I have never been to this salon but until now Mai has been doing my nails for 3 years at a salon in Sherman Oaks. You should be thrilled to have her because she is very talented and wants all her customers to be happy. She is the best & I will miss her dearly.

Ive been going here for over a year and honestly would rather not go anywhere else. I get the french tip gels and I have no idea how these ladies get the polish to stay, but I almost never have a problem with peeling, and I am really rough on my nails. Every other place Ive gone, they start peeling after about 1-2 weeks.. for me, once the peeling begins; I pick at them and they dont last much longer.The staff is so friendly that even my 3-year-old daughter will get her nails done, and this is the only place she will let do her nails.

Great place to relax and rest, the technicians are really friendly. Dont get Holly, she will upsell you and its not a fun experience. Ask for Summer, shes great and will take good care of you

I change my review from 5 to 2 stars because of my yesterday manicure. Its been less than 24 hours from my visit and the nail polish has chipped, the shape of several nails is not even. For this price it is a very poor quality.Pedicure is still good. Manicure - I do not recommend.

Not professional, I went there 3 times for gel mani, and the quality wasnt good. You get what you pay for
