Frankly, It should be negative 5 starts for their horrible customer service. I have ordered a watch from this seller through Amazon and waited since March 24, 2020 where the Amazon system showed it has been shipped, but actually that is just false info. The only thing was done is creating a shipping LABEL through USPS..When contact the supplier said its USPS fault and we need to investigates after 3 days no respond I phoned USPS myself and gave them the tracking number. They have assured me that there Nothing was shipped.Today April 22 and it has been over a month with living of lies and bullsheet from this seller.I dealt with another supplier for different watch and the order was placed on April 18, based on ARRIVE tracking App the wash was shipped through FedEx from HongKong on Sunday April 19th and it is at Memphis USA for delivery. This is how I call it superior customer services. It is like a day and night showing difference between a seller took customer money and done nothing except lies and seller took customer money and went over and beyond.BTW, I managed to call the mall where is this Tic Time is located and the front line administration assure me that during this pandemic situation Many Other business owners still comes to their stores to handle the Online shipments for customers...????People, BE VERY CAREFUL OF GETTING FOOLED BY THIS SUPPLIER. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY...

Buyers beware of anything sold by Tic Time. They sell FAKE watches, aftermarket watch parts, do not take your watch to have it repaired because they will damage or alter the watch without your consent or knowledge. My experience has been beyond terrible!!! Stay away!!!

Always great service! They can fix any watch problem, no mater how old the watch may be. Well worth the price. We get what what we pay for. Discounts are offered too. Can you say in love. I can.

I have frequented this establishment for well over 20 years and this is my go-to watch shop for all my familys watches needs. Whether its a quick battery change, strap replacement, or repair, the owner and the friendly staff offer utmost care of their clients! As far as for watch batteries, Tic Time offers 5-year warranty on all watch batteries purchased here. Highly recommend this business!

Great service overall. They are open on Sundays which was a big deal for me. Battery replacements come with a five year warranty. The better placement was a bit more expensive than other small shops but they stand behind their work, so it definitely is worth it.

The girl working there knew what funtions each watch had and what they did. Was happy to help with all the questions I had. They have a wonderful selection of watches from very inexpensive up to the hundreds of dollars.
