Wonderful first pandemic pedicure at this place! They had an outdoor setup that felt comfortable and clean/safe and my pedicure turned out very nicely. I got an upgraded pedi that included a foot massage and extra scrubbing and it cost $45, which is more than I normally spend on pedis esp since I give at least $7-10 tip, but it had been months so it was worth it. Also worth it to go to a nice legit place. They take your forehead temp and have you sign something before you start the service too.

Spa day w Sista in law...champagne and all. Fabulous!

I love this place. It’s clean and well kept and has great decor. All of the technicians are friendly and competent and they’re open till 7pm. I highly recommend Lux Spa!

Good nails place

I used to love this place. I recently had surgery and had a pedicure there 8 days ago. I just needed my toes polished and I brought my friend who has been taking care of me in for a manicure. She does not get polish, just buff. Her 15 manicure no polish was $29!! Usually my polish change would include washing my feet, polish and lotion. I got the polish and nothing else. Had to ask to ask have my flip flops put on, and I am in a huge leg brace. Upset to gels nonstop. Wont be going back. And the lady cut my friends nails to the quick and no buff.

This nail spa is clean and spacious. Kim does my pink & white mani...and Pedicure could be done by anyone. They all do a great job.

They are very kind, welcoming and professional folks. I appreciate how quickly they adapted their service offerings to comply with Covid safety measures - they operate outside now. I adore Ellie and Kenny and how sweet and talented/ artistic and their attention to detail. Obsessed with the way they did my nail shape oval!! New favorite spot and will be loyal for as long as I reside near. Thank you!!

I’ve been going here for almost 5 years and absolutely love this place. It’s immaculately clean (which is a top priority for me with nail salons), and no matter whom I’ve been serviced by there I have been so happy with the results. Even if it’s crowded I never feel rushed—so important as this is my happy place when mama needs a break and some self-care. I’ve turned all of my friends onto this place and even though I’ve moved a little farther away since I first started going here, I make the trek as it’s still the best salon I’ve found since moving to LA 5 years ago.

After calling to see what time was available, I was told to come at 5. I arrived and was told to wait inside, during the times of COVID, I am not going to wait inside, and I had a 5:00 and they didn’t communicate that it would be 30 minutes of waiting and ignored me. This salon is not clean and the staff is not attentive, save yourself the awful experience and go elsewhere.

Lynn is the best highly recommend her for pedicures.

The lady who worked on me was nice. But the manager was very pushy. Instead of subjesting she like why dont you do this or that. Im thinking in my head well all that cost a pretty penny which at the moment I did not have. When I told her oh I cant right now. She just gave me a snobby look with an attitude...Very disrespectful women, poor people skills. I will NEVER go there again.

Had the best experience here. The employees were all very nice and did a great job with my nails. I normally feel very rushed at nail salons, but the environment here was very relaxing, even though they were busy. Mona also applied eyelash extensions on me and they look great and very natural, just what I was wanting. My favorite nail salon so far!

My favorite nail shop in the south bay area. Girls are very nice and friendly. They are always pretty busy, I suggest to make an appointment.

Great spot and reasonably priced.. never a long wait and they do take appointments.. calming atmosphere and super cheap waxing!

I tried so hard to really like this place. Its clean, close to where I live, some of the ladies are nice. I have experienced the attitude of the girl behind the desk but that is not even my reason for the 2 stars. My reason is every time I go there I get fungus on my nails... every time.

I made a appt for Friday in the evening to get the dip powder manicure. The nails looked nice when leaving the salon. She told me they would last 2 weeks with good care. ?? I have always done dip and they last generally 3-4 weeks. Also why you pay more for dip than gel, because you want them to last longer than 2 weeks! On Sunday the top coat started peeling off. This is because she did a sloppy job, the top coat was stuck all of my skin. You obviously only want it stuck to your nail or the peeling starts. On Tuesday the top coat is snagging on my clothes hair etc. Thursday my nail broke while opening a canned drink and another while making my bed. I will not go back to this salon, although I really hoped itd work out because I live so close to it. The color selection for the powder was also very limited. They also didnt want to fix the nails. So one star review.

Annie who did my nails was looking stress out, pushed cuticles so hard that it stings after.Left nail polish residues.Not recommending. You can feel that they are talking not so favorable comments to each other.

Cut skins while talking to co workers. No apology. Other nail shop clean if they cut she just ignored. If she didn’t see it then she should’ve not doing nail technician anymore.Not professional. They have mood changes. I am working in service industry for over 20 years but you can’t treat your clients under your moods.

I made an appointment for 2pm. I waited for over an hour before finally leaving. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area, which are way more professional. DO NOT GO HERE!

They took me at the end of the day...they were all very sweet accomodating, professional. I was having a down day and my attending pedicurist gave me an amazzzzing foot massage and a heart full of compassion as well. Bless you all...may your business continue to prosper!!!!

So clean seams all manicurest do excellent work. First time I can say have perfect nails.

I asked for a Happy Nails manicure and the technicians were not educated enough. I was there forever and it looks like I put the stick on nails myself. Horrible! They offered $10 off of $45.

Not impressed at all. Had a Pampered mani pedi and all they did was rub your shins. No foot rub. A couple of neck squishes. ALL MY POLISH CAME OFF BY NIGHTIME!!! Only my thumbs have polish. It was a big disappointment and I know theyre are better nail salons. Probably get a fungus amongus. No bueno!

Love this place. Its clean and efficient; they do my mani/pedi together so Im not sitting there for two hours! AND I just got lash extensions with Mona. They are besutifil. She listened to me and did exactly what I asked which was natural looking extensions. The best!
