This place is amazing. I personally feel that customer service has recently been lacking in society, but not at this place. Everyone is genuinely friendly and care more about the customer’s needs and happiness than money. I came in a few months ago to get my engagement ring cleaned (free of charge) and they did not push anything on me. In fact, they seemed very happy to provide this service at no cost to me. I came in again today to get the same ring repaired since it was missing a few small stones, and they fixed it happily, quickly and at a very affordable cost. My engagement ring is by no means fine jewelry, but they treated me like royalty.

I went in with my husband who wanted to buy me 2 gifts, one for my birthday & one for our anniversary. We were ignored for 5 minutes & someone finally said they would be right with us but never were. One lady was seated with a couple and couldn’t lift her head to even greet us. Heading elsewhere now. If we could give 0 stars we would.

I had an heirloom ring that was really worn down and needed help. Cliff brought it back to life- it is stunning! Austin created a custom band for me with minimal direction - a budget and a little sparkle- she nailed it. Im so happy! I thought the price was very fair. This was a very low key experience with no pressure to buy. Im so thrilled for both of these pieces! We were on a tight timeline and they reassured me it would be done in time and it was. Thank you so much!

This jeweler goes above and beyond for their customers. I brought in an engagement ring I’ve been designing to have stones set. My design wasn’t perfect, but the jeweler corrected my mistakes and set the stones perfect. The ring looks amazing and I couldn’t have asked for more. Claydon Jewelers took an old family heirloom ring of mine and turned into a beautiful new and modern ring while still maintaining the spirit of the original piece. They really listened to me and what I wanted, even using the original gold from the ring instead of using a new gold band which would have been much easier on their end but wouldn’t maintain the sentimental value that I wanted. My new ring is absolutely gorgeous and turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience! Thanks

I brought in 4 watches for repair. Two had to be sent out to a Jeweler for repair, and the other two required new batteries. I received a call when the batteries were replaced. I picked them up. However, when I got home one of the watches was not working so I took it back, and they decided to keep it over night for observation.Customer Service was very good, however, it’s difficultat this point the rank them by stars.

I found this jeweler by location and its excellent reviews. I was nervous taking in a ring to get sized, that I inherited from my late grandmother. As it turns out, the ring had little monetary value but the staff there never waivered in their kindness towards me. In fact they went out of their way to help me get it sized immediately. They treated me with such respect knowing the ring held a lot of sentimental value to me. As I waited for my grandmothers ring, I took a look around, wow, such a beautiful and unique collection of jewelry. I wound up buying a reasonably priced silver clover ring that caught my eye & walked out with my grandmothers ring sized to fit. I didnt make this jeweler any money today. I walked in feeling sad about my loss and then embarrassed by inadvertently bringing in costume jewelry but the staff there just turned the whole experience around for me. There were at least three other customers in the store with me and I saw that they received the same excellent customer service. I highly recommend this jeweler & I hope Im blessed enough to go back and really spend some money there... They had the most gorgeous chocolate diamond on display!

Really friendly family business that doesnt just sell jewelry, but teaches you about quality and design in a way that isnt just about the bottom line and making money, like at big chain stores. If you have a picture or idea of what you want but dont see it in store, you can show it to the staff and they are willing and able to make it come to life. I had an idea for a ring inspired by David Yurman and they were able to make something similar that was perfect and cost half the price. FYI, the building is under construction right now, but they are still open - dont be dissuaded by the outward appearance! You wont be disappointed :)

I had a wonderful experience with Claydon Jewelers. My wifes diamond engagement ring had the stone knocked loose and when I called just a few minutes before closing time, they were happy to stay a little late to fix the setting for me. Since I live nearby, I rushed over and arrived about 5 min after they had closed for the day. What impressed me more is that they gave me a military discount (I was in uniform just after finishing work) and let me go free of charge. They did a great job fixing the ring and cleaning it so it looked as good as new. This is definitely a place that I recommend for their great customer service.

Im in love with this store! I came in expecting to pay overpriced vintage jewelry, but instead I came out paying less than I expected.
