The staff at Zales in the South Bay Galleria Mall near Redondo Beach went above and beyond.They all made our shopping experience enjoyable and were very helpful and patient with my loved one and I while we were selecting our jewelry. A+ from us! Unforgettable experience! Highly recommend! :)

Do not go here! This is not a review of just an unhappy customer. They seriously scammed us on our purchase. We bought a ring, it looked nice, however after we bought it we noticed it had a loose stone. We took it back, they charged us for a warranty. After we paid that they sent it out, 3 weeks later, we get the ring back and its COMPLETELY destroyed. Even the employee said it was damaged beyond repair, and didnt even seem to care. She said they could replace it, but only if we pay extra. After that I just said no, cause even after they chipped, scratched, and dinged it during repair they even swapped out the diamonds with ugly looking chipped ones. We didnt even get our full refund, couldnt even get the refund for the warranty. We basically paid them money to destroy a ring, then wanted to charge us even extra for it.... does that make sense? No! DO NOT GO THERE!

I went to buy my wifes engagement ring it went Ok. I went to buy my ring and paid for rush service then I got my ring and it had scratches on the rodium and was too big. I told to store associate and they told me it was my fault. I turned my ring in three weeks ago and I still havent received my ring. I definitely will never buy anything from Zales again.
