and then took us to pedicure chairs right away. It wasn’t crowded at all and felt very safe during Covid times, with staff wearing masks. We chose the basic option; the price was $30 each, which felt fair. Compared to other salons I’ve been to, the pedicure process seemed shorter (the sugar scrub, hot stones, & lotion massage portions are my favorite). Overall, the pedicures (for both of us) and paint job (for me) turned out well.

I took my elderly mother there. Mom cant manage her toe nails anymore and her feet were a mess. The place was busy so there was a short wait, but the service was excellent. The woman took care of her toes, gave her a shoulder massage and was pleasant and professional. It took about 45 minutes and only cost $55. Everyone wore a mask and you had to wash your hands upon entering. We will go back.

Would not recommend very rude staff and on top of that not being carful enough causing uncomfortable pain stay away go spend your money some-were els were they actually care .

Pentax fantastic place to go and have your nails done and a pedicure I just walked in and it took me right away you got it.

My wife & I come here often and always get great service. The pedi chairs are great massagers, everything is always clean and the tools they use are new, they take their time to do a good job, and the staff really know what theyre doing! Whether regular lacquer or gel they have a ton of colors available.I feel this place is really very good, they enthusiastically serve the owner so funny

The service was great and the vibe was super peaceful. But she did make me bleed when she cut my poor cuticles. They look like I’ve been wearing them for days and already need fillings but I just got them done. I’m disappointed but at least they had good customer service.

Disorganized and poor quality. Appointments are not really appointments. I had to wait 30 min, then they wanted me to wait again, then they forgot I was waiting (even tho I was sitting in their salon). That happens sometimes and I can let that go, but the quality of work was not good and that is something I have a harder time with.

We love and adore this location! Close to home, great customer service and great craftmanship in their profession. The girl did my nails is so professional and very attentive. Making sure all the customers are happy definitely going back again

I love doing nails and I found injections in Redwood City.Beautiful designs and color of the nails. Great service and friendly and kind staff. They ask the costumer what they want for their nails. I LOVE IT!!!

Delux pedicure for $45 and the lady was done in 10min. Not satisfying at all!!! I also got a regular manicure nails chipped the very next day!!!

Have not had done nails yet. Customers feet look good but a few came back with minor complaints. Waxing is good.

I highly do not recommend they are very expensive and just keep adding “ 5 dollars more” for the tiny things. I pay $50 for my nails and a week later a nail fell off on like nothing. I didn’t touch or didn’t do something to make it fall off. They also cut my friends skin deep, DIDNT say sorry, just look around and laughed. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL :(

They did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I got a mini manicure and a pedicure. Both were done well.

Great customer service

Im super picky, wont even send the money if Im not happy with the work. Everyone is super friendly, place is clean and is always up to date on all the new trends and technology. I personally was lucky enough to get in with the main head hauncho Chin, and have been loyally going to her now for a couple of years. I have never had the pleasure of being to sit back and have compete trust to let her do her thing or take her suggestions, and always be 100% on point and satisfied with her work everytime. Shes amazing, listens attentively to what you want, and is efficient. She never slacks on her work, ensuring her clients leave happy. She is a skilled woman and i would never go to anyone else while she is around. Trust her completely to leave me looking fabulous and bring me back to life.

The lady didnt paint my finger nails good. They look like my nails grew out, and they were just painted two days ago.

I have had good service at this salon for over ten years. However, for the past three weeks in a row there have been a series of unfortunate events. The shellac on my nails have gotten chips two weeks in a row and thats not supposed to happen.The second time I went in to get a redo, the manicurist asked me what shellac I wanted to replace the faulty one. I showed her and another manicurist told her the number. Then I took a nap. When I woke up she had given me the wrong shellac.When I asked her what happened, she said, You have to tell me what you want. O my god!I believe the universe is telling me to change salons.

This place does the BEST job on cuticles, which I think is the most important part of a mani or pedi. They have never failed me!

Toes was in pain after a a simple pedicure.

I made an appoiment for a manicure & pedicure i was told couldnt sit in the massage chair cause they were all in use then i had to sit in a chair and twist my body so they can do my feet i told them it was uncomfortable and was hurting me they did nouthing about it i had my daughter go see if the were full and they had 3 open chairs available then 2 walk ins come in and the sit them in the massage chairs. I was so mad and when my stuff was done i idnt even get the hand or leg massage i will never go there again that was the 2nd bad experience i had there and tried giving them another chance

Very happy with my french manicure!

The second day after they did my manicure my nails were chip. I got manicure and pedicure the one who did my pedicure was nicer, but the one who did my hands she was rude and looked lime she was mad. It was very expensive and of course it was not a good service. I didnt like it

I called to see what there price was for a plain full set acrylic nails. The lady that answered and asked for my age first (21) and hesitated to answer the price and said $45 and asked if I wanted an appointment and hung up on me.
