Great work! They were thorough in their work, and left my car cleaner than any other car wash in the bay. They are also wicked expensive, though. Youre easily down $40 for the basic wash

I lov the products they use. My car looked great for more than a week. I got the monthly unlimited and went back. Very consistent and Im glad I have the special.

I go there when i want to wash the exterior of my car. i am not a member or someone who needs their car wash all the time....but the sometimes that I do, i come here. And I feel they do a pretty good job in cleaning my car. i almost always smile when I take the time to look at how clean my car is 🙂

Solid car wash for a reasonable price. For an automated wash, they have always done a decent job to get off the grime from my car. I tend to vacuum and clean the interior myself, so I usually just opt for the exterior wash. I prefer RCCW to Duckys because of price and speed. They can get backed up on weekends, but when I go through here on a weekday, its pretty fast in and out.

Hand Wax, Supreme Hand Wax, Gasoline fill up and vacuum services also available. Large and helpful staff. They offer a monthly payment plan. For only about $25 a month, you can wash your vehicle once a day. Not bad if you like to keep your car clean.

Did a detail on a Mazda3 Sedan. Reasonable price and quality service! The folks there are really nice and the cleanliness of the interior was phenomenal. Full interior and exterior takes about 3 to 4 hours, but the wait is worth it.

Streaks. Streaks. Streaks! Watermarks. Watermarks. And more watermarks! First and last time at Redwood City Car Wash. The streaks and watermarks didn’t occur after leaving and driving. They were very visible on the windows, hood, and roof immediately after. Usually, these marks appear after driving at high speeds but no, they were instant. I hope the manager gets in touch for a refund because when I spoke to the staff there, several individuals gave me the impression that they didn’t understand me.Car washes at gas stations truthfully do a better job.

It was great using their service, they even provided a second wash for free when they saw there were some patches that needed cleaning again. Will definitely use them again.

This is the best brushless car wash in the Peninsula. The machine and soap they use cleans my car the best among many carwashes I tried, including some that used more people. They are also very automated, especially when you are their member or use their coupons. U can check in at their machine and scan your code or coupon and gets right thru. No need to stop and pay or talk to anyone. Quick in and out, and the car comes out sparkling clean. Ever since I discovered this place, I have been sticking with them for years. I highly recommend them. And their price is very reasonable along the whole Peninsula.

Its often not crowded. The wait is less than 5 mins and the service is really good. If you live nearby, their unlimited wash service is excellent for $29.99.

I came here on Thursday and got the basic carwash because I heard they dont do a good job with the interior.I was in the middle of the wash in my car, and then the machine stops...it didnt start for about 5-7 minutes and I was freaking out.Finally, it started, and I was able to get out and have my car dried VERY quickly by two guys.No one approached me after I got out of the wash about me getting stuck and they knew I got stuck because I could see them behind. My car making sure I got out before daring to send anyone else in.When I got home and looked at my car, I still saw.tons of spots where dirt was still left because of their machine was blah and there were parts that werent dried properly so the water marks stuck. Im sooo glad I didnt get the interior cleaning because the exterior cleaning was pretty awful.To top it all off, their carwash machine created a horizontal scratch in the top left corner of my windshield.I do NOT recommend coming here.

3.5I was called over for the car because it was complete, but there was still dirt on the sides, back and hood. Not road marks, but dirt. Windows were not done properly and had lots of streaks. $20 extra for an interior isn’t worth the rapid vac and wipe down. Was no cleaner inside than I could do myself. Overall, decent, but do your own inside. If you have a low sports car, don’t go because the tracks are too high and hit the bottom. Nothing can be done about that.. is what it is. Go brushless.Car wasn’t lowered. It’s factory. Wasn’t damaged, but not good for it. Just a “lookout” for low cars.Asked the employee to wipe the dirt and clean inside some more.. wasn’t thrilled about it. Didn’t wish to.

Fast service, and they scrubbed all the bugs off the windshield. Did not give 5 stars because they didnt scrub brake dust off all of the rims.

