Im a caretaker for an elderly woman and she has a very old Timex watch that she cherishes. Every now and then the battery dies on it. There was a guy in the Manhattan Beach Mall close to us that fixed it for many years but he closed up shop. I found this jewelry and watch repair place in the galleria Mall on Google and I tried them out. They are a wonderful shop they fixed and replaced the battery in 10 plus minutes so really quick I had the piece back to me and said we could come back anytime if theres any problems with it. This will be our new watch repairman for the future and I recommend them to anybody else looking for a great jewelry and watch repairman excellent service will be using them again in the future.

I took my sons watch with a broken band in for repair. It needed a new pin. The repair was quick and in expensive. The people were really nice, which is great, because hes 5 & thought he was going to be in a lot of trouble. Im just glad they were open during COVID, because I needed to have a since of accomplishment.I will definitely take other items in for repair and consider purchasing items as well.

They didnt have exactly what I was looking for, but they did have a wide variety of items to choose from at great prices. Plus the staff was all friendly.

I brought two watches to have new batteries put in, my black Rip Curl chronograph watch and a simple ladies’ watch with a expansion band and a round face that I had recently picked up to send to my mother overseas. And also two silver rings that I had let darken and one needed to have the band re-rounded.I was promised an hour turn-around and quoted a fair price for the service. In an hour I called the store just to let ‘em know that I would be another half hour and the gentleman told me that that small watch wasn’t working but he was cleaning it up. I told if if was to much trouble not to worry about it.When I arrived he had both watches working, and the ladies’ watch all cleaned and looking proper. The rings looked fantastic. The silver was brought back to life and they look terrific.Carlos was the person who provided me with great personalized service and I am very pleased with my choice to try Fast Fix Watch Repair.

Carlos came up with a wonderful solution and recast my custom cross in sterling silver. He even gave me a great discount on a new chain, cut it to fit, and made sure everything was perfect!The new cross looks so great!Im so happy I went to Fast Fix, South Bay! After my wife saw the way Carlos handled my cross, it looks like Ill be returning with several other projects from her jewelry box.

I think coming here for years. The staff is always so kind to me I always get what I needs to be done. The prices are reasonable. And I get my watch back quickly if it needs to be cleaned or any other thing that needs to be done to it. This place is been here for years and Ill never go anywhere else to get watches for me and my family

Used them to get a pair of expensive frames that are no longer available fixed as the bridges broke. They welded on a metal replacement bridge (the original bridge was titanium). Id just like to ask that next time that they are a tad more careful to be sure the lenses are fully aligned with each other, but they seem to work fine.

Best place for jewelry repairs. Carlos has a good spirit and personality. There do a professional job and take there time! Ive been coming here for years for repairs and love there work. A+

I came in with my sister because her ring was stuck on her finger! The gentlemen here were so nice and immediately willing to assist with the ring removal! Took no more than 5 mins and a few $ to save my sisters finger haha! Great spot! Will return!

Carlos with such an excellent jeweler he took his time but also finished so quickly I was amazed at the precision and quality job that he did you very thankful that I went there to see him.
