My first time here and I absolutely loved it! Such a welcoming, friendly environment! I was working with Jennifer, she’s amazing! One of my nails was half broken, she made sure to save it. She also helped me customize my color so it matched with what I had in mind. The whole experience felt very personalized. I’ll be back soon!

You know when you’re visiting from out of town and you’re looking for a great nail salon? Well I found Jeanny’s Nails! I must be honest, it wasn’t the first nail salon to pop up when I searched nails near me but I’m glad I found it down the list. Not only did their reviews bring me to them, they did not disappoint! As soon as i got there I was greeted, was able to sanitize my hands, and had my temperature taken. The atmosphere is perfect and so relaxing. Maybe cause of the day and time I went but I got lucky. Lina did my gel pedicure and omg!! I love how she was thorough, took her time, and gave me feed back about the colors I chose. When I come back to visit Cali, Jeanny’s Nails will be my go to place!

Helen fixed up my haggard nails from another salon with grace and attention to detail. THIS IS MY PLACE NOW! I’ve been searching for months looking for my spot. The ladies here took care of me and helped me feel FABULOUS. thank you! I will be back! And you should give them a shot, worth it.

Helen and Anna are fantastic! Be prepared to pay a little extra but its worth it. My gel manicure actually lasted more than 2 weeks!

I took my wife to have her nails done at jeannys salon and I was amazed at the work they do here. The people are very friendly and profesional. The place is very clean and the work they do is AWSOME. I was so impressed of the kind of work they do that I decided to let the do a pedicure on myself by the salon owner, (her name is Trang). I had never been at this place before, and I will keep coming back.

Terrible experience! My first and LAST time I will ever go. I had gel taken off and they filed my nails down so thin that I decided to go regular manicure. Because now my nails are ruined and brittle thin. Owner said she was going to charge me full price!! Even though I hadn’t gotten the gels done yet.Don’t go here.

I wont go anywhere else! They are super nice, they are super clean and cautious with their equipment, and they do a great job at a great price. Bring cash! $2 fee to use your card and you can only tip in cash.

I love this nails place

I got a beautiful gel manicure BUT I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to get it. I stood up and I was ready to leave when my manicurist walked in. Not a great 1st impression 😕 The whole experience took 1 hr, 20 minutes and 3 women were waiting when I left. Good luck if you decide to go here- I think I can do better.

This place is great!Today was my second time going and the customer service was amazing!My nails look great! Helen took her time which I appreciate so much. I dislike when people rush to do my nails, But not these ladies.I highly, highly recommend this place.

I love Helen and Natalie! They do very good work. If something isnt right it gets fixed. A bit pricey but well worth it.

Horrible customer service and Helen tried to steal money from me! I had to wait an hour past my appointment time and Helen dismissed me when I asked to speak with a manager. They were very rude about it. Because of this I decided not to give a tip. My manicure and fixing 3 nails was 25 dollars and I gave Helen 40 telling her to give me 15 back, she came back and gave me 10 and I said u asked for 15 and pulled the 5 out of her smock!! She tried to take her own tip and when I saw this I was shocked and knew I was never going to this horrible place again. I suggest anyone reading this to not give money to people like that. I’ve met Jeanny and she is a lovely person but until you tell your employees to treat people right I can’t contribute to this business.

Over priced manicure 19 dollars!! 30 minute later after getting my nails done. Nails aren’t dry. My nails are ruined. My friend didn’t like her nails. Looked like her she did them herself. She didn’t take the time.

I got my acrylic nails done here and I didnt end up liking the results in the end. The lady was really nice. The only problem was she hurt my fingers. I ended up with cuts mostly on all my fingers. And my nails were not even.

Good Nails Place

Nice place, nice people, but overpriced for less thorough work than cheaper places.Response Edit: Cleanliness was not my issue (although there was no soap used in their soaks, they use the same tools and equipment as everywhere else but when I pay a premium price I expect premium results-not to have to cut back my own hangnails, cuticles, and ingrown nails or clean up the dead part of my damaged nails when I get home. Im a carpenter and am rough on my hands and feet, and will pay any price if they are taken care of properly. The best part of my experience was the callous remover. The chemical is excellent and effective, but the girl kept hitting my ankles with the pumice stone so now the skin there is irritated. I also paid for 5 extra minutes of massage but she just stared out the window the whole time while she barely touched me. No pressure, just softly rubbing. Not a foot/leg massage, which I was looking forward to. Where Im from should have nothing to do with the quality of a paid service, ESPECIALLY in the digital age.

Good pedicure, Tammy was very gentle with my feet.

My husband and I went to Jeannys today. I had a mani/pedi and my hubs had a pedi. The staff was super nice and attentive. My husband is always a bit nervous getting pedis, but he loves them. They took good care of him and werent pushy with extras. My mani and pedi were great as well. I dont normally do either, but came in to hang with my hubs. They took great care of me, as well. I didnt know when to put my feet up or out of the tub, how to place my feet, etc. Joann was very kind and patient with my inexperience during my pedi. I believe Mia did my mani. She was really nice too. I recommend giving Jennys a try. Theyre very nice, clean, and the equipment is kept in excellent order.

I called to make an appointment, so the girl who attended me did such a poorly job and rushed me out of the chair because her next appointment showed up. Attitude the whole time with my request.

My second time here! I love the way they take care of services. They are all good and consistency, polish is perfect, my pedicure and manicure gel last 3 weeks and still look good. This place feel always welcoming, everyone here are all so friendly and happy. The one thing really important to me that i am so careful about is the cleaning, sanitizing tools. They are all use disposal supplies and clean tools. I love how they are always detail on my manicure gel and my pedicure. I always get Jeannys special for my pedicure and manicure because i love parrafin and extra massage for my hands and feets. I definitely share to all my friends and family to come here, so they dont waste their time and their money for things dont even last. Really high recomended this place.
