Pretty disappointed with my experience here today. My sister and I both got manicure/pedicure combo and usually are satisfied with any place we randomly tried. Walked away feeling regretful of the money spent, which never feels good. A few things that stood out:Scolding water for my sister’s foot wash, ice cold for mine. There was no conversation on temp controlTexting: every nail/task was paused for our staff members to send a text or tend to a phone call. They appeared distracted and rushed through the whole experienceQuality: my toes chipped in 2 hours after leaving from doing nothing but walking around. (Compared to my previous pedicure at a different spot that lasted 2 months of swimming and beach going). My sister has unpainted spots on the sides (requested some touch ups during but they kept missing spots), my nails were cut unevenly, and polish is lumpy to touch.Rushed: they went so fast and what felt like carelessly, and I’m not sure why as there was no line/appointments, we were the only ones there and it was open hours after us. I’m good with fast when its done well but it truly felt awful to pay for a rush job and not want to be rude/demanding.Payment: super awkward to pay via venmo and have them request/push for a tip. We tipped $30 to align with the cost but it was truly out of pressured courtesy and not from the appreciation of the service.Overall really disappointed to have spent money here for the first post pandemic experience and have it be such a bust.Would encourage others to pay more to go elsewhere.

Had a gel manicure here and it looks so beautiful. Great color selections + customer service. Staff is very friendly. Prices are definitely reasonable. Lasting results. Andy made sure I was in good hands.

This is my go to spot when I am home! Absolutely love the staff - I don’t think they’ve ever said no when I need a last minute nail makeover. The best dip polish I’ve ever had and the massage is always on point. Very affordable and tons of natural light so the vibe is warm and relaxing. Recommend times 10!! Mike did my nails and they are perfection.

Andy and his team are so professional and kind. They made me feel like royalty. I was offered a beverage, given a massage and my I didn’t feel pressure to do extra services. I love my mani and pedi. The prices are very reasonable also. I would recommend this salon to my friends and family.

I was in town for the weekend and needed my eyebrows done, so I googled salons and this was the closest one. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and was asked to wait outside until the lady was ready to wax me. (Understandable due to COVID-19 precautionary measures) After waiting 13 minutes outside the lady came out to get me to do my eyebrows, as I approach the door she stops me and asks how I planned to pay, I said debit card and she says they are only accepting cash or Venmo, at this point I’m a bit disturbed because you allowed me to wait all of this time to only say you won’t accept my debit card when I can clearly see this is an option as the machine was sitting on the counter. So, now I’m starting to think there are other underlying issues because in this day and age, it’s hard to believe a successful business in this area only accepts cash or Venmo. I didn’t put up an argument with them because at this point I was no long interested in patronizing them. You would think that if they were only accepting certain forms of payment the guy would have made it known when I walked especially in the PLASTIC ERA, who carries CASH? This was just unprofessional and poor customer service and very upsetting.

Mike did an amazing job on my nails. SNS. I was an emergency client as I’d had horrible nails done at another salon the day before. So he had to fix a disaster. I couldn’t be happier about his work and wonderful personality. I will forever be going there. I love the place ♥️🥰

Disappointed. Stopped in with my daughter for each of us to have a mani and pedi. No one speaks or understands English. The results of the work were awful. The price was exorbitant. Will not recommend nor return.