Just went to the wash about 20mins ago and this is considered “washed”. I guess it was more important for the guy who “pre-rinse” to sit down and be on his phone. I was hoping he would hit the back side with the brush to get the bird poo but guess he had other things to do. This place does a good job but i guess today, it was a bad day.

They do a decent job... Only issue is, rims! They dont do wheels at all. Its pretty much the drive through machine that scrubs them. That works if you have flat faced rims. Do you wheels before you arrive. Youll be much happier! I more picky than most, so take this review with a grain of salt. But its my opinion. There was a place before that would spray something on your rims as you were going in and then pressure wash them off and they were clean before you even got in the drive through.

The best car wash you will ever receive for $16. 3 coats of bubble foam (might be more that I might have missed) with options for staff-provided interior cleaning and self-serve vacuuming. Great value for your money, I’ll be back soon.

One man and one lady were short workers and could not washed well with my van and did not washed well with my wheel cabs. Thats why I give you 3 stars. I paid the Prime wash. I will never go to RWC Car Wash on El Camino Real again. You would have seen big vehicles like van, truck huge fat truck, find tall employee washers.

Its an alright carwash w/ a great deal for members. My issue only is that I wished they would pay more attention to detail when wiping down the car and vacuuming corners, trunk and underneath the carpets. I emphasize on detail because when you have 4-5 people working on your car you have a handful of eyes. Inside windows and windshield had streaks after a wipe down and there was still dirt in the trunk as well as under my floor mats.My wheels were still dirty even after I politely asked if they could wipe them down, although the tires were super shiny! 😁I would understand these little things missed if they were busy, but as you can see there were only 2 cars, mine and another. 🤷🏽‍♂️ It was my first time as a member. Ill take advantage of the wash, and see how it goes the next time.

This is by far the best car wash I’ve been to in the area! On our most recent visit, we added in interior wash for $20. Our car was absolutely DISGUSTING and they made it look incredible in 10 minutes! During the interior clean they noticed there was still some gunk stuck on on the exterior of the car, so they gave us a second wash for free and really checked to make sure they got everything. Overall a wonderful experience!

It’s definitely hard to find a perfect car wash and this one isn’t perfect, but it is the best one in the South Bay that I have found. If you have the monthly membership you can wash your car everyday and they actually use some high quality products which leaves your car looking great! I just wish you didn’t have to pay $10 every time you want to vacuum the inside ; vacuum is not included with any car wash membership or not; it is extra. If you don’t mind having to go somewhere else to vacuum your car definitely come here!

Absolutely love this place. Bay area really needs more automatic car washes detached from gas stations, as gas stations are useless to a growing number of EV drivers. The wash is fantastic and the hand drying at the end is a great touch. I use their monthly pass (unlimited washes for what, $20/mo?) and with that, its only $10 extra (per use) to get a near-detail interior cleaning as well. The people are great, the machine works well, and the car comes out spotless.

I came in yesterday and got my car cleaned and paid the extra $15 to get the interior done. When I left I noticed it the windows were absolutely horrible and I had to redo them myself. Definitely not worth the $15.

This is my first time coming here. I drove up to the pay station and not realizing it wasn’t automated, I sat there staring at the prompt for less than 2 minutes, and one of the employees emplyees came up to my car explaining the different services and packages they have. Considering my car was really dirty (in the last month, my dog and I have gone on road trips, moved furniture, hauled soil and plants, and gone to the beach several times aka wet-sandy dog), they did a great job in 30 minutes! My car is nice and shiny and smells like lavender. I’ll definitely be back!

Ive been coming to this car wash for a while and they used to do an excellent job and I had no complaints. Lately they have been horrible! They do a lackluster job and put forth no effort what so ever! I mean come on I barely sat down when I was there two days ago and they were already calling over to me letting me know they were done with my car. I was thinking impossible and let me tell you impossible was the right thought! It looks like they did absolutely nothing! Why did I bother paying for the interior to get cleaned when it looked the same as when I drove up to get my car cleaned? Ive noticed a couple things undone here and there prior but this last time? It was completely obvious they had not made an effort to clean the interior. If you want your car actually cleaned which is what you pay for then I suggest you take your car elsewhere because its not going to happen here.

I think this is a great car wash for the money. I buy the monthly plan and get unlimited outside washes. If I want inside also it is only $10 more each time if you are on the monthly plan. As long as you come in a couple times a month you get more then your moneys worth. :)

Both times Ive gone Ive been very satisfied with the experience. The first time I just did the ultimate wash for something like $39, and the result was awesome. Afterwards I gassed up for 20 cents off per gallon. While doing that, I accidentally bumped the front passenger window button, opening it slightly before putting it back up. Some water from the wash came up with the window. The attendant noticed the water droplets and got someone over to dry the window for me again (without me asking!)The second time I got a hand wax job since the paint on the old Volvo I took over was getting a little sun-damaged. They came over while that was underway and let me know they were going to do it with a machine since the hand wax wouldnt get deep enough, at no extra charge. When I got the car back, the guys who worked on it smiled at the great job they did, and were obviously proud they got the car looking as good as it did. I felt like they really owned their work. Well earned :)

This is THE car wash to go to in San Carlos. Fast, inexpensive, great crew, a great wash and most of all, it is super fun for the kids since you stay in the car and the neon lights make the bubbles all different colors. It is like being in a snowcone at one point in the wash. Really happy to have found a better place than Duckys. You can also find good deals on Groupon for coupons!

Overpriced and could not even complete the basic wash. Paid $15 for the basic wash and there is a lot of dust on the back of the car that did not cleaned which most basic services in the past had cleaned.

Drove across the bridge to come here to get my car cleaned. They always do a great job on the interior, even if covered in dog hair (which adds a little extra).

My wife and I have been coming to this car wash for 6 years and have been monthly members for most of it. Today I went to have my Black Cadillac Escalade washed and when I left and got home I stepped out the truck and turned around to look at it and see nothing but what looked like white thick drippy streaks all around my windows door panels and hood. I took the truck back immediately and when I got there 3 of the girls who just stand by the trailer came over to see what the issue was. I explained what the issue was and exited the car to show them the obvious Streaks. They pretended not to see any issue and even tried pointing out a small scratch as if that was the issue I was back for. When I began recording everything changed and magically they see the streaks but instead tried telling me my new Escaldes clear coat is bad and thats the reason its happening. I objected to that really fast and explained to them it was residue and that either the water they are using is dirty or the vehicle was dried with soap still on it. The lady Selena said no and that they cant guarantee it would not happen again and because Im a monthly member and she strongly suggested I cancel my membership. I could not believe that was there answer to this issue so I told Selena to cancel all my vehicles enrolled in the monthly plan. I will be going back to speak to the owner with the video and pics of the damage. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE ITS VERY SHADY! sad to say considering Ive been coming here for so long.

I opted for the interior detailing and exterior wash. I decided to splurge and purchase the clay service to help get some thick mud stains off the white paint of my Camry. They charged me for those services and a full tank of gas for about $145. I expected to have a hefty bill since I just got home from Tahoe and the weather did a number on my paint job. However, a customer service rep came to me in their waiting area AFTER performing the clay service and explained I had to choose a wax product to go along with it. This was an extra $70 service I wasnt intending on spending, as I would have opted for one of their bundled deals if I had known I was going to get hit with another mandatory charge. Just a heads up if your car is EXTREMELY dirty like mine was. I spent a lot of $$$ today on my car, but at least it looks amazing!

The current service is bad. They just try to finish your car quickly to get your money. When I saw my car, I have a feeling that they didn’t do anything to clean the exterior and interior.

Definitely go my moneys worth here! They did a very detailed job, thoroughly washing my bug covered car after my trip out from California.

I went in with a horrible hard water stain covering the hood of my car along with the bumper and a few semi deep scratches. They asked me to leave the car for a couple of hours and they would take care of it. To my amazement the car looked next to new! I had washed the car myself several times and could not get the water stains out. Amazing! Ill be going back often!

Loved this place when I was staying nearby. The Groupon coupon worth 25 washes is a deal breaker. Have to find a similar deal in Mountain View.
